產地環境
房(fang)(fang)縣(xian)(xian)位于(yu)鄂西(xi)北、大(da)巴山(shan)和武當(dang)(dang)山(shan)之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)。地(di)理坐標為東經l1O°O2'~111°15',北緯31°34'~32°31'。地(di)勢西(xi)高(gao)東低(di)(di)、南(nan)陡北緩、四周高(gao)山(shan)環繞(rao),由兩側分向中(zhong)部傾(qing)斜,略成盆地(di)。全縣(xian)(xian)海拔180~2485.6米,地(di)形復(fu)雜(za),高(gao)差(cha)懸殊,日照(zhao)時數(shu)在(zai)1700~2000小(xiao)時之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian),平(ping)均每天(tian)日照(zhao)5.1小(xiao)時,平(ping)均日照(zhao)率為42%;全縣(xian)(xian)平(ping)均氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)10~15℃,積端最高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)40.4℃,極端最低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)-17.6℃,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha)在(zai)24℃左右,低(di)(di)山(shan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha)較大(da),高(gao)山(shan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)差(cha)較小(xiao),大(da)體(ti)與氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)一致(zhi),地(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)一般高(gao)于(yu)當(dang)(dang)地(di)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)約(yue)2℃左右。房(fang)(fang)縣(xian)(xian)香菇屬于(yu)中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)型菌(jun)類,菌(jun)絲(si)在(zai)15~36℃之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)均能生(sheng)長,在(zai)22~32℃生(sheng)長,6~14℃能緩慢生(sheng)長。房(fang)(fang)縣(xian)(xian)香菇對低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)有很強的抵抗力(li),房(fang)(fang)縣(xian)(xian)氣(qi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)范圍有利于(yu)菌(jun)絲(si)的存(cun)活和生(sheng)長發育(yu)。
