全鎮現有(you)勞(lao)動力4800人(ren),但(dan)人(ren)參生(sheng)產旺季(ji),勞(lao)動力缺口仍有(you)近(jin)萬(wan)(wan)人(ren)。萬(wan)(wan)良鎮已(yi)有(you)長年(nian)加(jia)工、經營人(ren)參業(ye)戶(hu)462家(jia),季(ji)節性(xing)加(jia)工經營戶(hu)2000多家(jia)。平時外來(lai)務工人(ren)員,也有(you)七八千人(ren)。務工人(ren)員中,有(you)的(de)來(lai)自縣城(cheng)、幾大林業(ye)局及周邊鄉(xiang)鎮,有(you)的(de)來(lai)自江源、安(an)圖、樺(hua)甸等市縣,還(huan)有(you)的(de)來(lai)自浙江、遼寧、黑龍江等省。
現象之三:地價房(fang)價超縣城
萬良鎮地價、房(fang)價遠高(gao)于縣城。其原因(yin)是,近幾年,該鎮“三農裂變”不斷加快,鎮區以外的農民和外來(lai)人員(yuan)大(da)(da)量涌入,房(fang)地產需(xu)求增大(da)(da),社會購買力增強(qiang);隨著鎮域經濟總(zong)量的擴(kuo)充,產業不斷做(zuo)(zuo)大(da)(da)做(zuo)(zuo)強(qiang),用(yong)地需(xu)求增加,土地資源(yuan)愈來(lai)愈緊張。
