春秋末年(nian)(西元前六世紀初),吳王詹樊(一(yi)說夷牧)之子闈(wei)閭(名(ming)光(guang)),與當(dang)(dang)時(shi)國(guo)君吳王僚(liao)兄(xiong)弟(一(yi)說區(qu)叔)爭權(quan),光(guang)欲刺僚(liao)自(zi)主(zhu),大(da)(da)夫伍子胥將(jiang)勇(yong)(yong)士(shi)爭諳推薦給光(guang)。僚(liao)戒備(bei)森嚴,難于接(jie)近(jin)。光(guang)知其嗜映魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),便(bian)(bian)令(ling)車諸至太湖拜名(ming)廚(chu)太和(he)(he)公為(wei)師,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)門(men)學習(xi)烹魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)技藝。數月后,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)請(qing)學就(jiu)一(yi)手絕招(zhao),所英(ying)之魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),味(wei)香色(se)形至佳。公元前515年(nian),光(guang)令(ling)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)諸藏利匕于肥大(da)(da)鮮魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)腹中(zhong),待(dai)宴(yan)請(qing)僚(liao)時(shi)趁獻灸魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)上席之機取出刺之。專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)諸完成了(le)(le)任(ren)務,但壯(zhuang)士(shi)也在僚(liao)的(de)(de)(de)衛隊亂刀之下(xia),獻出了(le)(le)生(sheng)命。鮮活河(he)魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)經巧妙刀功(gong)處理、豐富調味(wei)汁(zhi)預演和(he)(he)準確大(da)(da)1杓細致明烤(kao)就(jiu)的(de)(de)(de)炙魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),本來就(jiu)是一(yi)味(wei)美(mei)食(shi),加(jia)之當(dang)(dang)時(shi)百姓痛恨僚(liao)連年(nian)侵戰楚國(guo)搞得國(guo)窮民苦和(he)(he)欽佩專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)諸的(de)(de)(de)機智(zhi)英(ying)勇(yong)(yong)與獻身精(jing)神,炙魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)」便(bian)(bian)聲學益著,民眾爭相品嘗,成為(wei)了(le)(le)「一(yi)劍透賊背(bei),萬載(zai)傳美(mei)味(wei)」的(de)(de)(de)歷(li)史名(ming)肴。灸魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)制(zhi)(zhi)作(zuo),經過(guo)江南歷(li)代商庖的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)斷改進,由整條(tiao)魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)變作(zuo)一(yi)塊(kuai)去(qu)掉心踟心跳順(shun)跳腳阱(jing)雇貝魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)作(zuo)主(zhu)料之外,烹制(zhi)(zhi)、調味(wei)、成形都比灸魚(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)」更大(da)(da)有賺頭;而(er)若沛公不(bu)(bu)(bu)至,盡管沒有白喝的(de)(de)(de)損失(shi),可(ke)因其他(ta)酒客(ke)也不(bu)(bu)(bu)來,當(dang)(dang)天反而(er)大(da)(da)為(wei)少進項甚至無一(yi)分嬴利!於是,二家(jia)都不(bu)(bu)(bu)再向劉(liu)邦(bang)討賒,并且(qie)相繼把專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)記(ji)劉(liu)邦(bang)的(de)(de)(de)酒賬也當(dang)(dang)他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)面燒了(le)(le)。還恭(gong)(gong)恭(gong)(gong)敬敬爭請(qing)他(ta)「多來喝幾盅」。劉(liu)邦(bang)自(zi)然充(chong)份(fen)滿足了(le)(le)他(ta)們的(de)(de)(de)「要求」。從此,王媼和(he)(he)武貞二家(jia)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)意越(yue)來越(yue)興(xing)隆。此事不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅民間(jian)廣為(wei)口頭流傳,而(er)且(qie)白字黑字,記(ji)入了(le)(le)史藉(jie)。劉(liu)邦(bang)當(dang)(dang)了(le)(le)皇(huang)上以后,他(ta)當(dang)(dang)年(nian)喝的(de)(de)(de)酒便(bian)(bian)被稱為(wei)「沛公酒」,二干(gan)多年(nian)來,盛名(ming)不(bu)(bu)(bu)衰(shuai)。如今不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅暢銷大(da)(da)陸,而(er)且(qie)遠售(shou)到香港、臺(tai)灣、日本和(he)(he)東南亞各國(guo)。
沛公酒采用傳(chuan)統工藝和現代釀造技術(shu)相結合,選用上等高粱、大米、糯(nuo)米、玉米、小(xiao)麥五糧為主(zhu)要(yao)原料(liao),雙輪發酵,久(jiu)蓄陳釀,配以天然優質礦泉水,精(jing)心調制而成(cheng)。
