調速電機選型
變頻調速電機一(yi)般均選擇(ze)(ze)4級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,基頻工(gong)作點設(she)計在50Hz,頻率(lv)0-50Hz(轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速0-1480r/min)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)內(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機作恒(heng)(heng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩運行,頻率(lv)50-100Hz(轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速1480-2800r/min)范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)內(nei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機作恒(heng)(heng)功率(lv)運行,整個調(diao)速范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)為(0-2800r/min),基本滿足(zu)一(yi)般驅動設(she)備的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),其工(gong)作特性與直流調(diao)速電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機相同,調(diao)速平滑穩(wen)定。如果在恒(heng)(heng)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩調(diao)速范(fan)(fan)圍(wei)(wei)(wei)內(nei)要(yao)(yao)提(ti)高輸出轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩,也(ye)可以選擇(ze)(ze)6級或8級電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,但(dan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的體積相對要(yao)(yao)大一(yi)點。
由于變頻調速電機的電磁設計運用了靈活的CAD 設計軟件,電機的基頻設計點可以隨時進行調整,我們可以在計算機上精確的模擬電機在各基頻點上的工作特性,由此也就擴大了電機的恒轉矩調速范圍,根據電機的實際使用工況,我們可以在同一個機座號內把電機的功率做的更大,也可以在使用同一臺變頻器的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang)將電(dian)機的(de)(de)輸出轉(zhuan)矩提的(de)(de)更高,以(yi)滿(man)足在各種工況條件下(xia)將電(dian)機的(de)(de)設計(ji)制造在最佳(jia)狀態(tai)。變頻調速電(dian)機可以(yi)另外(wai)選配(pei)附加(jia)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速編碼器,可實現高精度(du)轉(zhuan)速、位置控制、快速動(dong)態(tai)特性響應的(de)(de)優(you)點(dian)。也可配(pei)以(yi)電(dian)機專用的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(或交流)制動(dong)器以(yi)實現電(dian)機快速、有(you)效、安全、可靠的(de)(de)制動(dong)性能。
變頻調(diao)(diao)速電機(ji)的(de)(de)基(ji)頻可調(diao)(diao)性設計,我們(men)也(ye)可以(yi)制造出各種高速電機(ji),在高速運行時(shi)保持(chi)恒(heng)轉(zhuan)矩的(de)(de)特性,在一(yi)定程(cheng)度上替代了原來的(de)(de)中頻電機(ji),而且價格低廉。變頻調(diao)(diao)速電機(ji)為(wei)三(san)相交流(liu)同(tong)步(bu)(bu)或異步(bu)(bu)電動機(ji),根據變頻器的(de)(de)輸(shu)出電源有(you)三(san)相380V或三(san)相220V,所(suo)以(yi)電機(ji)電源也(ye)有(you)三(san)相380V或三(san)相220V的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)區(qu)別,一(yi)般4KW以(yi)下的(de)(de)變頻器才有(you)三(san)相220V可,由(you)于變頻電機(ji)是以(yi)電機(ji)的(de)(de)基(ji)頻點(dian)(或拐點(dian))來劃(hua)分不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)恒(heng)功率調(diao)(diao)速區(qu)和恒(heng)轉(zhuan)矩調(diao)(diao)速區(qu)的(de)(de),所(suo)以(yi)變頻器基(ji)頻點(dian)和的(de)(de)設置都非(fei)常重要。

測量(liang)5根線之間哪(na)兩條(tiao)(tiao)線阻值最大,電(dian)(dian)(dian)容就并在兩線上,余下3條(tiao)(tiao)則(ze)為變速檔(dang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)源接電(dian)(dian)(dian)容一端和變速檔(dang)即可,若電(dian)(dian)(dian)機反(fan)轉(zhuan),則(ze)改接電(dian)(dian)(dian)容另一端。
紅、藍、白(bai)為(wei)調速。棕色接電(dian)容(rong),黑色接電(dian)容(rong)的(de)另一條和電(dian)源(yuan)。
紅白(bai)藍(lan)分別是快(kuai)中慢(man),這三條(tiao)(tiao)其中接(jie)電(dian)源(yuan)一條(tiao)(tiao)。棕色接(jie)電(dian)容的(de)其中一條(tiao)(tiao),黑色接(jie)電(dian)容的(de)另(ling)外一條(tiao)(tiao)和電(dian)源(yuan)。
