1、自動洗手器電路
自動洗手器(qi)的電路(lu)原(yuan)理如圖一所示。
220V 交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)經變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)T 降(jiang)壓(ya),變為(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian),經整流(liu)(liu)濾波,成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)低壓(ya)直流(liu)(liu),再經三端(duan)集成(cheng)穩(wen)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)7806穩(wen)壓(ya),得到6V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)供給控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)工(gong)作(zuo)。H1為(wei)(wei)紅(hong)色發光二極(ji)管,作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)源指(zhi)示。N2為(wei)(wei)紅(hong)外接收電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)SFH506-38,N3為(wei)(wei)鎖相環音頻(pin)譯碼器(qi)(qi)(qi)LM567,N3與(yu)R3、C6組成(cheng)振蕩器(qi)(qi)(qi),R3、R6決定(ding)N3內部壓(ya)控(kong)振蕩器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)中(zhong)心頻(pin)率,LM567的(de)3腳為(wei)(wei)信(xin)號輸入(ru)端(duan),8腳為(wei)(wei)邏(luo)輯輸出端(duan),其(qi)輸出端(duan)為(wei)(wei)OC門輸出,最大灌電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)100mA,LM567的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)4.75V~9V,工(gong)作(zuo)頻(pin)率可從零點幾赫茲到500千赫,靜態工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為(wei)(wei)8mA。N4為(wei)(wei)NE555定(ding)時器(qi)(qi)(qi),它與(yu)外圍元件組成(cheng)單(dan)穩(wen)態定(ding)時電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),其(qi)目的(de)是(shi)在(zai)人(ren)手偶爾(er)偏離了(le)紅(hong)外線的(de)探測范圍時,能保(bao)證洗手器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)正(zheng)常出水。
LM567芯片5腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出的(de)(de)(de)(de)振蕩信號經三(san)極(ji)管(guan)功率放(fang)(fang)大后(hou),推動紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射二(er)極(ji)管(guan)VD向外(wai)(wai)(wai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)線。沒有(you)人(ren)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)時(shi),紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)接(jie)收(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路N2接(jie)收(shou)不到(dao)VD向外(wai)(wai)(wai)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)射的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)線,N3的(de)(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao)無信號輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入,8腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),N4 的(de)(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),三(san)極(ji)管(guan)截止(zhi)(zhi),繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)K 斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)處于釋(shi)放(fang)(fang)狀態,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)Y 不動作(zuo),洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)無自來水(shui)放(fang)(fang)出。當人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)放(fang)(fang)到(dao)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)下時(shi),N2 接(jie)收(shou)到(dao)人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)反射的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅外(wai)(wai)(wai)線并(bing)經N2 放(fang)(fang)大后(hou),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入到(dao)N3的(de)(de)(de)(de)3腳(jiao)(jiao),由(you)N3內部(bu)處理后(hou)使N3的(de)(de)(de)(de)8腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),從而使N4的(de)(de)(de)(de)低觸(chu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)端(duan)2腳(jiao)(jiao)變(bian)為(wei)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)位,導(dao)(dao)致N4 的(de)(de)(de)(de)3 腳(jiao)(jiao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping),三(san)極(ji)管(guan)導(dao)(dao)通,繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)J1 吸合,使其常(chang)開(kai)觸(chu)點閉合,接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁閥(fa)Y 的(de)(de)(de)(de)220V 交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,Y 開(kai)始動作(zuo),使洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)放(fang)(fang)出自來水(shui),供人(ren)們洗(xi)(xi)滌之用(yong),同時(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)光二(er)極(ji)管(guan)LED2 發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)出綠(lv)光,指示(shi)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)正工作(zuo)于放(fang)(fang)水(shui)狀態。洗(xi)(xi)滌完(wan)畢,人(ren)手(shou)(shou)(shou)離開(kai)洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)后(hou),N4 延時(shi)幾秒(miao)鐘后(hou)復位,使洗(xi)(xi)手(shou)(shou)(shou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)停止(zhi)(zhi)放(fang)(fang)水(shui)。
圖1中,變壓器T采用(yong)220V/9V小型交流(liu)變壓器,VD為(wei)(wei)PH303紅外(wai)發射二(er)極管(guan)(guan),VT1為(wei)(wei)8050三(san)極管(guan)(guan),VT2為(wei)(wei)9013三(san)極管(guan)(guan),J1采用(yong)JRX-13F、6V小型直(zhi)流(liu)繼(ji)電器,Y采用(yong)市售的220V交流(liu)電磁(ci)閥,其余(yu)元件型號(hao)與數據見圖1 中所標參數。
2、自動干手器電路
自動干手器電(dian)路圖(tu)如圖(tu)二所(suo)示,電(dian)路由紅外發(fa)射(she)部分與紅外接收控制部分組成(cheng)。
紅外(wai)(wai)發(fa)射(she)(she)部分(fen)由(you)555時基電(dian)路產生頻率為5kHz,占空比為50%的方波信號(hao),驅動紅外(wai)(wai)發(fa)射(she)(she)管發(fa)射(she)(she)紅外(wai)(wai)線。
在手置于干手器下部(bu)時(shi),由于手對紅外線的(de)(de)(de)(de)反(fan)射作用,接(jie)收電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)PH302將接(jie)收到的(de)(de)(de)(de)紅外線變(bian)成電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號(hao),經IC1、IC2、IC3 組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)選頻放(fang)(fang)大(da)器(qi),其輸(shu)出信(xin)號(hao)經放(fang)(fang)大(da)、整形、濾波(bo)變(bian)成直流信(xin)號(hao)進人(ren)比較器(qi)IC4。比較器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)門限(xian)電(dian)(dian)壓為(wei)7V,設置(zhi)較高,其目的(de)(de)(de)(de)是提高電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)干擾能(neng)力。當IC4 的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸(shu)人(ren)電(dian)(dian)平(ping)超過7V 時(shi),其輸(shu)出變(bian)為(wei)低(di)電(dian)(dian)平(ping),觸(chu)發IC5 定(ding)(ding)時(shi)器(qi)開(kai)始定(ding)(ding)時(shi),同(tong)時(shi)該定(ding)(ding)時(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)3 腳變(bian)為(wei)高電(dian)(dian)平(ping),使3DG130 導(dao)通,繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)觸(chu)點吸合,接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)絲和風機。在(zai)定(ding)(ding)時(shi)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)2 腳設置(zhi)了手動(dong)開(kai)關(guan)S1,可進行(xing)手動(dong)操(cao)作,還(huan)可通過S2 選擇冷風或熱風。
