簡介
妙果寺(si)位于(yu)(yu)浙江省溫州市松臺(tai)山南麓。系東甌著名(ming)古剎,始創于(yu)(yu)唐神龍(long)年間(jian)(705年),為(wei)一(yi)代宗師(shi)宿覺大(da)師(shi)所建。盛于(yu)(yu)宋,高僧繼(ji)忠(zhong)大(da)師(shi)曾卓錫方(fang)丈,大(da)振宗風,一(yi)度(du)成為(wei)東南沿海朝圣之(zhi)名(ming)剎。
妙果寺(si)于清順治十(shi)四年(nian)曾毀于一場大(da)火,雖(sui)于康熙十(shi)四年(nian)重修,但規模已非(fei)昔日(ri)可比。后開拓公路時妙果寺(si)被拆除,其間(jian)文(wen)物、大(da)師舍利、宋(song)鎏金銅(tong)佛(fo)及大(da)師生(sheng)平小石碑現藏華東(dong)文(wen)物館。妙果寺(si)作為浙江省政府批準重點對(dui)外開放寺(si)院(yuan)。
建筑
1983年修復重(zhong)建(jian),重(zhong)建(jian)前后長(chang)達十余年之久,現在天王殿(dian)、大雄(xiong)寶殿(dian)、觀音(yin)閣及兩樓(lou)房,雕梁畫棟(dong),金碧(bi)輝(hui)煌;飛檐斗拱(gong),氣勢雄(xiong)渾,全國(guo)政協副主席(xi)趙(zhao)樸初(chu)親書(shu)“大雄(xiong)寶殿(dian)”,書(shu)壇巨匠沙孟海額(e)書(shu)“妙果(guo)寺(si)”,96年佛學(xue)大師南懷瑾(jin)行生書(shu)“宿覺名(ming)山”匾,端莊(zhuang)矯健(jian),金光(guang)閃(shan)(shan)閃(shan)(shan),書(shu)壇諸子(zi)紛紛撰(zhuan)書(shu)匾額(e)楹聯為妙果(guo)寺(si)增輝(hui)添彩(cai)。
大殿正(zheng)柱有原(yuan)住(zhu)持(chi)雪(xue)生老和尚生前撰(zhuan)聯:“凈(jing)光塔(ta)院,普覺鐘聲,追思唐代宗風永嘉獨著;甌浦云峰,霞潭月(yue)色,想(xiang)見宋僧道積妙(miao)果同(tong)懷(huai)。”后殿有現(xian)住(zhu)持(chi)達崇法師(shi)聯:“七寶莊嚴,一(yi)角小山藏世(shi)界;三乘庇蔭,十方大地涌潮音。”
住持
妙(miao)果(guo)寺現(xian)任住(zhu)持達照法師,(達照法師,俗(su)姓林,筆名天(tian)臺(tai)子,1972年出(chu)生(sheng)于浙(zhe)江省(sheng)(sheng)文(wen)成縣(xian),1989年于七甲寺依了識長(chang)(chang)老出(chu)家,屬于嫡傳天(tian)臺(tai)教觀第(di)(di)46代。現(xian)任普陀山(shan)佛學(xue)院研究生(sheng)導(dao)師、蘇(su)州(zhou)戒幢(chuang)佛學(xue)研究所研究員、湖南省(sheng)(sheng)常(chang)德市禪(chan)學(xue)會(hui)(hui)名譽會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、溫州(zhou)市佛教協會(hui)(hui)副會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、溫州(zhou)佛教永嘉禪(chan)學(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、溫州(zhou)市妙(miao)果(guo)寺住(zhu)持、第(di)(di)七屆文(wen)成縣(xian)政協常(chang)委、文(wen)成縣(xian)佛教協會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、文(wen)成縣(xian)七甲寺住(zhu)持、安福寺修建(jian)委員會(hui)(hui)主任。)
豬頭鐘
相(xiang)傳宋神(shen)宗(zong)元豐年間(1078-1085),在繼(ji)忠(zhong)大師主(zhu)持(chi)妙果寺(si)時(shi),有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)客僧來寺(si)掛(gua)單修身,其(qi)(qi)貌若愚,然出(chu)語必合(he)宗(zong)乘。日(ri)(ri)間入市丐化,布施所(suo)(suo)得,悉購(gou)豬頭(tou)(tou)歸寺(si)酣(han)酌(zhuo),繼(ji)忠(zhong)大師觀之若無其(qi)(qi)事,任其(qi)(qi)息跡去留(liu)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)日(ri)(ri)負鋤(chu)至寺(si)旁山麓(lu)掘一(yi)(yi)(yi)土(tu)(tu)井(jing),將所(suo)(suo)剩豬頭(tou)(tou)骨悉藏井(jing)內,壓(ya)一(yi)(yi)(yi)大石(shi),并以(yi)土(tu)(tu)泥涂封,對人(ren)說(shuo):“吾歷(li)年所(suo)(suo)募鑄(zhu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),今(jin)七七日(ri)(ri)后(hou)于此成就”。此后(hou)就不(bu)見客僧蹤跡。時(shi)逾月余,寺(si)僧掘土(tu)(tu)果見一(yi)(yi)(yi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),猛熱熾(chi)然,高(gao)約三尺,非銅非鐵,酷似青石(shi),音響鏗(keng)明(ming),頂上(shang)二豬首(shou)拼作鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鈕(niu),迥異尋(xun)(xun)常捕(bu)牢獅龍之慣例。故人(ren)皆(jie)以(yi)“豬頭(tou)(tou)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”名之。傳說(shuo)因(yin)其(qi)(qi)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)未到49日(ri)(ri),火(huo)未退完,敲擊(ji)時(shi)城內外常有(you)火(huo)災出(chu)現(xian)。民國八(ba)年(1919),國威不(bu)振,本地任某請(qing)來上(shang)海(hai)技師將鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鈕(niu)截斷,竊去國外。自此,神(shen)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)就不(bu)復懸掛(gua),于是建(jian)“古鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)亭(ting)”藏之。因(yin)該鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鈕(niu)活像兩個(ge)豬頭(tou)(tou),故人(ren)稱(cheng)“豬頭(tou)(tou)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”。也有(you)人(ren)說(shuo)該鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)原名“濟陀(tuo)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,人(ren)們諧(xie)稱(cheng)“豬頭(tou)(tou)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”。我們對這傳說(shuo)無須認(ren)真(zhen)去尋(xun)(xun)根究底,"假(jia)作真(zhen)時(shi)真(zhen)亦假(jia),無為有(you)處有(you)還(huan)(huan)無",長留(liu)在人(ren)們的想(xiang)像中(zhong)豈不(bu)更(geng)好(hao)。1987年重(zhong)建(jian)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)亭(ting),亭(ting)聯:“稽于史實(shi),松臺山上(shang)仙人(ren)井(jing);留(liu)得民謠,妙果寺(si)中(zhong)豬頭(tou)(tou)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。”亭(ting)內的無紐“濟陀(tuo)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)”,為宋時(shi)物,高(gao)1.3米(mi)(mi),直徑為0.8米(mi)(mi)。豬頭(tou)(tou)鐘(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)現(xian)已由市文(wen)物館追還(huan)(huan)。
