西秦嶺隧(sui)道(West Qinling Tunnel),全(quan)長28.236公里,穿越西秦嶺山區(qu),位于甘肅省隴南市武都區(qu)境(jing)內,是蘭渝(yu)鐵(tie)路全(quan)線最(zui)長的控制性工程隧(sui)道,也是國內鐵(tie)路第二長隧(sui)道。工程于2008年8月開(kai)工建(jian)設,2014年7月19日全(quan)線貫通(tong)。
西秦嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),于(yu)2008年(nian)8月(yue)開(kai)工(gong),是(shi)蘭渝(yu)鐵(tie)路(lu)先期開(kai)工(gong)工(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)程(cheng)期約(yue)5年(nian)。同年(nian)8月(yue)15日10時(shi),隨著高度(du)超過10米的(de)巨型掘進機(ji)緩緩向前推進,穿越我國西部秦嶺山脈(mo)的(de)蘭渝(yu)鐵(tie)路(lu)標志性工(gong)程(cheng)——全(quan)(quan)長(chang)(chang)近30公(gong)里的(de)西秦嶺隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)全(quan)(quan)面開(kai)工(gong)建(jian)設;該工(gong)程(cheng)由中(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)所屬(shu)中(zhong)鐵(tie)第(di)一(yi)勘察設計院(簡稱鐵(tie)一(yi)院)設計,中(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)局(ju)、中(zhong)鐵(tie)十(shi)八局(ju)承建(jian);為我國第(di)二(er)長(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(含在建(jian)),僅次于(yu)青(qing)藏鐵(tie)路(lu)新關角隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)位于(yu)甘肅(su)省隴南市(shi)武(wu)都區。為雙洞單(dan)線隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),工(gong)程(cheng)采用兩臺(tai)TBM和(he)鉆(zhan)爆法施工(gong)。
西(xi)秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)越嶺(ling)地(di)(di)段DK391+800~DK423+940,位于(yu)甘肅省隴南(nan)市(shi)武都區境內,設計起(qi)點里(li)(li)程(cheng)DK391+800,設計終點里(li)(li)程(cheng)DK423+915,新建(jian)線路折合雙(shuang)線長度32.115公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)走行(xing)于(yu)秦嶺(ling)高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)山區,隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)最大(da)埋深(shen)約1400m,西(xi)秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)起(qi)訖里(li)(li)程(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)DK395+122~DK423+358,長度28.236公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li),設計為(wei)(wei)(wei)兩條(tiao)單線隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),線間距40米(mi)(mi)。本項目(mu)主要工(gong)程(cheng)從蘭(lan)州至重慶方向依次為(wei)(wei)(wei):范家(jia)坪(ping)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長3.152公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li))、潘家(jia)溝大(da)橋(長0.191公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li))、西(xi)秦嶺(ling)特長隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長28.236公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li))、洛塘河特大(da)橋(長0.579公(gong)(gong)(gong)里(li)(li))。蘭(lan)渝鐵路西(xi)秦嶺(ling)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)分為(wei)(wei)(wei)左線和右(you)線,從進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)、出(chu)口(kou)(kou)兩端相向施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),同時在隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)段斜井開掘完成(cheng)后,再從中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間向兩邊施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)左線由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)集團(tuan)負責施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),于(yu)10月16日(ri)開工(gong)建(jian)設,目(mu)前(qian)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)已(yi)(yi)掘進(jin)(jin)72米(mi)(mi),出(chu)口(kou)(kou)已(yi)(yi)掘進(jin)(jin)35米(mi)(mi)。隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右(you)線由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵十八(ba)局集團(tuan)負責施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),于(yu)11月7日(ri)開工(gong),目(mu)前(qian)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)(kou)掘進(jin)(jin)35米(mi)(mi),出(chu)口(kou)(kou)掘進(jin)(jin)40米(mi)(mi),斜井已(yi)(yi)打進(jin)(jin)120多米(mi)(mi)。由(you)于(yu)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)段地(di)(di)質屬于(yu)無機熔巖(yan)的狀態(tai),一面是石(shi)頭,一面是土,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)難度比較大(da),工(gong)程(cheng)人員在保證安全的情(qing)況下進(jin)(jin)行(xing)接力,每天進(jin)(jin)度3-7米(mi)(mi)。
2013年10月30日(ri),三公(gong)司(si)參(can)建(jian)的蘭(lan)渝鐵路西秦嶺隧道左線貫通(tong)。
2014年7月19日(ri),歷經六年建設,我國在(zai)建最(zui)長鐵路隧道——蘭渝鐵路西秦嶺(ling)隧道全線貫通。
西(xi)秦嶺隧(sui)道目前設計(ji)采(cai)用TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi),這是(shi)(shi)(shi)國(guo)內比較先進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi)。西(xi)秦嶺隧(sui)道也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)采(cai)取(qu)TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)方(fang)式(shi)中最長的(de)(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道。由于工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難度(du)極大(da),同時考(kao)慮到施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)中盡可能少地破(po)壞(huai)生態環境(jing),這臺長180米,重達(da)1800噸的(de)(de)(de)(de)現(xian)代(dai)化掘進(jin)機(ji),開挖直徑達(da)10.23米,超過了三層樓的(de)(de)(de)(de)高度(du),也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)目前我(wo)國(guo)采(cai)用掘進(jin)機(ji)修建(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)最大(da)直徑的(de)(de)(de)(de)干線(xian)鐵路隧(sui)道。采(cai)用這種“工(gong)(gong)廠化”的(de)(de)(de)(de)隧(sui)道開挖現(xian)代(dai)作(zuo)業設備和(he)技術,不僅可以在保(bao)證工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時確保(bao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全;還能最大(da)限度(du)改善作(zuo)業環境(jing)、降低(di)粉塵等有害(hai)氣體的(de)(de)(de)(de)污染,減少對生態環境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響和(he)破(po)壞(huai)。它標志著我(wo)國(guo)特殊地質(zhi)條(tiao)件下,鐵路隧(sui)道的(de)(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技術達(da)到世界領先水(shui)平。
西秦嶺隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),采用世界上最(zui)先進的現代化(hua)掘進技術來(lai)穿(chuan)越復雜(za)地質、修建長大(da)、長隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao),是重大(da)隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)類工程(cheng)建設的發展(zhan)趨勢,在(zai)我國鐵路隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)建設史上具有里程(cheng)碑的重要意義(yi)。
2021年(nian)12月(yue)13日,中(zhong)國(guo)土(tu)木(mu)工程(cheng)(cheng)學會基金獎(jiang)勵辦(ban)公室(shi)發布,西秦嶺隧(sui)道(dao)列入第十九屆(jie)中(zhong)國(guo)土(tu)木(mu)工程(cheng)(cheng)詹(zhan)天(tian)佑(you)獎(jiang)入選工程(cheng)(cheng)名單。
