一、什么是機油泵
機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵(beng)是發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)的油(you)泵(beng),它的作用是將(jiang)(jiang)機(ji)(ji)油(you)提高到一(yi)定壓力后,強制(zhi)地壓送到發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)各零件(jian)的運動(dong)(dong)(dong)表面上,保證一(yi)定的油(you)量。機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵(beng)是發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)潤滑(hua)系(xi)統(tong)中機(ji)(ji)油(you)循(xun)環(huan)的動(dong)(dong)(dong)力源,機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵(beng)安(an)裝在(zai)發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)缸體下部,旋轉時將(jiang)(jiang)油(you)底殼(ke)的機(ji)(ji)油(you)加壓排向(xiang)潤滑(hua)油(you)路,經過(guo)機(ji)(ji)油(you)濾清器過(guo)濾后進入所需潤滑(hua)部件(jian)的表面。
二、機油泵由哪些零件組成
機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵(beng)按照結構形式不(bu)同,分為齒輪式機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵(beng)和轉子式機(ji)(ji)油(you)泵(beng)兩種:
1、齒(chi)輪式機油泵(beng)由兩(liang)個相(xiang)同(tong)的齒(chi)輪及泵(beng)殼組成,具(ju)體零部件包括(kuo)端蓋、油泵(beng)驅動軸(zhou)、外(wai)殼、從(cong)動齒(chi)輪、從(cong)動齒(chi)輪軸(zhou)、主動齒(chi)輪、限壓閥以及驅動齒(chi)輪等。
2、轉子(zi)式機(ji)油泵由(you)殼(ke)體、內轉子(zi)、外轉子(zi)和泵蓋(gai)等(deng)組成(cheng),內轉子(zi)用鍵或(huo)銷子(zi)固(gu)定在轉子(zi)軸上,由(you)曲軸齒輪直接(jie)(jie)或(huo)間接(jie)(jie)驅動。
三、汽車機油泵工作原理是什么
汽(qi)車機油泵的(de)結構不同,原理(li)也(ye)有所不同:
1、齒輪式機油泵原理
當(dang)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)工作時,凸輪軸(zhou)上的驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)油(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)的傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪,使固定在主動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪軸(zhou)上的主動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪旋轉(zhuan),帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)從(cong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪作反方(fang)向的旋轉(zhuan),將機(ji)油(you)(you)(you)從(cong)進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)腔沿齒(chi)隙(xi)與(yu)泵(beng)壁送至(zhi)出油(you)(you)(you)腔。進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)腔處便形成低壓產(chan)生吸力,把油(you)(you)(you)底殼(ke)內的機(ji)油(you)(you)(you)吸進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)腔,由(you)于(yu)主、從(cong)動(dong)(dong)(dong)齒(chi)輪不斷(duan)地旋轉(zhuan),機(ji)油(you)(you)(you)便不斷(duan)地被壓送到需要的部位。
2、轉子式機油泵原理
轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)式機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)的內(nei)(nei)、外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)是(shi)同向不(bu)同步的旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)齒形齒廓設計得使(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)到任何角(jiao)度(du)時(shi),內(nei)(nei)、外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)每個齒的齒形廓線上總(zong)能互相成點接(jie)觸。這(zhe)樣內(nei)(nei)、外(wai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)間形成4個工作腔(qiang)(qiang),隨(sui)著轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)的轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動,這(zhe)4個工作腔(qiang)(qiang)的容(rong)積是(shi)不(bu)斷(duan)變(bian)化(hua)的。在進(jin)油(you)(you)(you)(you)道的一側空腔(qiang)(qiang),由于轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)脫開嚙合,容(rong)積逐漸增(zeng)大,產(chan)生真空,機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)被吸入,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)繼續旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)被帶到出(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)道的一側,這(zhe)時(shi),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)正好進(jin)入嚙合,使(shi)這(zhe)一空腔(qiang)(qiang)容(rong)積減小,油(you)(you)(you)(you)壓升高,機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)從齒間擠出(chu)并經出(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)道壓送出(chu)去。這(zhe)樣,隨(sui)著轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)的不(bu)斷(duan)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),機(ji)(ji)油(you)(you)(you)(you)就不(bu)斷(duan)地被吸入和壓出(chu)。
