宜(yi)興(xing)洞(dong)(dong)靈觀(guan),即(ji)天申宮、朝陽道院,緊依(yi)張公洞(dong)(dong)。唐(tang)以前(qian)洞(dong)(dong)靈觀(guan)為(wei)(wei)寺。唐(tang)開元初,萬惠昭天師至此投簡封(feng)龍,奏復為(wei)(wei)道觀(guan)。唐(tang)明皇御(yu)賜匾額為(wei)(wei)“洞(dong)(dong)靈觀(guan)”,屬縣城(cheng)內(nei)的通貞(zhen)觀(guan),賜封(feng)庚桑(sang)楚為(wei)(wei)“洞(dong)(dong)靈真(zhen)人”,亢倉(cang)子九篇為(wei)(wei)《洞(dong)(dong)靈真(zhen)經(jing)》。道家將“洞(dong)(dong)靈真(zhen)人”、《洞(dong)(dong)靈真(zhen)經(jing)》歸(gui)入《道藏(zang)》,唐(tang)代時聞名(ming)于全國,被列為(wei)(wei)道教(jiao)七十二福地之一。后屢遭兵(bing)毀。1994年7月(yue),市政(zheng)府(fu)風景園林管理部門負責籌資重建(jian)洞(dong)(dong)靈觀(guan),依(yi)山(shan)旁洞(dong)(dong),占(zhan)地2萬平方米,建(jian)筑面積2千平方米,上下8殿。同(tong)年12月(yue),經(jing)宜(yi)興(xing)市人民政(zheng)府(fu)批準,洞(dong)(dong)靈觀(guan)正式列為(wei)(wei)道教(jiao)活動場所。
洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)觀即天(tian)申(shen)(shen)宮(gong)、朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)道(dao)院,緊(jin)依張公洞(dong)。唐(tang)以前洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)觀為(wei)(wei)寺。唐(tang)開元(yuan)(yuan)初,萬惠昭天(tian)師至此(ci)投簡封(feng)龍,奏復為(wei)(wei)道(dao)觀。唐(tang)明皇御賜匾額為(wei)(wei)“洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)觀”,屬縣城內(nei)的(de)通貞觀,賜封(feng)庚桑楚為(wei)(wei)“洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)真(zhen)(zhen)人”,亢(kang)倉子(zi)九篇(pian)為(wei)(wei)《洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)真(zhen)(zhen)經》。道(dao)家將(jiang)“洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)真(zhen)(zhen)人”、《洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)真(zhen)(zhen)經》歸入(ru)《道(dao)藏》。后洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)觀遭兵(bing)(bing)毀(hui)。南唐(tang)保大三年(nian)(nian)(nian),道(dao)士周敬徵繪圖(tu)奏請,遂賜營建(jian)(jian)。韓熙(xi)載撰(zhuan)碑記云(yun):“青龍將(jiang)關(guan)尹重來,白(bai)馬共(gong)胡僧卻去。”又云(yun):“奮御筆以題額,賜洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)之美(mei)名。”宋(song)大中祥(xiang)符四(si)年(nian)(nian)(nian),真(zhen)(zhen)宗(zong)帝賜金(jin)帛一新洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)觀棟宇。乾道(dao)六年(nian)(nian)(nian),內(nei)侍劉(liu)能入(ru)道(dao),請升為(wei)(wei)宮(gong),孝(xiao)宗(zong)帝賜額“天(tian)申(shen)(shen)萬壽宮(gong)”。元(yuan)(yuan)代,三十八代掌(zhang)教天(tian)師張與(yu)材(cai)至此(ci)尋祖朝(chao)(chao)(chao)真(zhen)(zhen),留有(you)(you)詩(shi)句:“秋風吹衣草樹(shu)涼,巨靈(ling)(ling)(ling)守護神(shen)丹光。袖攜天(tian)香入(ru)洞(dong)府,散作云(yun)霧(wu)空蒼(cang)茫。柱杖鏗鏘響(xiang)微(wei)步,石髓垂垂潤甘露。時(shi)當相遇五百年(nian)(nian)(nian),分(fen)明中有(you)(you)升天(tian)路(lu)。”元(yuan)(yuan)代泰定(ding)年(nian)(nian)(nian)間,住(zhu)山李勛在天(tian)申(shen)(shen)宮(gong)前募(mu)建(jian)(jian)石柱6根,一如當年(nian)(nian)(nian)華表(biao)插天(tian)。元(yuan)(yuan)末,天(tian)申(shen)(shen)宮(gong)廢(fei)。明洪武二年(nian)(nian)(nian),道(dao)士陳清源復建(jian)(jian),后廢(fei)。宣(xuan)德二年(nian)(nian)(nian),道(dao)會談惟一構屋數(shu)楹供傳道(dao)。清康(kang)熙(xi)三十三年(nian)(nian)(nian)(1694),道(dao)士潘朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)募(mu)資在洞(dong)靈(ling)(ling)(ling)觀址重建(jian)(jian),改(gai)名朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)道(dao)院。后朝(chao)(chao)(chao)陽(yang)道(dao)士在此(ci)得道(dao),并(bing)著(zhu)有(you)(you)三才圖(tu)。清末又遭兵(bing)(bing)毀(hui)。
洞靈觀重建于1995年3月,與張公洞相鄰,建筑(zhu)面積1500多平方米,占地(di)近萬平方米。自(zi)山腳至山頂,重門次第(di),殿宇巍(wei)峨、紅墻黛瓦、綠(lv)蔭掩映,建有靈觀殿、玉皇殿、天師(shi)殿、三清殿等八座殿宇,殿內(nei)29尊神像熠(yi)熠(yi)生輝。
唐代(dai)皇甫冉《洞靈觀》詩云:“孤煙靈洞遠,積雪暮山寒。松柏凌高殿,莓(mei)苔封(feng)古壇。客來清夜久,仙(xian)去白云殘。明月開金箓,焚香入木(mu)蘭。”
唐許渾《題(ti)洞靈觀冬青樹》詩云:“霜霰不凋色,兩(liang)株交石壇。未秋紅實淺,經夏綠(lv)陰寒。露重(zhong)蟬鳴急,風多鳥(niao)宿難。何(he)如西禁(jin)柳,晴舞玉闌干。”
宋(song)蔡肇《題(ti)洞靈觀》詩(shi)云:“勝(sheng)跡(ji)傳來不記年,昔聞曾駐漢(han)神仙。赤烏方喜(xi)靈壇(tan)建(jian),白(bai)馬俄驚梵宇遷。觀額自唐(tang)因記定(ding),宮碑至宋(song)有(you)珉鐫。江南福(fu)地雖云眾,第一無過此(ci)洞天(tian)。”
民國23年,鄉紳儲南(nan)強重修(xiu)張公洞(dong)時(shi)同修(xiu)朝陽道院部分道室。抗戰時(shi)被日軍炸毀。
1994年(nian)7月,市政(zheng)府風景園林管理(li)部(bu)門負責(ze)籌資重建洞(dong)靈觀(guan)(guan)。重建后(hou)的洞(dong)靈觀(guan)(guan)依(yi)山(shan)旁洞(dong),占地2萬(wan)平方米(mi),建筑(zhu)面(mian)積2千(qian)平方米(mi),上(shang)下(xia)8殿。同年(nian)12月,經宜興市人(ren)民(min)政(zheng)府批準,洞(dong)靈觀(guan)(guan)正式列為道(dao)教活(huo)動場(chang)所(suo)。
