始建于1951年(nian),歷史悠久,文化底蘊深(shen)厚(hou)。2010年(nian)8月,按照山(shan)(shan)東莘縣(xian)縣(xian)委政(zheng)府統一部署,山(shan)(shan)東莘縣(xian)二中由(you)原駐地山(shan)(shan)東莘縣(xian)朝城(cheng)鎮遷至山(shan)(shan)東莘縣(xian)縣(xian)城(cheng),學校現位(wei)于山(shan)(shan)東省聊城(cheng)市莘縣(xian)振興街88號(山(shan)(shan)東莘縣(xian)教育局(ju)對過),地處山(shan)(shan)東莘縣(xian)縣(xian)城(cheng)中心地帶,毗鄰山(shan)(shan)東省燕塔廣場。
“以一(yi)流設施,一(yi)流師資,一(yi)流管理(li),育(yu)(yu)一(yi)流學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生” 是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)思想, “不放棄每名學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,讓所有(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生成功” 是學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念。遷校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)后,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)致(zhi)力于(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改革和校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)建設:推行的(de)“全員育(yu)(yu)人導(dao)(dao)師制(zhi)”,將(jiang)所有(you)教(jiao)師對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)關愛落到(dao)實處;創建的(de)“一(yi)五三”課堂教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)模式(shi)使所有(you)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生日有(you)所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),日有(you)所進,贏得了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生家長(chang)和到(dao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)考察的(de)各級專家領導(dao)(dao)的(de)好(hao)評;學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)重視校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)建設,山東全省的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生電視臺(tai),內容豐(feng)富(fu)(fu)富(fu)(fu)有(you)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)意義的(de)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)長(chang)廊(lang),校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)《晨風報》等,為促使學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面均衡發展發揮了積極作用,得到(dao)了家長(chang)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)高(gao)度認可(ke)和社會的(de)普遍贊譽(yu)。成立了全省首家“教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)咨詢委員會”, 聘請社會賢達(da)和學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生家長(chang)擔任委員,搭建了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、家庭、社會聯(lian)合辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和民主(zhu)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)平臺(tai)。
山東莘縣二(er)中的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)在校每天都有一個30分鐘的(de)“快(kuai)(kuai)樂大課間”。活動(dong)(dong)前,由主任導(dao)師(shi)(班主任)與導(dao)師(shi)提前制定好一周的(de)活動(dong)(dong)計劃,所有的(de)導(dao)師(shi)都要(yao)帶(dai)領本小組的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)從事諸如長跑(pao)、跳(tiao)繩、踢毽子或玩各(ge)種球類的(de)各(ge)種活動(dong)(dong),或者與自己的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)做游戲、聊天、交流。運動(dong)(dong)使(shi)師(shi)生(sheng)鍛煉身體的(de)同(tong)時,又把快(kuai)(kuai)樂和歡笑(xiao)帶(dai)給了(le)彼此;而溝通交流則使(shi)導(dao)師(shi)及時了(le)解到了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)思想動(dong)(dong)態(tai)或存(cun)在的(de)問題,以便于及時化解,幫助學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)走出困惑,更好地進步。
除了“一五三”課堂教學(xue)模式(shi)和(he)“全員育人(ren)(ren)導師制(zhi)”,莘縣二中還通(tong)過成立學(xue)生(sheng)社(she)團(tuan)組織,學(xue)生(sheng)通(tong)過社(she)團(tuan)活動可以充分施展(zhan)(zhan)個人(ren)(ren)所長,體驗到成功的快樂。另外,校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生(sheng)電視臺、校(xiao)(xiao)《晨(chen)風報》等(deng)也給喜(xi)歡播音、主持(chi)、表(biao)演、寫作的學(xue)生(sheng)提供了展(zhan)(zhan)示個人(ren)(ren)才華的良好舞臺!
1951年(nian)2月(yue)創建(jian),時名(ming)“平(ping)原省(sheng)朝(chao)(chao)城初級中學(xue)”。1952年(nian),平(ping)原省(sheng)建(jian)制(zhi)(zhi)撤銷,更(geng)名(ming)為“山東省(sheng)朝(chao)(chao)城初級中學(xue)”。1953年(nian)8月(yue),改(gai)名(ming)為“山東省(sheng)觀朝(chao)(chao)縣(xian)(xian)第一中學(xue)”。1956年(nian)4月(yue)始稱“山東省(sheng)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)第二中學(xue)”。1958年(nian),莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)建(jian)制(zhi)(zhi)撤銷,劃歸(gui)范(fan)縣(xian)(xian),學(xue)校(xiao)更(geng)名(ming)為“山東省(sheng)范(fan)縣(xian)(xian)朝(chao)(chao)城中學(xue)”。1961年(nian)莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)建(jian)制(zhi)(zhi)恢復,學(xue)校(xiao)更(geng)名(ming)為“莘(xin)縣(xian)(xian)第二中學(xue)”至今。
山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)莘縣(xian)(xian)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)曾于2003年(nian)(nian)被(bei)評定為山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聊(liao)城市(shi)(shi)規范化學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),2005年(nian)(nian)又順利(li)通過(guo)山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級規范化學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)驗收(shou),成(cheng)(cheng)為山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)莘縣(xian)(xian)三(san)處(chu)“山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)規”高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)之一(yi)(yi),2009年(nian)(nian)被(bei)評為山東(dong)(dong)(dong)聊(liao)城八縣(xian)(xian)市(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)處(chu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)和諧(xie)高(gao)(gao)(gao)效課(ke)堂實(shi)(shi)驗基地(di)。2010年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue),學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)由原駐地(di)莘縣(xian)(xian)朝(chao)城鎮遷至(zhi)莘縣(xian)(xian)縣(xian)(xian)城辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)。2011年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue),山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)莘縣(xian)(xian)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)為“十一(yi)(yi)五”國(guo)(guo)(guo)家級重點課(ke)題“勵志教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育暨全(quan)員育人(ren)導師制(zhi)”山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聊(liao)城市(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)家實(shi)(shi)驗校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)。2012年(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue),山東(dong)(dong)(dong)莘縣(xian)(xian)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)功加入“課(ke)改中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)行(xing)·國(guo)(guo)(guo)家高(gao)(gao)(gao)中(zhong)(zhong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育綠色共同體”。2012年(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue),山東(dong)(dong)(dong)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生電(dian)視臺榮獲“全(quan)國(guo)(guo)(guo)百(bai)佳(jia)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園電(dian)視臺”稱號,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生錄制(zhi)的節目《山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的一(yi)(yi)天》被(bei)評為中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園影視金(jin)獎(jiang)節目。2011年(nian)(nian)4月(yue)(yue)與(yu)2013年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue),“一(yi)(yi)五三(san)”課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式研討(tao)會(hui)與(yu)構建和諧(xie)師生關系現場會(hui)在山東(dong)(dong)(dong)二(er)中(zhong)(zhong)召(zhao)開,與(yu)會(hui)人(ren)員包括省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育廳(ting)、市(shi)(shi)縣(xian)(xian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育局領導及全(quan)縣(xian)(xian)各級各類學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)領導等(deng)數百(bai)人(ren)。2013年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue),周西政(zheng)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)長主持的山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)級課(ke)題——“?一(yi)(yi)五三(san)?課(ke)堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式研究”,榮獲山東(dong)(dong)(dong)省(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)研究優秀成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)一(yi)(yi)等(deng)獎(jiang)。
