深州蜜桃有紅(hong)蜜和(he)白(bai)蜜兩個品系:
紅蜜又稱“魁蜜”、“冷 桃”,果實長圓形,果頂(ding)突(tu)出有尖,縫合(he)線(xian)深(shen),兩邊對(dui)稱,柄短,梗洼深(shen),果色(se)鮮艷(yan),向陽面有紅霞。 果肉乳(ru)白色(se)或淡黃色(se),粘核,近核處有紫(zi)紅色(se)射線(xian),成熟期(qi)在八月中旬(xun)(xun)至九月上(shang)旬(xun)(xun)。
白(bai)蜜果實圓形,果頂稍(shao)凹,嘴鈍,縫合線(xian)較(jiao)深而明顯,柄短,梗洼深,色澤
微粉紅,果(guo)(guo)肉(rou)白(bai)色,粘(zhan)核,于(yu)九月上旬成熟(shu)。深州(zhou)(zhou)蜜桃(tao)(tao)(tao)有大桃(tao)(tao)(tao)小桃(tao)(tao)(tao)之分,平常所說的(de)深州(zhou)(zhou)蜜桃(tao)(tao)(tao)系指大桃(tao)(tao)(tao)而言。小桃(tao)(tao)(tao)稱為(wei)“桃(tao)(tao)(tao)奴”。桃(tao)(tao)(tao)奴單果(guo)(guo)重50克左(zuo)右,最大100克左(zuo)右,含糖量(liang)在20%以上,所以口味極(ji)甜。成熟(shu)期比大桃(tao)(tao)(tao)晚(wan)15天(tian)左(zuo)右。
安次甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜風(feng)味獨特(te),是(shi)我國唯(wei)一脆(cui)梨風(feng)味的甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜品種,其白(bai)如玉、甜(tian)(tian)(tian)如蜜、脆(cui)如梨。安次甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜形狀為橢(tuo)圓(yuan)形,果皮(pi)較厚,果皮(pi)純白(bai)色,光滑靚麗,晶瑩剔透(tou),單果重1.0~1.5千克;瓜肉呈白(bai)色,質地細密,脆(cui)爽似梨、甜(tian)(tian)(tian)美(mei)多汁、香甜(tian)(tian)(tian)可(ke)口(kou)。耐儲運性極強,自然條件下可(ke)貯(zhu)藏0天。營養豐富(fu)(fu),富(fu)(fu)含蛋白(bai)質、維(wei)生素、鈣、鐵,總糖含量達(da)7.6%,明顯(xian)高于普(pu)(pu)通甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜,纖(xian)維(wei)素含量0.22%,明顯(xian)低于普(pu)(pu)通甜(tian)(tian)(tian)瓜。
