一是歷史(shi)悠(you)久。吳(wu)(wu)川月(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)的(de)發展歷史(shi),可(ke)以追(zhui)溯到(dao)南宋(song)(song)(song)時期,至(zhi)今已有800多年(nian)。當時吳(wu)(wu)川吳(wu)(wu)陽鎮上(shang)郭村人(ren)吳(wu)(wu)頤(yi)(yi),是南宋(song)(song)(song)咸淳元年(nian)(公元1265年(nian))進士,由于在江(jiang)蘇淮陰奉旨帥(shuai)軍(jun)抗擊蒙古(gu)軍(jun)隊大(da)獲全(quan)勝,班師回(hui)朝,宋(song)(song)(song)帝(di)趙 在慶功御(yu)宴上(shang)賜其吃“帝(di)賜肉(rou)”,以示皇恩浩蕩。所(suo)謂“帝(di)賜肉(rou)”,是一種肉(rou)餡(xian)的(de)蒸面(mian)包(bao),其餡(xian)料(liao)由20多種食(shi)(shi)材組成,由御(yu)廚采(cai)用秘方特制,造型(xing)精巧,皮薄(bo)心靚,誘(you)人(ren)食(shi)(shi)欲,吃后(hou)(hou)頰(jia)齒(chi)留香。后(hou)(hou)吳(wu)(wu)頤(yi)(yi)對(dui)“帝(di)賜肉(rou)”改變烹飪(ren)方法(fa),或油煎或火烤(kao)(kao),稱為(wei)“頤(yi)(yi)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)”、“粵(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)”。當時宰相(xiang)陳宜中(zhong)適逢中(zhong)秋(qiu)佳(jia)節,吃了吳(wu)(wu)頤(yi)(yi)的(de)烤(kao)(kao)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)后(hou)(hou)贊(zan)其美(mei)味,便(bian)觸景生情將“頤(yi)(yi)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)”、“粵(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)”改稱為(wei)“月(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)”。吳(wu)(wu)頤(yi)(yi)致仕(shi)回(hui)鄉(xiang),常以月(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)賞月(yue)自(zi)食(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)贈送親友,以表(biao)達(da)團(tuan)圓和(he)(he)祝福之意。以后(hou)(hou),吳(wu)(wu)川縣(xian)城(cheng)吳(wu)(wu)陽街的(de)糕餅(bing)(bing)(bing)作坊(fang),效法(fa)生產月(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing),與(yu)現代(dai)吳(wu)(wu)川的(de)月(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)極為(wei)相(xiang)似。同時,周(zhou)邊村民也仿照(zhao)上(shang)郭人(ren)供月(yue)餅(bing)(bing)(bing)、拜月(yue)亮、祝團(tuan)圓。這一美(mei)好愿(yuan)望(wang)的(de)習俗(su),逐漸為(wei)吳(wu)(wu)川城(cheng)鄉(xiang)的(de)廣大(da)民眾所(suo)接受。
