妙法蓮華經,簡稱《法華經》,為大乘佛教初期經典之一,有二十八品共八萬余字。在古印度、尼泊爾等地長期流行。《妙法蓮華經》 是釋迦牟尼佛晚年在王舍城靈鷲山所說,明示不分貧富貴賤、人人皆可成佛。由于此經譯文流暢、文字優美、譬喻生動,教義圓滿,讀誦此經是中國佛教徒最為普遍的修持方法。

歷史淵源

《法華(hua)經(jing)(jing)(jing)》相傳為(wei)釋迦牟尼佛(fo)晚年(nian)在(zai)王(wang)舍(she)城靈鷲山所說(shuo),為(wei)大(da)(da)(da)(da)乘佛(fo)教(jiao)初期經(jing)(jing)(jing)典(dian)之(zhi)一(yi)。學術(shu)界(jie)一(yi)般(ban)認為(wei)《法華(hua)經(jing)(jing)(jing)》出現于(yu)公元(yuan)前1世紀,后(hou)續流變發展,形成(cheng)多種(zhong)版本(ben)(ben)(ben)。龍樹菩薩(公元(yuan)150—250)的(de)著作《中論》、《大(da)(da)(da)(da)智度(du)論》已引用本(ben)(ben)(ben)經(jing)(jing)(jing)文(wen)義(yi)。另外《大(da)(da)(da)(da)般(ban)泥洹經(jing)(jing)(jing)》、《大(da)(da)(da)(da)般(ban)涅槃經(jing)(jing)(jing)》、《優婆塞(sai)戒經(jing)(jing)(jing)》、《大(da)(da)(da)(da)乘本(ben)(ben)(ben)生心地(di)觀經(jing)(jing)(jing)》、《大(da)(da)(da)(da)佛(fo)頂首楞嚴(yan)經(jing)(jing)(jing)》等諸經(jing)(jing)(jing)皆(jie)列舉本(ben)(ben)(ben)經(jing)(jing)(jing)經(jing)(jing)(jing)名并援引經(jing)(jing)(jing)中文(wen)義(yi),可見本(ben)(ben)(ben)經(jing)(jing)(jing)之(zhi)成(cheng)立(li)年(nian)代較以上(shang)諸經(jing)(jing)(jing)為(wei)早。該經(jing)(jing)(jing)漢譯(yi)流通本(ben)(ben)(ben)全稱《妙(miao)法蓮華(hua)經(jing)(jing)(jing)》,七卷,或(huo)八卷,后(hou)秦鳩摩羅(luo)什譯(yi)。

漢傳《法(fa)(fa)華經》現(xian)存(cun)有三(san)譯。此其第(di)二譯也(ye)。梁(liang)僧(seng)祐之(zhi)出三(san)藏記(ji)(ji),隋費長房之(zhi)歷(li)代三(san)寶記(ji)(ji),麗(li)宋元明(ming)之(zhi)四(si)(si)大藏經目錄(lu)(lu)(lu),明(ming)智(zhi)旭之(zhi)閱藏知津等,悉記(ji)(ji)為七(qi)卷(juan)(juan)。獨(du)唐智(zhi)升之(zhi)開元釋教錄(lu)(lu)(lu)記(ji)(ji)妙法(fa)(fa)蓮華經八卷(juan)(juan),注記(ji)(ji)古本七(qi)卷(juan)(juan)。又玄應師之(zhi)音義,據八卷(juan)(juan)本。蓋此時既為八卷(juan)(juan)矣。然觀其后(hou)經錄(lu)(lu)(lu),麗(li)宋元明(ming)之(zhi)四(si)(si)大藏皆記(ji)(ji)七(qi)卷(juan)(juan),則一般通行者(zhe)七(qi)卷(juan)(juan)也(ye)。明(ming)之(zhi)法(fa)(fa)華科(ke)注現(xian)行本雖為八卷(juan)(juan),而其序(xu)有曰(yue):厘(li)為七(qi)帙(zhi),壽諸良梓,則原為七(qi)卷(juan)(juan),明(ming)也(ye)。

法華經宗旨

在(zai)大(da)乘(cheng)佛法興起(qi)的(de)(de)時(shi)代,有了以(yi)(yi)“聲(sheng)聞”、“緣(yuan)覺”為(wei)二(er)乘(cheng)或小乘(cheng),以(yi)(yi)“菩薩”為(wei)大(da)乘(cheng)的(de)(de)說法。《法華經》就是(shi)在(zai)這種(zhong)背景下(xia)結集的(de)(de)代表作品,提出了“開權(quan)顯實”、“會三歸一”的(de)(de)思(si)想(xiang),融(rong)會三乘(cheng)為(wei)一乘(cheng)(佛乘(cheng))。以(yi)(yi)“聲(sheng)聞”、“緣(yuan)覺”二(er)乘(cheng)為(wei)方便(bian)(權(quan))說,“二(er)乘(cheng)”終究要以(yi)(yi)成(cheng)佛為(wei)最終目標(如“化城喻品”所(suo)說),開啟了“回小向大(da)”的(de)(de)門(men)徑(jing),這是(shi)一種(zhong)嶄(zhan)新的(de)(de)學說思(si)想(xiang),也是(shi)本經的(de)(de)主旨所(suo)在(zai),在(zai)佛教(jiao)思(si)想(xiang)史上(shang)占有至關(guan)重要的(de)(de)地位。

法華經結構

《妙法(fa)蓮華(hua)經》是中國(guo)佛教(jiao)(jiao)史上有著深遠影響的(de)(de)一部大乘經典,由于(yu)此經譯文(wen)流暢、文(wen)字優美、譬喻生(sheng)動,教(jiao)(jiao)義圓(yuan)滿(man),讀(du)(du)誦(song)(song)此經是中國(guo)佛教(jiao)(jiao)徒最為普遍的(de)(de)修持方(fang)法(fa)。《法(fa)華(hua)經》二十八(ba)品共六萬余(yu)字,初學者如果沒有借(jie)助參(can)考(kao)相關(guan)注(zhu)疏,僅僅靠讀(du)(du)誦(song)(song)原文(wen)恐(kong)怕難以把握其整體思想(xiang)脈絡。由于(yu)此經的(de)(de)內容在表面上看起來比較(jiao)分散,因而使讀(du)(du)誦(song)(song)者常常不知所云,而對經文(wen)呈(cheng)現的(de)(de)重要思想(xiang)也(ye)無法(fa)深刻領會。這主要有兩(liang)個原因:

第(di)一(yi)、《法華經(jing)》主要講述的是一(yi)佛(fo)乘(cheng)思想,也即一(yi)切眾生(sheng),無論三乘(cheng)五乘(cheng),最終皆歸于一(yi)佛(fo)乘(cheng),無有(you)余乘(cheng)。由之而來佛(fo)陀對(dui)一(yi)乘(cheng)之法的功(gong)德(de)贊(zan)嘆在經(jing)文中隨處可(ke)見,讀(du)誦(song)者往往只看到佛(fo)對(dui)一(yi)乘(cheng)和法華功(gong)德(de)的贊(zan)嘆,卻沒有(you)注意到一(yi)佛(fo)乘(cheng)思想均貫穿其中。

第二、本(ben)經(jing)(jing)流通(tong)分共(gong)有(you)(you)十六品,不但流通(tong)品目比(bi)其他經(jing)(jing)文(wen)多,且(qie)按(an)(an)本(ben)跡(ji)二門的(de)分法(fa)(fa)而有(you)(you)兩個流通(tong)分,失(shi)去往常序(xu)、正、流通(tong)三分法(fa)(fa)的(de)一般(ban)次(ci)序(xu),使讀(du)誦者無法(fa)(fa)清楚把握《法(fa)(fa)華經(jing)(jing)》全體的(de)格局。有(you)(you)鑒于此,筆(bi)者從《法(fa)(fa)華經(jing)(jing)》會三歸一、開跡(ji)顯本(ben)的(de)要旨出發,對本(ben)經(jing)(jing)的(de)基(ji)本(ben)架構作(zuo)一大略概括,按(an)(an)品分科,顯明(ming)重點,使讀(du)誦此經(jing)(jing)者對法(fa)(fa)華經(jing)(jing)能有(you)(you)一個整體的(de)印(yin)象,真(zhen)正悟(wu)解佛說(shuo)這部經(jing)(jing)典的(de)一乘妙意,契入佛陀(tuo)出世(shi)的(de)本(ben)懷,達到(dao)學有(you)(you)所獲,修有(you)(you)所證的(de)目的(de)。

二門六段

序(xu)(xu)分(fen)(fen)、正(zheng)宗(zong)分(fen)(fen)、流通分(fen)(fen)是(shi)(shi)最常(chang)見的(de)經(jing)典科(ke)(ke)判(pan)分(fen)(fen)法(fa),它(ta)適用于大(da)部分(fen)(fen)經(jing)典。天臺智者(zhe)大(da)師對(dui)《法(fa)華(hua)經(jing)》的(de)科(ke)(ke)判(pan)做(zuo)了兩種分(fen)(fen)類,其一(yi)便是(shi)(shi)這通例的(de)三(san)分(fen)(fen)。在三(san)分(fen)(fen)科(ke)(ke)經(jing)中,《法(fa)華(hua)經(jing)》以最初的(de)《序(xu)(xu)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》為序(xu)(xu)分(fen)(fen);以第(di)(di)二《方便品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》至(zhi)第(di)(di)十(shi)七《分(fen)(fen)別功德品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》第(di)(di)十(shi)九偈“佛名聞十(shi)方,廣(guang)饒(rao)益眾(zhong)生,一(yi)切(qie)具善根,以助無上心”為正(zheng)宗(zong)分(fen)(fen);此后十(shi)七品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)《分(fen)(fen)別功德品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》后半至(zhi)第(di)(di)二十(shi)八《普賢勸發(fa)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》共十(shi)一(yi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)半為流通分(fen)(fen)。三(san)分(fen)(fen)法(fa)的(de)科(ke)(ke)判(pan)比較平(ping)常(chang),不能完(wan)全體現出天臺本宗(zong)所依(yi)經(jing)典《法(fa)華(hua)經(jing)》開(kai)權顯實(shi)的(de)重要特色。

最能(neng)體現法(fa)(fa)華圓(yuan)教(jiao)一代終極教(jiao)說的(de)科(ke)判是智者大師(shi)(shi)二門(men)(men)六(liu)段(duan)的(de)分科(ke)法(fa)(fa)。智者大師(shi)(shi)從一代圓(yuan)教(jiao)開顯的(de)主旨出發,將《法(fa)(fa)華經》二十八品(pin)大別為本(ben)(ben)、跡(ji)二門(men)(men):前(qian)十四品(pin)為跡(ji)門(men)(men),后十四品(pin)為本(ben)(ben)門(men)(men)。這本(ben)(ben)、跡(ji)二門(men)(men),又各有序、正、流(liu)通三(san)分,總共六(liu)分。這一獨特的(de)科(ke)判分法(fa)(fa)被稱為法(fa)(fa)華二門(men)(men)六(liu)段(duan)分科(ke)法(fa)(fa)。

《法華經》前十四品名為跡門(men),是(shi)闡明釋(shi)迦最(zui)初(chu)成道(dao)已來(lai)(lai),及(ji)中間施化(hua)節(jie)節(jie),唱生(sheng)唱滅,以至于(yu)今成佛(fo)度生(sheng),皆是(shi)從本垂跡,故名跡門(men)。“跡”是(shi)佛(fo)陀垂跡化(hua)用,佛(fo)陀應化(hua)人(ren)間必然有教化(hua)眾(zhong)生(sheng)之大用,即為實(shi)施權,開權顯實(shi),廢權立實(shi)。如來(lai)(lai)說三(san)乘(cheng)是(shi)為了一(yi)佛(fo)乘(cheng),三(san)乘(cheng)人(ren)最(zui)后都要歸入一(yi)乘(cheng)。這(zhe)是(shi)法華跡門(men)的宗旨。

《法華經》后十四品(pin)名為(wei)本門,是說明世(shi)尊(zun)久遠劫前已成(cheng)佛(fo)(fo)果,為(wei)了(le)(le)度化眾生(sheng)(sheng),故(gu)示(shi)現(xian)滅(mie)度,這是為(wei)了(le)(le)去除(chu)以釋尊(zun)為(wei)伽耶近(jin)成(cheng)垂跡(ji)(ji)示(shi)現(xian)之權(quan)佛(fo)(fo)的(de)情執(zhi),以顯(xian)示(shi)久遠實成(cheng)的(de)本地本佛(fo)(fo)。如《壽量品(pin)》所說,佛(fo)(fo)的(de)法身本無(wu)生(sheng)(sheng)滅(mie),報(bao)身壽命無(wu)量,為(wei)了(le)(le)度生(sheng)(sheng)之方(fang)便,故(gu)唱生(sheng)(sheng)唱滅(mie),而(er)為(wei)本垂跡(ji)(ji),開跡(ji)(ji)顯(xian)本,廢跡(ji)(ji)立本,令眾生(sheng)(sheng)去除(chu)對佛(fo)(fo)身的(de)偏執(zhi),這是本門的(de)主旨(zhi)。

從(cong)第一《序品》到第十四《安樂行(xing)品》是跡門(men)法華的內容(rong),跡門(men)三分如下:

一、序(xu)分:以最初(chu)的(de)《序(xu)品》為(wei)跡門的(de)序(xu)分;講(jiang)述法(fa)華六瑞為(wei)三世十方諸(zhu)佛(fo)說此經前必定示現之教化法(fa)式。

二、正(zheng)宗分:從(cong)第二《方(fang)便品(pin)》到(dao)第九(jiu)《授(shou)學無學人記品(pin)》是跡門的正(zheng)說分;

三、流通分:第十《法師(shi)品》至《安樂(le)行品》是跡門的(de)流通分。

其中正宗分(fen)的開(kai)顯又分(fen)作(zuo)略、廣(guang)兩(liang)部分(fen):

一、略說開(kai)三顯一:從《方便品第二》開(kai)頭“爾時世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)從三昧(mei)安詳而起”至同品中“愿為此眾(zhong)故,唯垂分(fen)別說,是(shi)等聞此法,則生大歡(huan)喜”。在這里世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)講述的(de)主要是(shi)十如實相的(de)甚深奧義(yi),并(bing)且由于世(shi)尊(zun)(zun)數(shu)(shu)數(shu)(shu)殷(yin)勤稱嘆甚深微(wei)妙難(nan)解(jie)之(zhi)法,引發四眾(zhong)弟子的(de)疑問(wen),而以當機眾(zhong)舍利弗代眾(zhong)三次請法。

二、廣明(ming)開三(san)顯(xian)一:從“爾時世尊告舍利弗:汝已殷勤三(san)請,豈得(de)不說(shuo)(shuo)”,以(yi)下(xia)共七品(pin)半是廣明(ming)開三(san)顯(xian)一。廣明(ming)開三(san)顯(xian)一的內容闡述佛陀(tuo)分(fen)別為上根、中根、下(xia)根三(san)類聲聞弟子(zi)作三(san)乘(cheng)方便,一乘(cheng)真實的說(shuo)(shuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa),故稱法(fa)(fa)(fa)華(hua)三(san)周說(shuo)(shuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)。三(san)根聲聞分(fen)別在三(san)周說(shuo)(shuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)中得(de)到法(fa)(fa)(fa)益,并(bing)蒙(meng)佛授記(ji),所(suo)以(yi)又稱三(san)周授記(ji)。三(san)周說(shuo)(shuo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)分(fen)作以(yi)下(xia)三(san)個階(jie)段:

第一周是(shi)法說周,是(shi)佛(fo)(fo)為(wei)上根人就(jiu)法體而直說諸(zhu)法實(shi)相、十如(ru)之理,暢諸(zhu)佛(fo)(fo)出世本懷,欲令眾生(sheng),悟入(ru)佛(fo)(fo)之知見。明佛(fo)(fo)昔日所說,皆是(shi)方(fang)便(bian);今日所顯,方(fang)是(shi)真實(shi)。但是(shi)昔日權巧又不離今日真實(shi),可謂即權即實(shi),權不離實(shi),所以(yi)舉手低頭(tou),皆得作佛(fo)(fo)。然而這一開三乘方(fang)便(bian)、顯一乘真實(shi)之法只(zhi)有上根舍(she)利弗一人領解,并蒙佛(fo)(fo)授(shou)記(ji),名號為(wei)“華(hua)光(guang)如(ru)來”。開三顯一的主旨在第二《方(fang)便(bian)品(pin)》中(zhong)所說,舍(she)利弗領解授(shou)記(ji)事宜(yi)則于第三《譬(pi)喻品(pin)》中(zhong)前半部分所談,其文止于“其兩足圣(sheng)尊,最勝無倫匹(pi),彼(bi)即是(shi)汝身,宜(yi)應自(zi)欣慶”。

第(di)(di)二周(zhou)是譬(pi)(pi)說(shuo)(shuo)周(zhou),是佛(fo)(fo)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)根人(ren)在(zai)第(di)(di)一法說(shuo)(shuo)周(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)不能領解一乘(cheng)(cheng)真實(shi)的(de)妙理(li),又在(zai)第(di)(di)三(san)《譬(pi)(pi)喻(yu)品(pin)(pin)》中(zhong)(zhong)說(shuo)(shuo)了三(san)車、一車的(de)譬(pi)(pi)喻(yu)。譬(pi)(pi)喻(yu)中(zhong)(zhong),長者初許羊、鹿、牛三(san)車(以(yi)其(qi)(qi)(qi)乘(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)量(liang)之(zhi)小大(da)(da)分(fen)別比喻(yu)聲(sheng)聞、緣覺、菩薩三(san)乘(cheng)(cheng))是施權,后來(lai)(lai)等(deng)(deng)賜一大(da)(da)白牛車(比喻(yu)一佛(fo)(fo)乘(cheng)(cheng))是顯(xian)實(shi),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)跳(tiao)出火宅后的(de)開權顯(xian)實(shi),令(ling)他們(men)(men)了悟一乘(cheng)(cheng)之(zhi)理(li)。這時有(you)(you)摩訶迦(jia)葉、大(da)(da)目犍連、須菩提、摩訶迦(jia)旃延(yan)等(deng)(deng)四大(da)(da)弟(di)子領解其(qi)(qi)(qi)說(shuo)(shuo),并(bing)陳(chen)述了窮(qiong)子喻(yu)來(lai)(lai)表達他們(men)(men)對一佛(fo)(fo)乘(cheng)(cheng)的(de)信解,由此引發群機(ji),令(ling)與會者同(tong)得領解法說(shuo)(shuo)譬(pi)(pi)說(shuo)(shuo)之(zhi)旨(zhi),這是第(di)(di)四《信解品(pin)(pin)》之(zhi)由來(lai)(lai)。然后佛(fo)(fo)為(wei)(wei)說(shuo)(shuo)第(di)(di)五《藥草喻(yu)品(pin)(pin)》加以(yi)述成印可,并(bing)在(zai)第(di)(di)六《授(shou)(shou)記(ji)品(pin)(pin)》中(zhong)(zhong)為(wei)(wei)四大(da)(da)聲(sheng)聞分(fen)別授(shou)(shou)記(ji)。這是第(di)(di)二譬(pi)(pi)說(shuo)(shuo)周(zhou)的(de)整個過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),其(qi)(qi)(qi)內容共有(you)(you)三(san)品(pin)(pin)半。

第(di)三周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)是(shi)宿(su)世(shi)因(yin)(yin)緣周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou),是(shi)佛為(wei)不能了(le)解上述二周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)說(shuo)法(fa)的(de)下根聲聞,在第(di)七(qi)《化城(cheng)喻品(pin)(pin)(pin)》中說(shuo)他們宿(su)世(shi)為(wei)大通智勝佛下的(de)一乘(cheng)機種(zhong),釋迦在因(yin)(yin)地(di)為(wei)十六(liu)沙彌之(zhi)一時就曾為(wei)他們說(shuo)法(fa),使彼(bi)等(deng)了(le)知(zhi)宿(su)世(shi)久遠(yuan)之(zhi)機緣而得悟。此(ci)時有(you)(you)富(fu)樓那(nei)、憍陳如(ru)等(deng)千二百聲聞領(ling)解,并(bing)在第(di)八《五(wu)百弟子(zi)授記(ji)(ji)品(pin)(pin)(pin)》得到佛的(de)授記(ji)(ji);又有(you)(you)阿(a)難、羅(luo)睺羅(luo)等(deng)領(ling)解得益,于第(di)九(jiu)《授學無學人記(ji)(ji)品(pin)(pin)(pin)》中蒙佛授記(ji)(ji),乃至后來的(de)《勸(quan)持品(pin)(pin)(pin)》中對波阇比(bi)丘尼(ni)(ni)、六(liu)千有(you)(you)學無學比(bi)丘尼(ni)(ni)等(deng)授記(ji)(ji)皆是(shi)聞開三顯一得法(fa)益者。但就第(di)三周(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)的(de)內容(rong)而言,仍是(shi)指《化城(cheng)喻品(pin)(pin)(pin)》以(yi)下的(de)三品(pin)(pin)(pin)。

三周(zhou)(zhou)說法分反復正說(佛(fo)說)、領解(jie)(表明弟(di)子(zi)之領解(jie))、述成(佛(fo)對(dui)弟(di)子(zi)之領解(jie)認可)、授(shou)記(佛(fo)對(dui)弟(di)子(zi)成佛(fo)作預言)四階段,循此以度化(hua)上、中、下三根,可謂周(zhou)(zhou)備完(wan)足。

從(cong)第十五《從(cong)地(di)踴出品》到經(jing)末第二十八(ba)《普(pu)賢勸發品》是本(ben)(ben)門(men)法(fa)華的內容,本(ben)(ben)門(men)三分如下:

一、序分:從第十五(wu)《從地涌(yong)出品》開(kai)頭(tou)至同品“汝等自當因是(shi)得聞”是(shi)本門的(de)序分,這是(shi)以四大菩(pu)薩為(wei)首的(de)無量千(qian)萬億地涌(yong)菩(pu)薩的(de)久度(du)因緣作為(wei)如來開(kai)近顯遠(yuan)的(de)發起。

二、正(zheng)宗分:從同品(pin)“爾時釋迦牟尼(ni)佛告彌勒(le)菩薩”以(yi)下到(dao)第(di)十(shi)七(qi)品(pin)《分別功德品(pin)》彌勒(le)說十(shi)九行偈“佛名聞十(shi)方,廣饒(rao)益眾生,一(yi)切具善根(gen),以(yi)助無上心(xin)”是本(ben)門的正(zheng)宗分。其(qi)中第(di)十(shi)六《如(ru)來壽量品(pin)》為(wei)正(zheng)開師(shi)門的近跡、顯(xian)佛地的遠本(ben)。

三、流通分(fen):從(cong)第十七《分(fen)別(bie)功(gong)德品(pin)》彌(mi)勒說(shuo)偈(jie)以下到第二十八(ba)《普(pu)賢菩薩勸發品(pin)》是本(ben)門(men)的(de)流通分(fen)。

本門流通分共有(you)十一品,又可分為勸持流通和(he)付囑流通。

(一(yi))勸持(chi)流通:從彌(mi)勒說(shuo)偈以下及第十八《隨喜功(gong)德品》、第十九(jiu)《法師功(gong)德品》、第二十《常不(bu)輕(qing)菩薩品》三品主要是勸末世眾生受持(chi)此經,并將所得(de)功(gong)德利益(yi)予以分(fen)別闡述。

(二(er)(er))付囑流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通:從第二(er)(er)十(shi)一(yi)《如(ru)(ru)來(lai)神力(li)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》到第二(er)(er)十(shi)八《普(pu)(pu)賢菩薩(sa)勸(quan)發品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》共八品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)是世(shi)尊(zun)付囑菩薩(sa)當于(yu)末世(shi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通法(fa)華(hua)。其(qi)中,第二(er)(er)十(shi)一(yi)《如(ru)(ru)來(lai)神力(li)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》和第二(er)(er)十(shi)二(er)(er)《囑累品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》系佛以(yi)神力(li)而囑累菩薩(sa)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通妙(miao)法(fa)。此下(xia)六(liu)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)屬于(yu)化(hua)他流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通:《藥(yao)王品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》以(yi)苦行流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通一(yi)乘(cheng)妙(miao)法(fa);《妙(miao)音》、《觀音》二(er)(er)品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)以(yi)三(san)昧力(li)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通一(yi)乘(cheng)妙(miao)法(fa);《陀羅(luo)尼品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》以(yi)總持力(li)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通一(yi)乘(cheng)妙(miao)法(fa);《妙(miao)莊嚴王品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》以(yi)誓(shi)愿力(li)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通一(yi)乘(cheng)妙(miao)法(fa);《普(pu)(pu)賢勸(quan)發品(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)》以(yi)普(pu)(pu)賢神力(li)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)通一(yi)乘(cheng)妙(miao)法(fa)。

就整部(bu)法華來(lai)看,跡(ji)門(men)十四(si)品的當機眾以(yi)聲聞(wen)為主(zhu),本門(men)十四(si)品的當機眾則以(yi)菩(pu)薩為主(zhu)。前者所(suo)得(de)法益在于信解領悟(wu)了三乘是方便,一(yi)乘是真實的一(yi)乘妙法,開示悟(wu)入佛之知(zhi)見,因(yin)此(ci)蒙佛授(shou)記,于無上菩(pu)提永無退轉。后(hou)者所(suo)得(de)法益主(zhu)要表現在大愿大行方面,諸(zhu)大菩(pu)薩在末世五濁中不憚蔽(bi)惡,依如來(lai)衣室座三軌來(lai)弘通(tong)妙法,以(yi)此(ci)圓(yuan)滿無上菩(pu)提。

二十八品

《法(fa)華經》的通行本是羅什大師的譯本,共七卷二(er)十(shi)八品,全(quan)經雖是以《方便品》和《如來壽量品》為中(zhong)心,但(dan)二(er)十(shi)八的品目次第排(pai)列并不是雜亂無章(zhang),而(er)是依照序(xu)、正、流通的三分法(fa)及(ji)聲聞(wen)菩薩信(xin)解(jie)與行果(guo)之(zhi)遞進而(er)循(xun)序(xu)演進的。

序品(pin)(pin)為跡門的(de)(de)序分,世(shi)(shi)尊(zun)在第一《序品(pin)(pin)》中現法(fa)華六瑞,而起眾疑(yi)。彌(mi)勒菩(pu)薩代眾請疑(yi)問,向文殊問緣由。文殊菩(pu)薩根(gen)據過去聽法(fa)經驗,知佛(fo)當說(shuo)大法(fa)。他告訴彌(mi)勒菩(pu)薩,法(fa)華六瑞是三(san)世(shi)(shi)十(shi)方(fang)(fang)諸(zhu)佛(fo)說(shuo)此(ci)經前必定示現的(de)(de)教(jiao)化法(fa)式。二人(ren)的(de)(de)對答,引起在會聲(sheng)聞弟子的(de)(de)興趣,故此(ci)品(pin)(pin)成為佛(fo)在正宗分中說(shuo)法(fa)華經三(san)乘(cheng)方(fang)(fang)便,一乘(cheng)真(zhen)實的(de)(de)發起因緣。

第(di)二《方便品(pin)》以(yi)下八品(pin)為跡門的正宗分,說明“開權(quan)顯實”之理。該分再(zai)分為略(lve)開、廣(guang)開,以(yi)方便品(pin)初(chu)的“十(shi)如實相”為略(lve)開,其后為廣(guang)開。廣(guang)開文即是上文提到(dao)的三周說法。

《方便(bian)品》的前半部分(fen)是(shi)佛說十如(ru)實(shi)相,后(hou)半部分(fen)是(shi)屬(shu)跡門廣開(kai)“法說周”的正(zheng)說段。這是(shi)顯示佛陀和(he)過去諸佛同道,皆是(shi)先以三乘施(shi)設權(quan)巧方便(bian),然后(hou)會歸于一乘,強(qiang)調(diao)權(quan)實(shi)不二為旨趣。

佛在《方便(bian)品》說法周(zhou)的正(zheng)說之后,上(shang)根人舍(she)利(li)弗,了悟(wu)諸(zhu)法實相妙(miao)理,理解三(san)(san)乘(cheng)即一(yi)乘(cheng),蒙佛授記。于是舍(she)利(li)弗歡喜踴躍,并(bing)請佛為其它弟(di)子授記。佛說三(san)(san)車(che)(che)火宅喻,展開(kai)了第三(san)(san)《譬(pi)喻品》中譬(pi)說周(zhou)的正(zheng)說段。根據三(san)(san)車(che)(che)火宅喻,而(er)開(kai)三(san)(san)車(che)(che)三(san)(san)乘(cheng)之權(quan),賜大白牛車(che)(che)而(er)顯一(yi)乘(cheng)之實。

上(shang)(shang)品(pin)中,上(shang)(shang)根(gen)舍利(li)弗一(yi)聞佛說即信(xin)(xin)受了解,但他陳述(shu)解悟之文不(bu)多,而(er)須菩提(ti)等四(si)人,由信(xin)(xin)解而(er)述(shu)的窮(qiong)子喻,文辭特長(chang),故專立第(di)四(si)《信(xin)(xin)解》一(yi)品(pin)。四(si)大(da)聲聞由自陳窮(qiong)子喻,引發(fa)群機(ji),令(ling)與會者同得領解法說譬(pi)說之旨,是本品(pin)述(shu)說之目的。

中根(gen)人信解自述窮子(zi)之喻,故(gu)佛亦說藥草喻述成印可(ke),然后方為授記(ji),故(gu)有(you)第五《藥草喻品》和第六《授記(ji)品》。

以上二周說法僅是度(du)(du)化了上根(gen)、中(zhong)根(gen)的(de)聲聞(wen),下(xia)根(gen)聲聞(wen)在(zai)第(di)(di)七《化城喻品(pin)(pin)》中(zhong)通過佛告(gao)知彼等(deng)往(wang)昔大乘因緣令他們自識宿因而得度(du)(du)。下(xia)根(gen)聲聞(wen)領解佛乘后的(de)授(shou)記(ji)之(zhi)事在(zai)第(di)(di)八(ba)《五(wu)百弟(di)子(zi)授(shou)記(ji)品(pin)(pin)》和第(di)(di)九(jiu)《授(shou)學無(wu)學人記(ji)品(pin)(pin)》闡述。至此三周說法圓滿,跡(ji)門正宗分告(gao)一段(duan)落。

自第(di)十《法(fa)師品(pin)》至第(di)十四《安樂行(xing)品(pin)》共五品(pin)是(shi)跡門流通分。

上(shang)來八(ba)品(pin)三周說法,三根得記(ji),已定作法王(wang)(佛);欲登法師(shi)位,必明法師(shi)行,故次(ci)于授記(ji)后而有第十《法師(shi)品(pin)》,以(yi)示成佛之路徑。

既聞三周(zhou)說(shuo)法,開方(fang)便門(men),示(shi)真實相(xiang),又于(yu)(yu)《法師品(pin)》起自利利他之行,由是凈心(xin)(xin)實相(xiang)于(yu)(yu)覆障中(zhong)(zhong)顯(xian)現,這是多(duo)(duo)寶(bao)塔(ta)(ta)涌現的因緣,也是第(di)(di)十(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)《見寶(bao)塔(ta)(ta)品(pin)》的由來(lai)。多(duo)(duo)寶(bao)塔(ta)(ta)喻如《法華經》所(suo)說(shuo)凈心(xin)(xin)實相(xiang),利根人見寶(bao)塔(ta)(ta)即(ji)見一(yi)(yi)心(xin)(xin)實相(xiang)。第(di)(di)十(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)《見寶(bao)塔(ta)(ta)品(pin)》有承前啟后(hou)之深旨。承前,塔(ta)(ta)中(zhong)(zhong)多(duo)(duo)寶(bao)如來(lai)出大音(yin)聲,證(zheng)明(ming)釋(shi)迦世尊所(suo)說(shuo)法華會(hui)三歸一(yi)(yi),皆是真實。啟后(hou),本品(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)本師一(yi)(yi)佛身攝(she)十(shi)(shi)方(fang)分(fen)身諸佛,就佛身而言,為后(hou)文開跡顯(xian)本之前方(fang)便,為本門(men)《壽量(liang)品(pin)》埋下(xia)伏筆。

第十二《提婆(po)達多品(pin)》與(yu)(yu)前(qian)品(pin)《見寶塔品(pin)》似乎沒有(you)太大(da)關聯,然而同(tong)屬于跡門的流通分,本品(pin)闡(chan)述提婆(po)達多為釋迦成佛(fo)(fo)之增上緣,人(ren)們眼(yan)中的惡(e)人(ren)也得到授(shou)記成佛(fo)(fo);又本品(pin)闡(chan)述龍(long)女成佛(fo)(fo),此皆證明法華一(yi)佛(fo)(fo)乘(cheng)之殊(shu)勝,自行化他,同(tong)成佛(fo)(fo)道,與(yu)(yu)前(qian)品(pin)宗旨(zhi)本無(wu)二致。

佛于前(qian)《見(jian)寶(bao)塔品(pin)(pin)》末,勸(quan)募發(fa)愿弘揚此(ci)經之(zhi)人,又于《提婆(po)達多品(pin)(pin)》以古今事例,贊(zan)嘆此(ci)經功德殊勝以勸(quan)受持(chi)(chi),故(gu)有(you)諸菩(pu)薩(sa)聲聞等,稟承佛的(de)遺(yi)命,來受持(chi)(chi)此(ci)經并弘揚此(ci)經,這(zhe)是第十三(san)《勸(quan)持(chi)(chi)品(pin)(pin)》的(de)由來。本(ben)品(pin)(pin)中,佛為姨母及羅睺羅母耶輸陀羅授(shou)記,這(zhe)是因為佛為前(qian)正(zheng)宗分的(de)三(san)根授(shou)記中,未(wei)及尼(ni)眾,《法師品(pin)(pin)》廣(guang)記也未(wei)說尼(ni)名,故(gu)在(zai)此(ci)品(pin)(pin)有(you)授(shou)尼(ni)眾之(zhi)記,如此(ci)始稱平等圓(yuan)滿。

第十四《安樂行(xing)品(pin)》是跡門流(liu)通分的最后一品(pin),有(you)成(cheng)前開后之意。因上(shang)

來三周說法(fa),三根授記,已令聲聞(wen)回(hui)小向大發菩(pu)(pu)提心,在本品(pin)(pin)中(zhong)又示依此(ci)經自行化他,勸募弘通妙法(fa)的五種法(fa)師,此(ci)為(wei)開(kai)(kai)前。前品(pin)(pin)既(ji)得圣眾受命持弘,今(jin)品(pin)(pin)為(wei)初心的菩(pu)(pu)薩開(kai)(kai)示佛(fo)滅后惡(e)世(shi)中(zhong)的五種法(fa)師應當住(zhu)于行處(chu)親(qin)近(jin)處(chu),而修(xiu)身、口、意(yi)、誓愿四安樂行,然后可(ke)得萬行一(yi)心,三身一(yi)體的佛(fo)果,這(zhe)是開(kai)(kai)后壽(shou)量(liang)品(pin)(pin)。

從第十五(wu)《從地涌(yong)出品(pin)》到經末共十四品(pin)是本(ben)門(men),說開近顯遠之大義。

上一品(pin)示四安(an)樂(le)行,一一皆是(shi)要(yao)求從(cong)(cong)(cong)(cong)吾人(ren)清凈心地(di)(di)上著(zhu)力,觀空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)不(bu)(bu)著(zhu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),涉有不(bu)(bu)滯有。第十(shi)五(wu)《從(cong)(cong)(cong)(cong)地(di)(di)涌(yong)出(chu)品(pin)》所舉從(cong)(cong)(cong)(cong)地(di)(di)涌(yong)出(chu)住空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)菩薩(sa)們即是(shi)成就四行之人(ren)。從(cong)(cong)(cong)(cong)地(di)(di)故不(bu)(bu)著(zhu)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),住空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)故不(bu)(bu)著(zhu)有,不(bu)(bu)著(zhu)二邊,即是(shi)中道(dao)。《從(cong)(cong)(cong)(cong)地(di)(di)涌(yong)出(chu)品(pin)》前半所說即是(shi)以這些無(wu)量(liang)千(qian)萬億地(di)(di)涌(yong)菩薩(sa)的(de)久度因緣作為如(ru)(ru)來開近顯遠(yuan)的(de)發起。因下(xia)方(fang)涌(yong)出(chu)諸菩薩(sa)具(ju)有三十(shi)二相,久習菩薩(sa)所行,其數無(wu)量(liang),引起此土菩薩(sa)的(de)懷疑,故在后半品(pin)中彌勒(le)代表大眾請疑,由此佛講述了如(ru)(ru)來無(wu)盡(jin)的(de)壽量(liang),而有了第十(shi)六(liu)《如(ru)(ru)來壽量(liang)品(pin)》。

《如來壽量(liang)品》中,世尊(zun)以良醫(yi)留藥喻顯(xian)示佛(fo)(fo)乃(nai)化滅(mie)而大(da)非真(zhen)滅(mie),伽耶始(shi)成(cheng)的新佛(fo)(fo)不過垂跡(ji)而已,實(shi)際(ji)上世尊(zun)于百(bai)千(qian)萬(wan)億(yi)那由他劫以前(qian)便已成(cheng)佛(fo)(fo),就佛(fo)(fo)身(shen)而言,此(ci)品乃(nai)開跡(ji)顯(xian)本(ben)之(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)點,經中于此(ci)始(shi)開八相成(cheng)道垂跡(ji)之(zhi)(zhi)化身(shen),而顯(xian)久遠實(shi)成(cheng)之(zhi)(zhi)本(ben)身(shen)。

自第十(shi)七《分別(bie)功德品(pin)》后半品(pin)至第二十(shi)《常(chang)不輕菩薩品(pin)》,共三品(pin)半,是本師(shi)贊美人(ren)法,以勸弘(hong)(hong)(hong)通(tong)。次(ci)有(you)二品(pin),以佛神力囑累弘(hong)(hong)(hong)通(tong)。自第二十(shi)三《藥(yao)王品(pin)》以下(xia)五品(pin),是舉諸大菩薩受命弘(hong)(hong)(hong)通(tong),以苦行、妙行、圓行、助行、正見(jian)行等不思議力用,以勸弘(hong)(hong)(hong)通(tong)。

第十七(qi)《分別(bie)功(gong)德(de)品(pin)(pin)》的前半(ban)品(pin)(pin)屬于(yu)本門的正宗分,是闡述諸大(da)菩薩聞佛壽(shou)命長遠如是,當下獲證(zheng)許多殊勝(sheng)法(fa)益。后半(ban)品(pin)(pin)校(xiao)量勝(sheng)劣及后時信解持經利益,屬于(yu)本門流通分的贊美人法(fa),分別(bie)說明聞法(fa)菩薩所得功(gong)德(de)證(zheng)悟(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)相,及一般(ban)解悟(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)相,并以行五度功(gong)德(de)與之(zhi)(zhi)比較(jiao)優劣。

第(di)十八《隨(sui)(sui)喜(xi)功(gong)德(de)品》特為佛滅(mie)后(hou),但有(you)一(yi)(yi)念隨(sui)(sui)喜(xi),未有(you)事(shi)行的人,明(ming)其所獲功(gong)德(de)也功(gong)超無學(xue),令(ling)一(yi)(yi)切見(jian)聞法華者生(sheng)仰慕心。又,前品具明(ming)佛滅(mie)后(hou)信(xin)持此經有(you)五品(為隨(sui)(sui)喜(xi)、讀誦、說法、兼(jian)行六度、正(zheng)行六度)益,唯初品(隨(sui)(sui)喜(xi))未有(you)校(xiao)量(liang)功(gong)德(de),故(gu)有(you)此品廣(guang)為校(xiao)量(liang)。

第十九《法(fa)師功(gong)德(de)(de)(de)品》廣舉五事(shi)(受持讀誦解說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)書寫(xie)),隨(sui)其一(yi)事(shi)行成(cheng),當得六根清凈功(gong)德(de)(de)(de),這是(shi)(shi)(shi)舉果以勸修(xiu)因。又,前品正明隨(sui)喜(xi)福德(de)(de)(de),是(shi)(shi)(shi)聽聞法(fa)華(hua)(hua),隨(sui)喜(xi)他人行持法(fa)華(hua)(hua)所得,今品是(shi)(shi)(shi)正明自己行持法(fa)華(hua)(hua)所得福德(de)(de)(de)。由隨(sui)喜(xi)而自行,由易而難(nan),這是(shi)(shi)(shi)理所必然,故有今品。亦即是(shi)(shi)(shi)說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo),前品《隨(sui)喜(xi)功(gong)德(de)(de)(de)品》是(shi)(shi)(shi)流(liu)通(tong)初隨(sui)喜(xi)“因”功(gong)德(de)(de)(de),本品《法(fa)師功(gong)德(de)(de)(de)品》勸說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)流(liu)通(tong)初隨(sui)喜(xi)“果”功(gong)德(de)(de)(de)。

《法(fa)師功德品(pin)(pin)》所(suo)說的行(xing)持法(fa)華可得六根(gen)清凈(jing)功德的事,在第二十《常不輕菩薩品(pin)(pin)》中得到證明(ming)。不輕菩薩,依法(fa)華經修不輕普(pu)敬之(zhi)行(xing),住(zhu)弘經三軌,而得六根(gen)清凈(jing),證成(cheng)非妄。這是勸勉見(jian)聞者,亦當如菩薩所(suo)行(xing)。

自第十七(qi)《分別(bie)功德(de)(de)品(pin)(pin)》的(de)后(hou)半品(pin)(pin)文,及《隨喜功德(de)(de)》、《法(fa)師功德(de)(de)品(pin)(pin)》、《常不(bu)輕(qing)菩(pu)薩品(pin)(pin)》三品(pin)(pin)半文,是說功德(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)通。自第二十一《如來神(shen)力(li)品(pin)(pin)》以下八品(pin)(pin)為是釋尊付囑,勸請流(liu)(liu)通。

佛以不思(si)議(yi)(yi)口輪(lun)說本跡(ji)二門(men)已(yi)竟,再以不思(si)議(yi)(yi)身輪(lun)現無比神(shen)通之力用,付(fu)囑(zhu)流通本跡(ji)二門(men)之教(jiao),這(zhe)是第二十(shi)一《如(ru)來神(shen)力品(pin)》的由(you)來。如(ru)來為(wei)囑(zhu)累妙法而現神(shen)力,以神(shen)力再三囑(zhu)咐(fu)菩薩,令其護(hu)持流通此(ci)經,這(zhe)是第二十(shi)二《囑(zhu)累品(pin)》的由(you)來。

第二十三《藥王菩薩(sa)本事品(pin)》以下(xia)的(de)六品(pin)屬于化他流通。

《藥王菩(pu)薩本事品(pin)》中講述(shu)藥王菩(pu)薩的因地一切(qie)眾生喜見菩(pu)薩以燃身苦行來

流通(tong)(tong)一乘妙法(fa)。藥(yao)王(wang)燃身(shen)功德雖大(da),佛(fo)(fo)恐(kong)初心(xin)菩薩(sa)執苦行為(wei)究竟,故(gu)在(zai)(zai)第(di)二(er)十(shi)(shi)四《妙音(yin)(yin)菩薩(sa)品(pin)》中說(shuo)妙音(yin)(yin)菩薩(sa)神(shen)通(tong)(tong)智慧,中道(dao)行化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)事(shi)跡(ji)。又,前品(pin)一切眾生(sheng)(sheng)喜(xi)見菩薩(sa)兩世都生(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)(zai)佛(fo)(fo)的(de)(de)(de)凈土,恐(kong)聞者凈穢之(zhi)見難忘,心(xin)存愛憎,故(gu)特告敕妙音(yin)(yin)菩薩(sa),莫輕(qing)娑(suo)婆,生(sheng)(sheng)下劣想。令眾生(sheng)(sheng)去除(chu)情見,了知法(fa)界(jie)一相。佛(fo)(fo)為(wei)未發(fa)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)眾生(sheng)(sheng)能受(shou)持法(fa)華,故(gu)說(shuo)第(di)二(er)十(shi)(shi)五《觀世音(yin)(yin)菩薩(sa)普門品(pin)》;為(wei)護已發(fa)心(xin)受(shou)持法(fa)華的(de)(de)(de)佛(fo)(fo)弟(di)子,免除(chu)障(zhang)難,故(gu)說(shuo)第(di)二(er)十(shi)(shi)六《陀羅尼品(pin)》。然而(er)(er)為(wei)示(shi)摧伏魔怨,可賴咒力;具足(zu)正見,須假(jia)善(shan)知識,故(gu)有第(di)二(er)十(shi)(shi)七(qi)《妙莊嚴王(wang)本(ben)(ben)事(shi)品(pin)》。而(er)(er)以(yi)普賢(xian)菩薩(sa)神(shen)通(tong)(tong)誓愿(yuan)不思(si)議的(de)(de)(de)普賢(xian)愿(yuan)行,勸發(fa)弘通(tong)(tong)法(fa)華,作為(wei)本(ben)(ben)經的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)束。

由上觀(guan)之,全(quan)經(jing)的次第脈絡是(shi)(shi)十(shi)分清(qing)晰明朗(lang)的,經(jing)文二十(shi)八品一路展(zhan)現的是(shi)(shi)法(fa)(fa)華(hua)三(san)乘方(fang)便,一乘真實的主(zhu)旨,以及如(ru)(ru)來開近顯遠的真正目的。二十(shi)八品中也處處貫(guan)穿著戒定慧(hui)三(san)學、空假中三(san)觀(guan)、衣室座三(san)軌等自行(xing)(xing)化他(ta)的妙法(fa)(fa),這需要(yao)讀經(jing)者(zhe)用心(xin)留意體會。更重要(yao)的是(shi)(shi),本經(jing)以文殊答問居全(quan)經(jing)之始(shi),強調開發智(zhi)慧(hui)才能(neng)開示悟入(ru)佛之知(zhi)見;而以普賢勸發作全(quan)經(jing)之終,說明唯有大行(xing)(xing)方(fang)能(neng)成(cheng)萬德之佛果。如(ru)(ru)此智(zhi)行(xing)(xing)相成(cheng),菩薩可得弘通(tong)妙法(fa)(fa),成(cheng)就一佛乘之果。

法華經諸品大意

序品第一

是本(ben)經的(de)總序,佛(fo)說(shuo)無(wu)量(liang)義經后(hou),入無(wu)量(liang)義處(chu)三昧,天上(shang)降下種種妙華,佛(fo)的(de)眉間白毫放大(da)光明。彌勒(le)菩(pu)薩(sa)因疑發問,文殊師利菩(pu)薩(sa)作答(da):過去(qu)諸佛(fo)宣說(shuo)《法(fa)華經》前,皆現(xian)此瑞。暗示佛(fo)說(shuo)此經之(zhi)殊勝(sheng)處(chu)有別(bie)于他經,喚(huan)起大(da)眾(zhong)的(de)注意。

方便品第二

此品(pin)與后面(mian)壽(shou)量(liang)品(pin),是(shi)《法(fa)華經(jing)(jing)》的兩大(da)中心,為(wei)本經(jing)(jing)正(zheng)宗分(fen)。佛(fo)由三(san)昧起,稱(cheng)嘆諸佛(fo)智(zhi)慧甚(shen)深無量(liang),難解(jie)難入(ru),佛(fo)說諸佛(fo)究竟了知(zhi)諸法(fa)實(shi)(shi)相——“十如是(shi)”。為(wei)令(ling)聲聞、緣覺二乘人(ren)斷苦縛、得涅槃,佛(fo)以方便力,曾分(fen)說三(san)乘之(zhi)教,今日所說才(cai)是(shi)佛(fo)的真實(shi)(shi)教法(fa)。五(wu)千增上慢(man)者退席,佛(fo)乃宣示唯一大(da)事(shi)因緣,所謂(wei)開、示、悟、入(ru)佛(fo)之(zhi)知(zhi)見;一切(qie)眾生皆當作佛(fo),實(shi)(shi)無三(san)乘。

譬喻品第三

自此品(pin)(pin)(pin)至第九(jiu)“授學無學人記品(pin)(pin)(pin)”為止的(de)七品(pin)(pin)(pin),是將方(fang)便品(pin)(pin)(pin)內容進一(yi)(yi)步以(yi)譬喻(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)及因(yin)緣加以(yi)說明(ming)。該品(pin)(pin)(pin)說明(ming)舍利弗(fu)最先領解佛(fo)意,故(gu)被授記為華光如來。佛(fo)將三(san)(san)界譬喻(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)為火(huo)宅,將三(san)(san)乘(cheng)(cheng)喻(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)為“羊、鹿、牛三(san)(san)車”,將一(yi)(yi)佛(fo)乘(cheng)(cheng)喻(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)為“大白牛車”,以(yi)有名的(de)“火(huo)宅喻(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)”和“三(san)(san)車一(yi)(yi)車”之喻(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),顯示“于一(yi)(yi)佛(fo)乘(cheng)(cheng),分別(bie)說三(san)(san)”及“唯(wei)有一(yi)(yi)乘(cheng)(cheng)法,無二亦無三(san)(san)”的(de)深義。

信解品第四

須菩提、迦旃延、大迦葉、目犍連,于上品領解(jie)佛意。佛更說(shuo)“長(chang)者窮(qiong)子(zi)”喻(yu),佛喻(yu)為大慈悲(bei)的(de)長(chang)者,三乘(cheng)譬喻(yu)為窮(qiong)子(zi),導(dao)出“于一乘(cheng)道,隨宜說(shuo)三”的(de)結(jie)論。

藥草喻品第五

佛應四人之請,更以“三草二木(mu)”將(jiang)人天二乘(cheng)譬喻為(wei)大(da)(da)、中、小(xiao)藥草,將(jiang)上根(gen)、下根(gen)菩(pu)薩喻為(wei)大(da)(da)樹(shu)和小(xiao)樹(shu),將(jiang)佛的(de)平等(deng)智慧譬喻為(wei)一味(wei)之雨。三千(qian)大(da)(da)千(qian)世界的(de)大(da)(da)小(xiao)長短(duan)諸種草木(mu),悉受一味(wei)之雨而潤澤成長,如同佛以一相一味(wei)之法(fa),平等(deng)利益一切眾生。

授記品第六

授大迦葉等(deng)四人將來成佛之記。

化城喻品第七

先說大通(tong)智(zhi)勝佛時十(shi)六(liu)王子聽講《法華(hua)經》而轉為菩薩沙彌,后乃成(cheng)佛。次(ci)說“化城(cheng)喻”,三乘之果不外是(shi)化城(cheng),目的是(shi)為入佛智(zhi)慧、最終成(cheng)佛。

五百弟子受記品第八

富樓那(nei)為(wei)上首,五百弟子(zi)皆得受記。次(ci)說“系珠喻(yu)”,五百弟子(zi)雖(sui)都(dou)懷(huai)有佛(fo)種,但未開悟,由煩惱(nao)覆藏,如衣里藏有寶珠,但因(yin)不知,故處(chu)于窮困之境(jing)。

授學無學人記品第九

阿難、羅(luo)睺羅(luo)為上首(shou)。

法師品第十

佛(fo)在世或滅度(du)后,凡(fan)隨喜聽聞《法(fa)華經(jing)》者(zhe)均(jun)授予成佛(fo)的(de)記(ji)別(bie)。又舉(ju)出修行、受(shou)持、讀(du)誦、解說(shuo)、書寫本經(jing)的(de)“五種(zhong)(zhong)法(fa)施”和供養(yang)本經(jing)的(de)“十種(zhong)(zhong)”功德。說(shuo)謗法(fa)者(zhe)之罪(zui),并說(shuo)鑿井喻。

見寶塔品第十一

多(duo)寶(bao)佛(fo)塔(ta)從地涌出(chu),證明(ming)釋(shi)(shi)尊(zun)所說真實不虛。釋(shi)(shi)迦如來以(yi)神力(li),三(san)變凈土,分身諸(zhu)佛(fo)咸集,開多(duo)寶(bao)佛(fo)塔(ta)。多(duo)寶(bao)如來,分半座(zuo)與釋(shi)(shi)尊(zun)同座(zuo)。

提婆達多品第十二

說如來往昔(xi)求法,師事阿私仙(xian)得聞妙法。又授提婆達多(duo)成佛(fo)記(ji)。文殊入龍(long)宮說《法華經(jing)》,八歲(sui)龍(long)女(nv)聞經(jing)即(ji)身成佛(fo),證明《法華經(jing)》功德廣大。

勸持品第十三

藥王、大樂說和(he)兩萬(wan)菩(pu)薩(sa)(sa),各各發愿(yuan)弘(hong)(hong)揚《法華經》。被授(shou)記的(de)五百阿羅漢(han)及學(xue)無(wu)學(xue)八千人(ren),以(yi)及八十萬(wan)億那由他無(wu)數菩(pu)薩(sa)(sa),皆誓愿(yuan)弘(hong)(hong)此經典。

安樂行品第十四

文(wen)殊(shu)請(qing)問末世持(chi)經方法(fa),佛告以身、口(kou)、意、誓愿四安樂行,并以轉(zhuan)輪圣王髻中明(ming)珠罕(han)見授(shou)人(ren)來譬(pi)喻(yu)佛不(bu)輕易講說經中最尊最勝(sheng)的(de)《法(fa)華經》。

從地踴出品第十五

六萬恒沙菩薩(sa)及其眷屬從地踴出(chu),大眾疑惑,不(bu)知此等恒河沙數菩薩(sa)為誰之(zhi)弟(di)子?從何處而來?此為佛開顯“久(jiu)遠實(shi)成”佛果的序曲。

如來壽量品第十六

釋(shi)尊說明“我實成(cheng)佛(fo)以(yi)來,無量(liang)(liang)無邊百千萬億那由(you)他劫”,而其(qi)中間乃至(zhi)今(jin)生,皆是(shi)方便示(shi)現。又(you)說“佛(fo)壽長遠”、“佛(fo)身常住”。以(yi)良醫之(zhi)譬喻(yu)說明為救眾生而示(shi)現方便。佛(fo)實際上(shang)是(shi)“常在靈鷲山”、“常住說此法”,為使眾生不起(qi)懈怠之(zhi)念,故(gu)示(shi)現滅度。此品旨在說明佛(fo)陀“壽命之(zhi)無量(liang)(liang)”、“教化之(zhi)無量(liang)(liang)”、“慈悲之(zhi)無量(liang)(liang)”及“救濟之(zhi)無量(liang)(liang)”。

分別功德品第十七

說明與會者聞法獲益之多,和五(wu)品弟子功德(de)。

隨喜功德品第十八

是繼(ji)上品所說者,說明聽聞、講述此經的廣(guang)大功(gong)德(de)。

法師功德品第十九

明五種法師的(de)功(gong)德,得六根清凈神通力。

常不輕品第二十

說明(ming)常(chang)不輕菩薩,以(yi)隨(sui)喜行,得清(qing)凈六根,說《法華經》,以(yi)此顯示贊(zan)嘆(tan)本經功德。

如來神力品第二十一

佛出廣(guang)長(chang)舌相(xiang),放毛孔光。以(yi)此(ci)(ci)神力(li),為囑付(fu)滅后(hou)傳此(ci)(ci)經,捷要地說此(ci)(ci)經功德(de)。此(ci)(ci)經所在(zai)之處就是(shi)道場,諸佛在(zai)此(ci)(ci)處成(cheng)道、轉法(fa)輪,并在(zai)此(ci)(ci)處涅槃。

囑累品第二十二

此品(pin)為對諸菩(pu)(pu)薩“總付(fu)囑”,三摸眾菩(pu)(pu)薩頂(ding)而囑付(fu)之(zhi)。

藥王菩薩本事品第二十三

自此品開始到第(di)二十八勸發品,詳說佛滅后(hou)弘(hong)此經的(de)必要(yao)及弘(hong)經的(de)功德(de)。該品舉出藥王菩(pu)薩過去為一切眾生喜見菩(pu)薩,燒臂供養,以報答聽日(ri)月凈明德(de)佛講《法華經》之(zhi)恩。

妙音菩薩品第二十四

敘述變現34身(shen),說《法(fa)華經》的妙(miao)音菩薩,從東(dong)方凈光莊嚴國來到(dao)靈(ling)鷲山,禮拜釋尊及多(duo)寶佛塔(ta),以(yi)顯(xian)宣說《法(fa)華經》的重要意義。

觀世音菩薩普門品第二十五

無盡意菩(pu)薩(sa)請問觀世音菩(pu)薩(sa)的神通因緣,佛為說14種(zhong)無畏(wei),32種(zhong)應化身(shen)等種(zhong)種(zhong)功德。

陀羅尼品第二十六

菩(pu)薩及(ji)天神(shen)等(deng),各各說咒(zhou)護持(chi)受持(chi)《法(fa)華經》者(zhe)。

妙莊嚴王本事品第二十七

述說藥王、藥上二(er)菩(pu)薩的(de)往昔事跡,他們為凈(jing)藏、凈(jing)眼二(er)王子時,勸父母歸依其師云雷音王佛,使(shi)他們聽講(jiang)《法(fa)華經(jing)》的(de)大(da)善因緣(yuan),以顯示遇佛、聽《法(fa)華經(jing)》之難得。

普賢菩薩勸發品第二十八

佛為普(pu)賢說佛滅度后得(de)《法(fa)華經(jing)》的四個方(fang)法(fa)。普(pu)賢發(fa)愿(yuan)護持受《法(fa)華經(jing)》者。

爾時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),佛(fo)告諸(zhu)菩(pu)(pu)(pu)(pu)(pu)薩(sa)(sa)(sa)及(ji)天人(ren)四(si)(si)(si)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong):吾(wu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)過去無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)劫中(zhong)(zhong),求法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)經無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)懈倦。于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)多(duo)(duo)劫中(zhong)(zhong)常作國王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),發愿(yuan)求于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)上菩(pu)(pu)(pu)(pu)(pu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)不(bu)(bu)退(tui)(tui)轉(zhuan)。為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)欲(yu)滿足(zu)(zu)六波羅(luo)(luo)(luo)蜜(mi)(mi),勤(qin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)布施(shi),心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)吝(lin)惜(xi),象馬七(qi)(qi)珍(zhen)、國城妻子、奴婢仆(pu)從、頭目髓腦、身(shen)(shen)(shen)肉(rou)手(shou)足(zu)(zu),不(bu)(bu)惜(xi)軀(qu)命。時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)世(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)人(ren)民壽命無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)量(liang)(liang)(liang),為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)故(gu),捐舍(she)(she)國位(wei),委政(zheng)太子,擊鼓宣(xuan)令(ling),四(si)(si)(si)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)求法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa):誰能(neng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)大(da)(da)(da)乘者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),吾(wu)當終身(shen)(shen)(shen)供給(gei)走使。時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)仙(xian)(xian)人(ren),來(lai)白(bai)王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)言(yan)(yan):我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)大(da)(da)(da)乘,名妙(miao)(miao)(miao)(miao)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)蓮(lian)(lian)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)經,若(ruo)(ruo)不(bu)(bu)違我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo),當為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)宣(xuan)說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)。王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)聞(wen)仙(xian)(xian)言(yan)(yan),歡喜踴(yong)躍,即隨(sui)仙(xian)(xian)人(ren),供給(gei)所(suo)需,采(cai)果(guo)(guo)、汲水,拾薪、設食,乃至(zhi)(zhi)以(yi)身(shen)(shen)(shen)而為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)床座(zuo),身(shen)(shen)(shen)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)倦。于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)奉(feng)事(shi),經于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)千歲,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)故(gu),精勤(qin)給(gei)侍,令(ling)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)所(suo)乏。爾時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)世(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)尊(zun)欲(yu)重宣(xuan)此(ci)(ci)(ci)義,而說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)偈(jie)(jie)言(yan)(yan):我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)念過去劫,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)求大(da)(da)(da)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)故(gu),雖作世(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)國王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),不(bu)(bu)貪五(wu)欲(yu)樂(le)。捶鐘告四(si)(si)(si)方(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang):誰有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)大(da)(da)(da)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),若(ruo)(ruo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)解說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)(shuo),身(shen)(shen)(shen)當為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)奴仆(pu)。時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)阿(a)(a)私仙(xian)(xian),來(lai)白(bai)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)(da)(da)王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang):我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)微(wei)(wei)(wei)妙(miao)(miao)(miao)(miao)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),世(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)所(suo)稀有(you)(you)(you)(you)(you),若(ruo)(ruo)能(neng)修(xiu)行(xing)(xing)(xing)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),吾(wu)當為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)汝說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)。時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)聞(wen)仙(xian)(xian)言(yan)(yan),心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)大(da)(da)(da)喜悅,即便(bian)隨(sui)仙(xian)(xian)人(ren),供給(gei)于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)所(suo)需。采(cai)薪及(ji)果(guo)(guo)蓏,隨(sui)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)恭敬(jing)(jing)與,情存妙(miao)(miao)(miao)(miao)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)故(gu),身(shen)(shen)(shen)心(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)懈倦。普(pu)(pu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)諸(zhu)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),勤(qin)求于(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)大(da)(da)(da)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),亦不(bu)(bu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)己(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen),及(ji)以(yi)五(wu)欲(yu)樂(le)。故(gu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)大(da)(da)(da)國王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),勤(qin)求獲此(ci)(ci)(ci)法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),遂致(zhi)得(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)佛(fo),今故(gu)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)汝說(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)(shuo)。佛(fo)告諸(zhu)比(bi)丘:爾時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)王(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),則我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)身(shen)(shen)(shen)是(shi)。時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)仙(xian)(xian)人(ren)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),今提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)婆達(da)(da)(da)多(duo)(duo)是(shi)。由(you)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)婆達(da)(da)(da)多(duo)(duo)善(shan)知識(shi)故(gu),令(ling)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)具(ju)(ju)足(zu)(zu)六波羅(luo)(luo)(luo)蜜(mi)(mi),慈(ci)悲喜舍(she)(she),三十(shi)二(er)相(xiang)(xiang),八(ba)(ba)(ba)十(shi)種好(hao),紫磨(mo)金色,十(shi)力(li)(li)、四(si)(si)(si)無(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)所(suo)畏(wei)、四(si)(si)(si)攝法(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)、十(shi)八(ba)(ba)(ba)不(bu)(bu)共、神(shen)通道(dao)力(li)(li),成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等正覺(jue)(jue),廣(guang)度(du)(du)(du)眾(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng) 法華經功德

爾(er)時(shi),世尊因藥王(wang)菩薩,告八萬(wan)大(da)士:“藥王(wang),汝見是(shi)(shi)大(da)眾中無量(liang)諸天、龍王(wang)、夜叉、乾闥婆、阿(a)修羅(luo)、迦樓(lou)羅(luo)、緊那羅(luo)、摩喉(hou)羅(luo)伽、人(ren)與(yu)(yu)非人(ren),及比(bi)丘、比(bi)丘尼、優婆塞、優婆夷,求(qiu)聲(sheng)聞(wen)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),求(qiu)辟支(zhi)佛者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),求(qiu)佛道者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),如(ru)(ru)是(shi)(shi)等(deng)類咸(xian)于(yu)佛前,聞(wen)妙法(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)一(yi)偈一(yi)句,乃至一(yi)念隨喜者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),我皆與(yu)(yu)授(shou)記(ji),當得阿(a)耨多羅(luo)三(san)藐三(san)菩提(ti)。”佛告藥王(wang):“又(you)如(ru)(ru)來滅度之后,若有人(ren)聞(wen)妙法(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)乃至一(yi)偈一(yi)句,一(yi)念隨喜者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe),我亦(yi)與(yu)(yu)授(shou)阿(a)耨多羅(luo)三(san)藐三(san)菩提(ti)記(ji)。”——《妙法(fa)蓮華(hua)(hua)經(jing)·法(fa)師品》

“若善(shan)男子(zi)、善(shan)女人(ren),于(yu)法(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)乃至一(yi)(yi)句,受(shou)持、讀誦、解(jie)說(shuo)(shuo)、書(shu)寫,種種供(gong)養經(jing)卷,華(hua)(hua)香(xiang)瓔珞(luo),末香(xiang)涂香(xiang)燒香(xiang),繒蓋、幢(chuang)幡、衣服、伎樂(le)、合掌(zhang)恭敬,是人(ren)一(yi)(yi)切世(shi)間所應瞻(zhan)奉,應以(yi)如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)(lai)供(gong)養而供(gong)養之(zhi)。當知此(ci)人(ren)是大菩薩(sa),成就阿耨多羅(luo)三藐三菩提,哀憫眾生,愿(yuan)生此(ci)間,廣(guang)(guang)演分(fen)別妙(miao)法(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing),何(he)況盡能受(shou)持種種供(gong)養者。藥王當知,是人(ren)自舍清凈(jing)業報(bao),于(yu)我(wo)滅(mie)后(hou),憫眾生故(gu),出于(yu)惡世(shi),廣(guang)(guang)演此(ci)經(jing)。若是善(shan)男子(zi)、善(shan)女人(ren),我(wo)滅(mie)度(du)后(hou),能竊為一(yi)(yi)人(ren)說(shuo)(shuo)法(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)乃至一(yi)(yi)句,當知是人(ren)則如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)(lai)使,如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)(lai)所遣(qian),行如(ru)(ru)來(lai)(lai)(lai)事。何(he)況于(yu)大眾中廣(guang)(guang)為人(ren)說(shuo)(shuo)。”——《妙(miao)法(fa)蓮華(hua)(hua)經(jing)·法(fa)師品》

宣化(hua)上人《妙法蓮華經(jing)》淺釋(shi)摘錄

……如智者大師,他是因為(wei)誦(song)持法(fa)華(hua)經而開悟。當他誦(song)至(zhi)藥王(wang)菩薩(sa)本事品焚身供佛“是真精進,是名真法(fa)供養(yang)如來”的(de)經文時(shi),就入了法(fa)華(hua)一(yi)(yi)旋三昧之最高境界(jie)。在定(ding)中看見靈山法(fa)會,儼然未散,見到釋迦牟尼佛仍(reng)然在說法(fa)。所以持誦(song)經典亦能開悟,但要專心致志,而非一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)念佛一(yi)(yi)邊(bian)打妄(wang)想。若人在念佛時(shi)還在盤算著怎(zen)樣去賺錢(qian)(qian),必(bi)定(ding)不能開悟,因為(wei)這是在念錢(qian)(qian)而非念佛。……

自古云:成佛(fo)(fo)(fo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)華(hua)(hua),富貴(gui)華(hua)(hua)嚴(yan),開(kai)慧(hui)楞嚴(yan)。故此,歷(li)代(dai)祖師都教于(yu)大眾必修三大經(jing)《法(fa)(fa)(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)》《華(hua)(hua)嚴(yan)經(jing)》《楞嚴(yan)經(jing)》。在《法(fa)(fa)(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)》中說(shuo):諸(zhu)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)世(shi)尊,唯以(yi)一大事(shi)因緣故出(chu)(chu)現(xian)于(yu)世(shi)。欲(yu)令眾生開(kai)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)知(zhi)(zhi)見使得清凈故,出(chu)(chu)現(xian)于(yu)世(shi);欲(yu)示眾生佛(fo)(fo)(fo)之知(zhi)(zhi)見故,出(chu)(chu)現(xian)于(yu)世(shi);欲(yu)令眾生悟(wu)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)知(zhi)(zhi)見故,出(chu)(chu)現(xian)于(yu)世(shi);欲(yu)令眾生入(ru)佛(fo)(fo)(fo)知(zhi)(zhi)見道故,出(chu)(chu)現(xian)于(yu)世(shi)。在此,可以(yi)看出(chu)(chu)《法(fa)(fa)(fa)華(hua)(hua)經(jing)》對(dui)整個佛(fo)(fo)(fo)法(fa)(fa)(fa)的貢獻。因為佛(fo)(fo)(fo)陀指出(chu)(chu)種種法(fa)(fa)(fa)門只是方便之說(shuo),最(zui)終目的無非令所有眾生都能離苦(ku)得樂,得證佛(fo)(fo)(fo)果。

經中(zhong)品品說出(chu)行菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)道的(de)(de)(de)重要性,那是成佛(fo)的(de)(de)(de)因(yin)。各(ge)大菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)示現(xian)廣度眾(zhong)生的(de)(de)(de)方便(bian)法(fa)門,觀世音(yin)菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)的(de)(de)(de)慈(ci)悲、普(pu)賢菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)的(de)(de)(de)行愿(yuan)、常不輕菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)的(de)(de)(de)破(po)除驕傲心(xin)(xin)、藥王(wang)菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)的(de)(de)(de)精進心(xin)(xin)、妙(miao)音(yin)菩(pu)(pu)薩(sa)的(de)(de)(de)方便(bian)度眾(zhong)心(xin)(xin),都體現(xian)了舍己為(wei)人的(de)(de)(de)法(fa)華精神(shen)。

而《法華(hua)經》教導我(wo)(wo)們(men):那里(li)有苦(ku)難眾生我(wo)(wo)們(men)必須去(qu)救(jiu)度。饑餓的人們(men)我(wo)(wo)們(men)要(yao)去(qu)施(shi)食,病苦(ku)的人們(men)我(wo)(wo)們(men)要(yao)去(qu)施(shi)藥和(he)打理,無(wu)智愚癡的人和(he)地(di)方我(wo)(wo)們(men)要(yao)去(qu)弘法。把歡(huan)樂的福蔭(yin)帶給大家,使沉溺在(zai)生死苦(ku)海的人們(men)脫離苦(ku)海,那就是成佛必須具備的慈悲喜舍菩薩心。

《法華(hua)經》最大(da)的特(te)色是唯有(you)一(yi)佛(fo)乘,方便說有(you)三。明知道修學(xue)佛(fo)法是為了成佛(fo),而(er)方便說有(you)三,使我們能漸漸積功(gong)德(de),而(er)又不(bu)覺(jue)得累(lei)。雖未成佛(fo),但由(you)于修學(xue)福(fu)慧,也能得到快樂,直到得證菩提成佛(fo)作祖。

是(shi)故,《法華經》對佛教有著無盡的貢獻,那是(shi)經中之王度生無量的魅力。(方海權著)
