天(tian)竺山道(dao)觀位(wei)于陜西(xi)省山陽縣(xian)天(tian)竺山,始建于唐朝,呂(lv)洞賓、羅(luo)公遠祖(zu)師興起(qi),后來近千年(nian)(nian)道(dao)佛交替,直至清(qing)乾隆年(nian)(nian)間王圓吉真人又恢(hui)復殿(dian)堂、廂(xiang)房。
巍巍天柱(zhu),奇秀險拔(ba)。續脈終南、襟帶丹江,乃商(shang)洛第一神(shen)山(shan)(shan)。因其山(shan)(shan)體(ti)形似老子座騎(qi)而(er)名牛山(shan)(shan)。唐呂洞賓(bin)入(ru)山(shan)(shan)傳道(dao),更名“天柱(zhu)山(shan)(shan)”。清(qing)康熙年(nian)間,山(shan)(shan)陽縣令(ling)秦凝奎游山(shan)(shan)改名“天竺山(shan)(shan)”。今文獻仍慣用天柱(zhu)山(shan)(shan)名。
大凡(fan)名山(shan)(shan)洞府,多為大德仙真(zhen)修道(dao)闡教(jiao)(jiao),普化有(you)緣之(zhi)福地(di)。溯天(tian)(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)道(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)淵源,東晉葛洪入山(shan)(shan)修煉,視(shi)為其教(jiao)(jiao)派(pai)創立之(zhi)初。元朝全(quan)真(zhen)教(jiao)(jiao)風行天(tian)(tian)下(xia),邱(qiu)處機祖師之(zhi)高徒披云(yun)真(zhen)人宋德方任天(tian)(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)住持修建(jian)元緯宮,規(gui)模宏大,教(jiao)(jiao)派(pai)隆(long)(long)盛(sheng)。明(ming)(ming)初蜀地(di)道(dao)士李本(ben)善上山(shan)(shan)重(zhong)振龍門教(jiao)(jiao)風。創立全(quan)真(zhen)半十(shi)方叢林(lin)。至清(qing)晚(wan)期,天(tian)(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)道(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)隨國運之(zhi)頹走(zou)向衰微。此后經紫(zi)元真(zhen)人點化,武當太子坡道(dao)士王圓(yuan)吉上山(shan)(shan)闡揚教(jiao)(jiao)法,曹庭進、吳明(ming)(ming)慧、張明(ming)(ming)秀、劉明(ming)(ming)玉相繼(ji)承傳(chuan)。公元一(yi)(yi)九一(yi)(yi)六年,天(tian)(tian)柱山(shan)(shan)龍門二十(shi)一(yi)(yi)代傳(chuan)人張至正(zheng)監院統(tong)領教(jiao)(jiao)務,繼(ji)承道(dao)統(tong),開拓創新,辟建(jian)雙峰觀,修復數處道(dao)觀,山(shan)(shan)中道(dao)眾云(yun)集,教(jiao)(jiao)法興隆(long)(long),堪稱陜南名山(shan)(shan)。
新中(zhong)國成立,天柱(zhu)山(shan)道(dao)教一度再興。后遭(zao)“文化大革(ge)命”,十(shi)(shi)(shi)年(nian)動亂沖擊,道(dao)觀(guan)(guan)毀壞(huai)殆盡。中(zhong)共十(shi)(shi)(shi)一屆三中(zhong)全會,政策落實,國家重視,信眾(zhong)慷慨,經(jing)二十(shi)(shi)(shi)二代龍門(men)弟子(zi)周理貴道(dao)長帶領,自一九八(ba)五年(nian)至(zhi)一九九八(ba)年(nian)歷時十(shi)(shi)(shi)三年(nian)艱(jian)苦奮斗(dou),先(xian)后修復雙峰觀(guan)(guan),云蓋觀(guan)(guan)、朝陽(yang)硐暨鐵(tie)瓦(wa)殿(dian)四處道(dao)觀(guan)(guan),環境清幽,教風規(gui)范,道(dao)氣(qi)常存。
