一、系統概述
為了提高大廈的弱電整體使用(yong)需求(qiu),滿(man)足現代(dai)化(hua)大廈多樣化(hua)使用(yong)需求(qiu),打造一個(ge)休閑(xian)輕松(song)地工作環(huan)境,現擬在(zai)大廈的公共走廊等(deng)區(qu)域設計(ji)(ji)安裝背景音樂廣播(bo)(bo)系統,背景音樂廣播(bo)(bo)系統設計(ji)(ji)滿(man)足大廈日常背景音樂播(bo)(bo)放和語音廣播(bo)(bo)、信息傳播(bo)(bo)、資(zi)料通知(zhi)等(deng),緊(jin)急情(qing)況時進行消防(fang)緊(jin)急廣播(bo)(bo)。
二、用戶需求分析及前端分布優化
大廈背(bei)景音(yin)(yin)樂系(xi)統(tong)屬于(yu)業務性(xing)(xing)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播,針對(dui)大廈對(dui)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播系(xi)統(tong)使用(yong)(yong)需求,設(she)計大廈廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播系(xi)統(tong)進(jin)(jin)行控制和廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播設(she)計中,要(yao)考(kao)慮到公(gong)共廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播和緊(jin)急(ji)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播及(ji)呼叫廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播三(san)個部(bu)分。公(gong)共廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播和緊(jin)急(ji)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播在設(she)計上(shang)是獨立兩(liang)系(xi)統(tong),但在使用(yong)(yong)上(shang)要(yao)實現有機(ji)結合(he)(he),最大限度的(de)減少工程造價,又能充分體(ti)現系(xi)統(tong)的(de)先進(jin)(jin)功能;系(xi)統(tong)設(she)計要(yao)求以實用(yong)(yong)性(xing)(xing)、先進(jin)(jin)性(xing)(xing)、經(jing)濟性(xing)(xing)、穩定性(xing)(xing)、可(ke)擴展性(xing)(xing)為設(she)計原則,結合(he)(he)大廈對(dui)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)使用(yong)(yong)需求,通過科(ke)學合(he)(he)理的(de)設(she)計,滿(man)足大廈背(bei)景音(yin)(yin)樂的(de)需求;背(bei)景音(yin)(yin)系(xi)統(tong)要(yao)求具(ju)備有以下幾大使用(yong)(yong)功能:
除此外廣播系統要求達到如下功能:
廣播(bo)系統(tong)要求具有定時播(bo)放、廣播(bo)尋呼、分區廣播(bo)等功(gong)能。
廣播系統要求具有配(pei)置有遠程(cheng)話筒,能實現遠程(cheng)尋(xun)呼功能。
廣播系統要求具有自動(dong)(dong)運行程序,能(neng)夠實現每(mei)天自動(dong)(dong)運行功能(neng)。
廣(guang)播系(xi)統要(yao)求具(ju)有電源(yuan)控制功能,在休息時段系(xi)統自動斷電休眠。
廣播(bo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)要(yao)求具有接駁消(xiao)防系(xi)(xi)統(tong)接口,同時可實現消(xiao)防聯動功能。
三、系統構成及原理
綜合大廈規(gui)劃設(she)計的具體(ti)情況(kuang),設(she)備控(kong)制中(zhong)心(xin)設(she)置在設(she)備消(xiao)防控(kong)制中(zhong)心(xin),我們設(she)計了一(yi)套(tao)從音(yin)頻(pin)信號集中(zhong)控(kong)制傳輸,可(ke)靠(kao)實用的背景音(yin)樂(le)、公共(緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播系統。即設(she)計背景音(yin)樂(le)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播與消(xiao)防緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播相(xiang)兼容(rong)。所(suo)有的背景音(yin)樂(le)揚聲器在火災(zai)時(shi)均(jun)能(neng)強切至消(xiao)防緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播狀態。當進行(xing)正常(chang)背景音(yin)樂(le)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播時(shi),一(yi)旦(dan)發(fa)生(sheng)火災(zai)報警,自(zi)動(dong)觸發(fa)語音(yin)系統,廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播強切至緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播狀態,以最高(gao)優先權向大廈樓內(nei)實現分(fen)區緊(jin)(jin)(jin)急事(shi)故廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播,并可(ke)進行(xing)人工廣(guang)(guang)(guang)播來處理事(shi)故,避免了慌忙(mang)中(zhong)造成的誤操作的可(ke)能(neng)性。
1.系統配置分析
(1)由于(yu)該大(da)廈(sha)建筑面積較(jiao)大(da),樓(lou)層(ceng)較(jiao)多。為方便(bian)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo),所以(yi)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統要分(fen)(fen)(fen)成若干個區(qu),以(yi)便(bian)在不同情況下可(ke)以(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)分(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)或(huo)分(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)尋呼。根據大(da)廈(sha)對公(gong)共廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)的(de)要求(qiu),我們以(yi)功能(neng)需(xu)要為標準劃分(fen)(fen)(fen)背景音樂廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)區(qu);大(da)廈(sha)需(xu)要廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)的(de)樓(lou)層(ceng)有20層(ceng)(包括(kuo)地下一(yi)、二層(ceng)),公(gong)共廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)設計按(an)照消防分(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)區(qu)域劃分(fen)(fen)(fen),共總劃分(fen)(fen)(fen)20個分(fen)(fen)(fen)區(qu)。緊(jin)(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)設計與背景音樂系統共用前端揚聲器,緊(jin)(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)播(bo)(bo)設計要求(qiu)在發生緊(jin)(jin)急情況時進(jin)(jin)行(xing)N±1或(huo)臨層(ceng)報(bao)警(jing),也可(ke)設置(zhi)為全部區(qu)域同時進(jin)(jin)入緊(jin)(jin)急報(bao)警(jing):
(2)在正(zheng)常(chang)情(qing)況下播(bo)(bo)放背景音(yin)(yin)樂時,以較輕的聲音(yin)(yin)播(bo)(bo)送,為工作人員(yuan)和顧客提供舒適(shi)休閑(xian)的環(huan)境;而(er)語音(yin)(yin)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系統則(ze)要(yao)求以大音(yin)(yin)量廣(guang)播(bo)(bo),能使被通知的區域都清晰聽到廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)內容。
(3)播放背景音樂,既要可以(yi)全(quan)部(bu)區(qu)(qu)域放送(song),也要想在區(qu)(qu)內(nei)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)部(bu)分(fen)區(qu)(qu)域獨立播(bo)音(yin)(yin)(yin),通(tong)過廣(guang)(guang)播(bo)設備的分(fen)區(qu)(qu)模式可以(yi)較容(rong)易地實(shi)(shi)現(xian)。當整個(ge)大廈樓全(quan)部(bu)區(qu)(qu)域正(zheng)在播(bo)放背(bei)景音(yin)(yin)(yin)樂,突發緊(jin)急情況時(shi),需(xu)要把緊(jin)急消息通(tong)知到區(qu)(qu)內(nei)指定局(ju)部(bu)區(qu)(qu)域,而不希(xi)望其(qi)它區(qu)(qu)域人員(yuan)受緊(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)播(bo)的干擾,照樣繼續背(bei)景音(yin)(yin)(yin)樂的播(bo)放。在系統設計上必(bi)須加以(yi)體(ti)現(xian),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)在同(tong)一時(shi)間不同(tong)分(fen)區(qu)(qu)按需(xu)要分(fen)別實(shi)(shi)行背(bei)景音(yin)(yin)(yin)樂廣(guang)(guang)播(bo)和緊(jin)急廣(guang)(guang)播(bo)兩種不同(tong)播(bo)音(yin)(yin)(yin)內(nei)容(rong)的功能。
(4)當(dang)發生火(huo)災(zai)報警時(shi),要求緊急(ji)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo),而此時(shi)若來不及通過人(ren)工呼叫通知對應(ying)(ying)火(huo)災(zai)區域的樓(lou)層,廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)系(xi)統必須(xu)能夠立即自動反應(ying)(ying),不但能把系(xi)統中預(yu)置的有關緊急(ji)廣(guang)播(bo)(bo)的錄音播(bo)(bo)放(fang)(fang)到相應(ying)(ying)樓(lou)層,而且以最大音量(liang)放(fang)(fang)送。
(5)一(yi)旦發生(sheng)火災(zai)報警,實行緊(jin)急廣(guang)播,要(yao)求(qiu)發生(sheng)火災(zai)的相應樓層(ceng)或區(qu)(qu)域(yu)(例如為第N層(ceng))人(ren)員(yuan)先(xian)行緊(jin)急撤離(li),并(bing)要(yao)求(qiu)相鄰(lin)樓層(ceng)(N+1層(ceng),N-1層(ceng))或區(qu)(qu)域(yu)人(ren)員(yuan)也得到(dao)消息,迅(xun)速(su)撤離(li),而暫不安排其它(ta)樓層(ceng)人(ren)員(yuan)撤離(li),以(yi)免產生(sheng)樓道(dao)堵(du)塞等事故(gu)。
2.工程系統功能說明
綜合大廈的公(gong)共廣播系(xi)(xi)統功(gong)能的要(yao)求,我(wo)們本(ben)著整個系(xi)(xi)統的先進性(xing)、穩(wen)定實用性(xing)、經(jing)濟性(xing)、前瞻性(xing),選用了具有強大擴展功(gong)能的智能廣播系(xi)(xi)統(高集成智能多模塊廣播系(xi)(xi)統)。

系統工作原理:
(1)系統背景音樂播放原理:
通過(guo)計算機公共廣播(bo)(bo)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)軟件(通過(guo)網絡)發送控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)命(ming)令,主(zhu)控(kong)模(mo)塊(kuai)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)音(yin)(yin)源(yuan)模(mo)塊(kuai)播(bo)(bo)放音(yin)(yin)頻,同時,音(yin)(yin)頻模(mo)塊(kuai)通過(guo)模(mo)塊(kuai)矩(ju)陣分(fen)配(pei)到播(bo)(bo)放區域功放進(jin)行播(bo)(bo)放,可以通過(guo)軟件進(jin)行控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)播(bo)(bo)放節目選(xuan)擇,播(bo)(bo)放音(yin)(yin)量控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),播(bo)(bo)放時間控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),同時可以控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)定時、定曲、定區域播(bo)(bo)放;
(2)系統消防廣播原理:
由于消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)報(bao)(bao)警與背景音樂共(gong)用一(yi)套功放(fang)與喇叭(ba),所以(yi)只要消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)提供控制短路信號(hao)就(jiu)可以(yi),不需(xu)要另(ling)加(jia)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)功率放(fang)大器,消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)中心各(ge)個區域的(de)短路信號(hao)輸入到消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)報(bao)(bao)警采集(ji)模塊(kuai)的(de)接收端子,當(dang)有短路觸發時(shi)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)報(bao)(bao)警模塊(kuai)就(jiu)會給(gei)一(yi)個指令到主控模塊(kuai),主控模塊(kuai)自(zi)動按預先設置的(de)消(xiao)(xiao)防(fang)(fang)模式,強行切換音頻信號(hao)的(de)對應通(tong)道,同時(shi)報(bao)(bao)警信號(hao)發生器會接入報(bao)(bao)警分區自(zi)動播放(fang)報(bao)(bao)警語(yu)音
(3)系統業務尋呼廣播原理:
緊(jin)急(ji)尋(xun)(xun)呼:按壓面板的(de)緊(jin)急(ji)按鈕3秒,進入(ru)緊(jin)急(ji)尋(xun)(xun)呼狀態,主(zhu)機面板尋(xun)(xun)呼話(hua)筒信號(hao)經過(guo)控制主(zhu)機內置(zhi)的(de)信號(hao)音頻分區矩陣(zhen)通道,到(dao)各(ge)個分區的(de)功率放大(da)器,由各(ge)區揚聲器輸(shu)出廣播語音;
遠(yuan)程尋(xun)呼(hu):遠(yuan)程尋(xun)呼(hu)控(kong)(kong)制尋(xun)呼(hu)站(zhan)通過控(kong)(kong)制網線與主控(kong)(kong)模塊(kuai)連接,距離(li)可達1KM,直接在(zai)遠(yuan)程尋(xun)呼(hu)站(zhan)選擇(ze)切換各(ge)個分區(qu)進行尋(xun)呼(hu);
3.揚聲器點位分析
作(zuo)為(wei)廣播系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)主體之一,揚(yang)聲器(qi)(qi)在廣播系(xi)統中(zhong)占了很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)部分,對(dui)揚(yang)聲器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇就顯得十分重要(yao)。揚(yang)聲器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)型與點位(wei)原則上(shang)應視環境(jing)選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)不同規格的(de)(de)(de)廣播揚(yang)聲器(qi)(qi)。在設計(ji)大(da)(da)廈廣播時,要(yao)實地(di)考察大(da)(da)廈現場建筑情況,結合(he)大(da)(da)廈使用(yong)環境(jing)進行設計(ji),本次(ci)大(da)(da)廈廣播設計(ji)揚(yang)聲器(qi)(qi)要(yao)點如下:
(1)揚聲器選型:室內走廊有吊頂區域采用吸頂嵌入式音箱,地(di)下車庫(ku)區域(yu)沒有吊頂(ding)區域(yu)采用壁掛式(shi)安(an)裝的壁掛音箱,室外綠化帶安(an)裝草地(di)音箱;
(2)功率(lv)選(xuan)型(xing):地(di)下車庫壁掛音(yin)(yin)箱(xiang)(xiang)選(xuan)配6W/9W;室內(nei)走(zou)廊有吊頂區域(yu)采用(yong)吸頂嵌(qian)入式音(yin)(yin)箱(xiang)(xiang),音(yin)(yin)箱(xiang)(xiang)功率(lv)選(xuan)配3W/6W、室外(wai)綠化草(cao)地(di)音(yin)(yin)箱(xiang)(xiang)功率(lv)選(xuan)配25W;
(3)安裝設置:室內吸頂音箱(xiang)揚聲器設計(ji)距(ju)離為08米-10米之間(jian)設置,地下車庫壁掛音箱(xiang)設計(ji)距(ju)離為10米-15米之間(jian)設置,室外綠化帶音箱(xiang)按20-30米之間(jian)設置;
