傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)光(guang)(guang)功(gong)率計(ji)校準方法是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)一個激光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)源經過(guo)衰減調節(jie)器,通(tong)過(guo)光(guang)(guang)纖連接(jie)器的(de)插拔先后與標準光(guang)(guang)功(gong)率計(ji)和(he)被測光(guang)(guang)功(gong)率計(ji)連接(jie)進行測量。傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)校準方法會引入插拔誤(wu)差和(he)光(guang)(guang)源穩定性誤(wu)差。
光(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)計(ji)傳(chuan)統的(de)校準(zhun)方法如圖所(suo)示,激光(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)源通過光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)跳線連(lian)接(jie)(jie)光(guang)(guang)衰減(jian)器的(de)輸(shu)出端與標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)光(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)計(ji)的(de)輸(shu)入端,調(diao)節光(guang)(guang)衰減(jian)器使得光(guang)(guang)源輸(shu)出在某(mou)一功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)點上(shang),讀取(qu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)光(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)計(ji)的(de)示值(zhi)P1,然(ran)后將連(lian)接(jie)(jie)標(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)光(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)計(ji)輸(shu)入端的(de)光(guang)(guang)纖(xian)取(qu)下,連(lian)接(jie)(jie)被檢光(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)計(ji)的(de)輸(shu)入端,讀取(qu)這時被檢光(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)計(ji)的(de)示值(zhi)P2。
激光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)源連接到(dao)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)衰減(jian)器(qi),通過(guo)調節(jie)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)衰減(jian)器(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出不同(tong)的(de)(de)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)值,光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)源輸(shu)(shu)出經過(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)衰減(jian)器(qi)后進(jin)入一個光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)纖分(fen)束器(qi)。通過(guo)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)分(fen)束器(qi)的(de)(de)分(fen)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)原理(li),把(ba)相同(tong)的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)同(tong)時傳輸(shu)(shu)到(dao)標(biao)準光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)計(ji)(ji)和被(bei)檢光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)計(ji)(ji)當中,這樣只需調節(jie)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)衰減(jian)器(qi),就可以同(tong)時讀取標(biao)準光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)計(ji)(ji)和被(bei)檢光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)計(ji)(ji)不同(tong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)點上的(de)(de)示(shi)值。
所采用(yong)的光(guang)纖分束器在兩條(tiao)分路上(shang)(shang)的功(gong)率(lv)(lv)值(zhi)在測(ce)量(liang)前由同一標準(zhun)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)計來(lai)測(ce)量(liang),準(zhun)確測(ce)出兩條(tiao)光(guang)路上(shang)(shang)的功(gong)率(lv)(lv)差值(zhi),此(ci)差值(zhi)作為重要修正(zheng)(zheng)分量(liang)在測(ce)量(liang)中(zhong)應進行修正(zheng)(zheng)補償。要注(zhu)意的是(shi)不同波長(chang)下的功(gong)率(lv)(lv)分束比是(shi)不同的,需要分別修正(zheng)(zheng),在測(ce)量(liang)中(zhong)應保持光(guang)纖頭清(qing)潔。
