一、電源板是什么
電源板,顧名思義就是一種處理電源的主板。電源板在很多的電子產品里面都會使用到,包括我們的電腦、手機以及平(ping)板電(dian)腦等等都會(hui)使用到電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)板。電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)板對于電(dian)子產品是非常重(zhong)要的(de),所(suo)以市場(chang)上也有(you)很多品牌的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)板,他們(men)有(you)好(hao)有(you)壞,需(xu)要我(wo)們(men)在購買(mai)的(de)時候(hou)仔細辨別。
二、電源板工作原理是什么
1、通電后(hou)副電源首先啟動工作(zuo)(zuo),為主電路板微處(chu)理(li)器控(kong)制系統提(ti)供正5伏(fu)的工作(zuo)(zuo)電壓。
2、開(kai)機后,副電(dian)(dian)(dian)源為(wei)PFC功率因(yin)數校(xiao)正電(dian)(dian)(dian)路驅動(dong)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路UCC28051、主(zhu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源驅動(dong)巨制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路DLA001的提(ti)供(gong) VCC—ON供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),主(zhu)開(kai)關(guan)(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源啟動(dong)工(gong)作,向主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路板負載電(dian)(dian)(dian)路提(ti)供(gong)正24伏(fu)和正12伏(fu)兩種電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。
3、經過抗干擾(rao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路濾除(chu)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)中(zhong)的雜(za)波干擾(rao),整流、PFC電(dian)(dian)(dian)感、濾波輸出300V直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓到副電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,副電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開始工作(zuo)輸出+5v電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。
4、經電源板輸(shu)出排插端口(kou)1腳到數字板CPU電路(lu),CPU電路(lu)經過讀取(qu)數據開(kai)機輸(shu)出高電平(ping)開(kai)機電壓。
5、經電源(yuan)板(ban)排插(cha)端(duan)口2腳到電源(yuan)板(ban)穩壓開關機控制(zhi)電路(lu),開關機控制(zhi)電路(lu)工作,輸出(chu)電壓到PFC振蕩電路(lu),輸出(chu)高頻方渡(du)脈沖推動PFC開關管工作,利用PFC電感產生的逆程脈沖。
6、經過整(zheng)流、濾波生成400V的PFC電(dian)壓(ya)。PFC電(dian)壓(ya)送到(dao)主電(dian)源電(dian)路(lu)(lu)和PFC電(dian)壓(ya)檢測電(dian)路(lu)(lu),PFC檢測電(dian)路(lu)(lu)檢測到(dao)PFC電(dian)壓(ya)達到(dao)400V,PFC檢測開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)輸出電(dian)壓(ya)到(dao)主電(dian)源震蕩(dang)電(dian)路(lu)(lu),振(zhen)蕩(dang)電(dian)路(lu)(lu)輸出高(gao)頻(pin)方波脈沖到(dao)主電(dian)源功(gong)率開(kai)關(guan)管電(dian)路(lu)(lu)。
7、開關(guan)(guan)管工作(zuo)推動開關(guan)(guan)變壓(ya)器工作(zuo),從(cong)次級(ji)感應輸出2組電壓(ya),經過整流、濾波輸出+12V、+24V電壓(ya)。到此,整個(ge)電源板啟動過程完成。
8、電視待機時,采用切斷PFC功率因數校正電路驅動控制電路UCC28051、主開關電源驅動(dong)控制電(dian)路(lu)DLA00l的VCC—ON供(gong)電(dian),主電(dian)源停止工(gong)作。
