鎮海區精(jing)英小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)成立于2001年,由(you)鎮海區城(cheng)關第(di)二小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)鎮海區聲(sheng)遠小(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)合(he)并而成。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)占(zhan)地(di)19000余(yu)(yu)平(ping)方米,建筑面積(ji)8900余(yu)(yu)平(ping)方米。校(xiao)園環境優(you)美(mei),布局合(he)理,設施(shi)完善。目前(qian),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)有23個教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)班,922名(ming)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,其(qi)中93%為來自(zi)各省(sheng)、市的新鎮海人(ren)。教(jiao)師54名(ming),市、區教(jiao)壇新秀、區名(ming)優(you)教(jiao)師占(zhan)43%左右(you)。
學(xue)(xue)校以“構(gou)(gou)建師(shi)生和(he)(he)諧成長(chang)的(de)幸福家(jia)園”的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)宗旨(zhi)。建校初期以科(ke)(ke)研為基點,依托鎮海(hai)豐富的(de)德育(yu)(yu)資源(yuan),初步構(gou)(gou)建了德育(yu)(yu)的(de)開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)格局。隨(sui)后(hou),學(xue)(xue)校又先后(hou)開(kai)展了語文(wen)、數學(xue)(xue)、英語、體育(yu)(yu)等學(xue)(xue)科(ke)(ke)開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)性(xing)研究。課題組老師(shi)改變教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)方式,豐富教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內容,盤活各(ge)類(lei)資源(yuan),大膽嘗試生活化、實踐化的(de)開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)作業,形成了豐厚的(de)開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)成果,構(gou)(gou)建起了開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)格局。十年來,精英人前(qian)行(xing)在開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)這條路上。通過對(dui)現(xian)(xian)有的(de)課題的(de)剖析、整理以及審視(shi)現(xian)(xian)代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)熱(re)點問題后(hou)發(fa)現(xian)(xian),開(kai)放(fang)(fang)(fang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)核(he)心(xin)思想就是“尊(zun)重(zhong)童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)”。學(xue)(xue)校一直把兒(er)(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)看作生命發(fa)展的(de)主體,尊(zun)重(zhong)童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin),呵(he)護童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin),順應童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin),通過多種(zhong)途徑和(he)(he)方式滿足兒(er)(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)靈的(de)需求,特別(bie)是在德育(yu)(yu)、教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)和(he)(he)生活實踐三個層面(mian)對(dui)“如何回應和(he)(he)引領(ling)(ling)童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)”進行(xing)了探索(suo)。2011年經過提煉(lian)和(he)(he)總(zong)結,學(xue)(xue)校出版了《童(tong)(tong)(tong)心(xin)的(de)回應和(he)(he)引領(ling)(ling)——基于兒(er)(er)童(tong)(tong)(tong)本(ben)真的(de)小學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新的(de)實踐探索(suo)》一書。
近(jin)幾(ji)年,學校秉承(cheng)“禮潤童(tong)(tong)心 幸福精英”的(de)(de)理念,建(jian)構自主合作,煥發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)命活力的(de)(de)“童(tong)(tong)真(zhen)課(ke)堂”;開發(fa)助力兒童(tong)(tong)成長(chang),具(ju)有(you)童(tong)(tong)年味道的(de)(de)“童(tong)(tong)味課(ke)程”,建(jian)設充滿(man)成長(chang)氣息的(de)(de)“童(tong)(tong)雅”德育,校園活動(dong)充滿(man)童(tong)(tong)趣和(he)童(tong)(tong)樂。在(zai)師生(sheng)(sheng)共(gong)同努力下,校園內外昭示著(zhu)(zhu)鮮活的(de)(de)人文亮點,展示著(zhu)(zhu)生(sheng)(sheng)命的(de)(de)張力,舞動(dong)著(zhu)(zhu)自信與精彩。“禮儀”教育效果(guo)顯著(zhu)(zhu),在(zai)區域內產生(sheng)(sheng)了較大的(de)(de)影響……
