西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)道(West Qinling Tunnel),全長(chang)28.236公里,穿越西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)山區,位于(yu)甘肅省隴南市武(wu)都區境內,是蘭渝鐵(tie)(tie)路全線(xian)(xian)最長(chang)的控制(zhi)性(xing)工(gong)程隧(sui)道,也(ye)是國內鐵(tie)(tie)路第二長(chang)隧(sui)道。工(gong)程于(yu)2008年8月開工(gong)建設(she),2014年7月19日(ri)全線(xian)(xian)貫通。
西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道,于2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月開(kai)工(gong)(gong),是(shi)蘭(lan)渝(yu)鐵(tie)路先期開(kai)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)期約5年(nian)(nian)(nian)。同年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月15日10時,隨著高度超過10米的巨型掘進機(ji)緩緩向前推進,穿越我國(guo)西(xi)部秦(qin)嶺山脈(mo)的蘭(lan)渝(yu)鐵(tie)路標志(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)——全(quan)(quan)長近30公里的西(xi)秦(qin)嶺隧(sui)(sui)道全(quan)(quan)面開(kai)工(gong)(gong)建(jian)設;該工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由中國(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)所屬(shu)中鐵(tie)第(di)一勘察設計院(yuan)(簡稱鐵(tie)一院(yuan))設計,中鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)道局(ju)(ju)、中鐵(tie)十八局(ju)(ju)承建(jian);為我國(guo)第(di)二長鐵(tie)路隧(sui)(sui)道(含(han)在建(jian)),僅次于青藏鐵(tie)路新關角(jiao)隧(sui)(sui)道,隧(sui)(sui)道位于甘肅省隴南市(shi)武都區。為雙洞單線隧(sui)(sui)道,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)采用兩臺TBM和鉆爆法施工(gong)(gong)。
西秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)越(yue)嶺(ling)地(di)段DK391+800~DK423+940,位于(yu)(yu)(yu)甘肅省隴南市武都區(qu)境內,設計起點里(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)DK391+800,設計終點里(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)DK423+915,新建線(xian)路折合雙線(xian)長(chang)度32.115公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li)。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)走(zou)行于(yu)(yu)(yu)秦(qin)嶺(ling)高中山區(qu),隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)最大(da)埋深約1400m,西秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)起訖里(li)(li)(li)(li)程(cheng)為DK395+122~DK423+358,長(chang)度28.236公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li),設計為兩(liang)條單線(xian)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),線(xian)間距40米(mi)。本項(xiang)目(mu)主要工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)從蘭州至重(zhong)慶方向(xiang)依(yi)次為:范家坪隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長(chang)3.152公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li))、潘家溝大(da)橋(長(chang)0.191公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li))、西秦(qin)嶺(ling)特(te)長(chang)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)(長(chang)28.236公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li))、洛(luo)塘河特(te)大(da)橋(長(chang)0.579公(gong)(gong)里(li)(li)(li)(li))。蘭渝鐵(tie)路西秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)分為左線(xian)和右線(xian),從進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)、出口(kou)兩(liang)端相向(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),同時在(zai)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)中段斜井開(kai)掘(jue)完成后,再從中間向(xiang)兩(liang)邊施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)左線(xian)由(you)(you)中鐵(tie)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)集(ji)團負(fu)(fu)責(ze)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)(yu)(yu)10月(yue)16日開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)建設,目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)已(yi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)72米(mi),出口(kou)已(yi)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)35米(mi)。隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)右線(xian)由(you)(you)中鐵(tie)十(shi)八局集(ji)團負(fu)(fu)責(ze)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),于(yu)(yu)(yu)11月(yue)7日開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong),目(mu)前進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)口(kou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)35米(mi),出口(kou)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)40米(mi),斜井已(yi)打進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)120多米(mi)。由(you)(you)于(yu)(yu)(yu)隧(sui)(sui)(sui)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)段地(di)質屬(shu)于(yu)(yu)(yu)無機熔(rong)巖的狀態(tai),一(yi)面(mian)是(shi)石(shi)頭,一(yi)面(mian)是(shi)土,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度比(bi)較大(da),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)人員在(zai)保證安全的情況下進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行接力,每天進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)度3-7米(mi)。
2013年10月(yue)30日,三公(gong)司參建的蘭渝鐵路西秦嶺隧道左線貫(guan)通。
2014年7月19日,歷(li)經(jing)六年建(jian)設,我(wo)國(guo)在建(jian)最長鐵路(lu)(lu)隧道(dao)——蘭(lan)渝鐵路(lu)(lu)西秦嶺隧道(dao)全線貫通(tong)。
西秦嶺(ling)隧道(dao)(dao)目(mu)前設計(ji)采用(yong)TBM施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)式,這(zhe)是國(guo)(guo)內比較先進的(de)施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)式。西秦嶺(ling)隧道(dao)(dao)也(ye)是采取TBM施(shi)工(gong)方(fang)式中(zhong)最長的(de)隧道(dao)(dao)。由于工(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)難度極(ji)大,同時(shi)考慮到施(shi)工(gong)中(zhong)盡可能(neng)少(shao)地破(po)壞生態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing),這(zhe)臺長180米(mi),重達1800噸的(de)現代化掘進機,開挖(wa)直(zhi)徑達10.23米(mi),超過了三層樓(lou)的(de)高度,也(ye)是目(mu)前我國(guo)(guo)采用(yong)掘進機修(xiu)建的(de)最大直(zhi)徑的(de)干線(xian)鐵路隧道(dao)(dao)。采用(yong)這(zhe)種“工(gong)廠化”的(de)隧道(dao)(dao)開挖(wa)現代作業設備和(he)技術,不僅可以在保證工(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量的(de)同時(shi)確保施(shi)工(gong)安(an)全;還能(neng)最大限度改善作業環(huan)境(jing)(jing)、降低(di)粉(fen)塵(chen)等有(you)害氣體的(de)污染,減少(shao)對生態(tai)環(huan)境(jing)(jing)的(de)影響(xiang)和(he)破(po)壞。它標志著我國(guo)(guo)特殊地質(zhi)條件(jian)下,鐵路隧道(dao)(dao)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)技術達到世界領先水平。
西秦嶺(ling)隧道(dao)(dao),采用世界(jie)上最先進的(de)(de)現代化掘進技術來穿越(yue)復雜地質、修建(jian)(jian)長(chang)大(da)、長(chang)隧道(dao)(dao),是重大(da)隧道(dao)(dao)類工程建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)趨勢(shi),在我(wo)國鐵路(lu)隧道(dao)(dao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)史(shi)上具有里(li)程碑的(de)(de)重要(yao)意(yi)義。
2021年12月13日,中(zhong)國土(tu)木工(gong)程學會基金獎勵辦公室發布,西(xi)秦(qin)嶺(ling)隧道(dao)列入第十九(jiu)屆中(zhong)國土(tu)木工(gong)程詹天佑(you)獎入選工(gong)程名單。
