學校簡介

現有(you)教(jiao)職(zhi)工450人,其中(zhong)正高(gao)級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)1人,高(gao)級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)136人,研究生以(yi)上(shang)學(xue)(xue)歷30余人,教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)歷達標率(lv)100%。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)師(shi)(shi)資管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),堅(jian)持從嚴治(zhi)教(jiao),做到管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)規(gui)范。堅(jian)持推(tui)行(xing)(xing)教(jiao)職(zhi)工考(kao)核(he)、考(kao)勤等各(ge)項規(gui)章制度。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)計(ji)劃管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),以(yi)處、室、教(jiao)研組為(wei)單位,圍繞學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)總(zong)(zong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)計(ji)劃,結合各(ge)單位實際,做出工作(zuo)(zuo)打算,存入教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)個人檔(dang)案(an)(an)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將(jiang)總(zong)(zong)體目(mu)標進行(xing)(xing)分解,使各(ge)處室、各(ge)教(jiao)研組、各(ge)年級(ji)(ji)明確(que)自(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)指標,并組織實施(shi)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)定(ding)(ding)期(qi)和(he)不定(ding)(ding)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)信息管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)。定(ding)(ding)期(qi)信息管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)包(bao)括(kuo)各(ge)處室、教(jiao)研組每月的(de)(de)(de)(de)考(kao)勤,各(ge)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)期(qi)中(zhong)、期(qi)末考(kao)試等;不定(ding)(ding)期(qi)信息管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)包(bao)括(kuo)各(ge)分管(guan)(guan)領(ling)導的(de)(de)(de)(de)聽課(ke)(ke)評(ping)課(ke)(ke)、教(jiao)案(an)(an)檢查(cha),各(ge)年級(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生、家長問卷(juan)調(diao)查(cha)等。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)成果評(ping)價(jia),本著以(yi)精神激勵(li)為(wei)主、物質獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)為(wei)輔的(de)(de)(de)(de)原則,推(tui)行(xing)(xing)針(zhen)對每一(yi)個教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)方(fang)方(fang)面面的(de)(de)(de)(de)成果管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)法,包(bao)括(kuo)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質量、教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)論(lun)文、班級(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)考(kao)核(he)、各(ge)類(lei)競賽、考(kao)勤等多項考(kao)評(ping)和(he)獎(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)措(cuo)施(shi)。

學校(xiao)精(jing)心(xin)培養(yang)新教(jiao)(jiao)師和青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師,始(shi)終(zhong)按照“政治上(shang)(shang)愛護,工作上(shang)(shang)扶持(chi),生活上(shang)(shang)關心(xin)”和“教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)(yu)管理并行,培養(yang)與(yu)(yu)使(shi)用兼顧”的(de)(de)工作思路,推(tui)行《煙臺三中青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師培養(yang)工作實施方(fang)案》。學校(xiao)通過聽(ting)課(ke)(ke)、評課(ke)(ke)、觀(guan)摩教(jiao)(jiao)學、輔導講座等形(xing)式,采(cai)取與(yu)(yu)老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)師結對(dui)子(zi)、兩筆字考(kao)評、總結表(biao)彰等措施,提高(gao)他(ta)們的(de)(de)業(ye)務能(neng)力和教(jiao)(jiao)學水(shui)平。同時(shi),對(dui)于(yu)師德好、業(ye)務精(jing)的(de)(de)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)師大(da)膽使(shi)用,通過安排其擔(dan)任(ren)教(jiao)(jiao)研組長(chang)、班主(zhu)任(ren)和獨立承(cheng)擔(dan)優質(zhi)課(ke)(ke)、教(jiao)(jiao)改實驗課(ke)(ke)題等,促(cu)使(shi)其自我(wo)加壓,盡快成長(chang)成熟。

歷史沿革

煙臺(tai)第三中學正式命名于1952年9月12日。原校址在煙臺(tai)山(shan)東側海岸(an)路(lu)26號(現煙臺(tai)山(shan)賓館院內(nei))。

1954年(nian)(nian),為(wei)發(fa)展中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育,煙臺市人民政(zheng)府決定(ding)擴(kuo)建(jian)三中(zhong)(zhong)校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she)(she),在大海陽河(he)西邊建(jian)立了煙臺三中(zhong)(zhong)新校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she)(she)。三中(zhong)(zhong)由煙臺山遷(qian)入新校(xiao)(xiao)舍(she)(she)。由此,三中(zhong)(zhong)成為(wei)一(yi)(yi)所(suo)完全(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)(xue)。 多年(nian)(nian)來,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)制定(ding)了整體(ti)發(fa)展目標(biao)(biao)和各(ge)(ge)職(zhi)能部門的(de)質量目標(biao)(biao),以目標(biao)(biao)管理來調動教(jiao)職(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作的(de)積極性。同年(nian)(nian),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)制定(ding)了“三五”規劃(hua),即用三個五年(nian)(nian)時間(jian),躋身于(yu)區、市、省一(yi)(yi)流學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)行列。在第(di)一(yi)(yi)個五年(nian)(nian)規劃(hua)期間(jian),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)實現了創全(quan)區一(yi)(yi)流學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)整體(ti)目標(biao)(biao)。

1993年(nian)4月,學校(xiao)被山東省(sheng)教育(yu)廳命名為首批省(sheng)級規范化學校(xiao),基本(ben)上實現了省(sheng)、市、區一流學校(xiao)的(de)目標。

1994年12月(yue),學校(xiao)把創(chuang)辦(ban)現代(dai)化(hua)的學校(xiao)當(dang)作頭等大事來抓。學校(xiao)集資50萬(wan),在全(quan)市率先為學校(xiao)的高中(zhong)班建(jian)成一(yi)套現代(dai)化(hua)的雙向閉路電(dian)視系(xi)統,每個教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)配有一(yi)部彩電(dian),一(yi)部攝像(xiang)機(ji),為現代(dai)化(hua)教(jiao)(jiao)學奠定(ding)了(le)基礎。之后(hou)學校(xiao)又相繼興建(jian)了(le)新的辦(ban)公(gong)樓、實驗樓、教(jiao)(jiao)學樓、圖書科技樓、學生公(gong)寓、市內體育(yu)館、塑(su)膠田(tian)徑操(cao)場等,這以(yi)后(hou)又建(jian)起了(le)微機(ji)室(shi)、語(yu)音室(shi)、電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)室(shi)、電(dian)教(jiao)(jiao)備課室(shi)、校(xiao)長辦(ban)公(gong)自(zi)動化(hua)系(xi)統。同年3月(yue)我校(xiao)被國家教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部評為2000年現代(dai)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)技術實驗學校(xiao)。隨著教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)形式的發(fa)展(zhan),我校(xiao)又投入大量資金創(chuang)辦(ban)了(le)校(xiao)園網(wang)絡中(zhong)心、校(xiao)園網(wang)站、校(xiao)園電(dian)視演(yan)播(bo)室(shi)。

2001年 2001年,學校在原四職專校址(zhi)設立分校。實行全(quan)(quan)日制(zhi)寄宿(su)式封閉(bi)管(guan)理,教師與(yu)學生“同(tong)(tong)吃、同(tong)(tong)住、同(tong)(tong)學習、同(tong)(tong)生活(huo)”。至此(ci),三中(zhong)已成(cheng)為(wei)全(quan)(quan)市一(yi)流(liu)、設施(shi)先進、環境優(you)美、管(guan)理完善的完全(quan)(quan)中(zhong)學。

2012年,學校成功舉辦60年校慶,在社會上引起(qi)強烈反響。

2015年(nian),搬遷(qian)至新校區。
