一、箱式變電站和箱式變壓器的區別
箱式變電站主(zhu)要是由(you)其內部的變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),電(dian)(dian)能計(ji)量(liang)設備(bei),和(he)高壓(ya)、以及低(di)壓(ya)開關設備(bei),還有其中(zhong)的連(lian)接線和(he)一些輔助設備(bei)。箱式變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)在實質的作(zuo)用上不僅(jin)(jin)僅(jin)(jin)是一個簡單的變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi),它(ta)的作(zuo)用也是一個小型的變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站,也可以說是一個配電(dian)(dian)站,向指定(ding)的用戶(hu)提供電(dian)(dian)源。箱式變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)主(zhu)要是由(you)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)室,高壓(ya)室以及低(di)壓(ya)室組成(cheng)。具體區別表現在:
1、箱式變電站是將變壓器以及(ji)變電(dian)(dian)設備(bei)設置(zhi)在一(yi)起(qi),都處在一(yi)個(ge)箱體之(zhi)內。而箱式變壓器(qi)將這些設備(bei)分開安置(zhi),設置(zhi)有配電(dian)(dian)室(shi),比(bi)箱式變壓器(qi)多了一(yi)些建筑的(de)投(tou)資。
2、箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器比(bi)(bi)箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電站節(jie)約(yue)了一定的(de)土地(di)資源。由于箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電站要建設(she)(she)配電室等(deng)建筑,所以占地(di)面積比(bi)(bi)箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電站要大。相比(bi)(bi)較兩者,箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)電站更加(jia)(jia)節(jie)約(yue)了土地(di)的(de)資源,但是箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器設(she)(she)置的(de)條理清(qing)晰,在(zai)出現故(gu)障進行(xing)檢修的(de)時候更加(jia)(jia)方便,清(qing)晰明了。而且箱(xiang)式變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器在(zai)日常的(de)保養也更加(jia)(jia)的(de)簡單方便。
3、箱(xiang)式(shi)變電站的選(xuan)址(zhi)更加靈(ling)活方(fang)便。由于箱(xiang)式(shi)變電站的需要(yao)面積不(bu)(bu)大,在電力工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)占地面積少所(suo)以選(xuan)址(zhi)靈(ling)活,不(bu)(bu)會過多的影響(xiang)城市(shi)的容貌。
二、箱式變電站使用什么變壓器
在箱式變(bian)電(dian)站中(zhong),配電(dian)變(bian)壓器(qi)是其(qi)最重(zhong)要(yao)的部(bu)件之一,所(suo)以(yi),選(xuan)擇合適的配電(dian)變(bian)壓器(qi)也就(jiu)顯得尤為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)。
箱變(bian)(bian)(bian)中(zhong)的(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)一般為降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),一般是將10KV的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)到380V/220V,變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)容量一般是160~2000KVA。變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)器(qi)身是三相(xiang)(xiang)三柱或三相(xiang)(xiang)五(wu)柱結構,三相(xiang)(xiang)五(wu)柱式配電(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)優點是帶三相(xiang)(xiang)不對(dui)稱(cheng)負(fu)(fu)荷(he)能力強(qiang),不會因三相(xiang)(xiang)負(fu)(fu)載不對(dui)稱(cheng)造成中(zhong)性點電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)偏移,負(fu)(fu)載電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)質量可得到保(bao)證,這種配電(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)具有(you)很好(hao)的(de)耐雷特性。電(dian)力變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)應具有(you)齊全的(de)運行檢視儀器(qi)儀表(biao),如油(you)位(wei)表(biao)和上層油(you)溫(wen)表(biao)及反映頂部氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)真空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力表(biao)等(deng)。
現階(jie)段,箱式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)電(dian)站中的(de)配電(dian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)一(yi)般選用S11全(quan)密封、免維護(hu)、低噪音、性(xing)價比(bi)高的(de)油浸(jin)式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),或者SCB10、SCB11的(de)干式(shi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),也可以(yi)采用非(fei)(fei)晶(jing)合金變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),這種變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)優點就是(shi)空(kong)載損(sun)耗很小,只(zhi)有其他變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)1/4~1/3,只(zhi)是(shi)價格要(yao)稍(shao)貴一(yi)些,不(bu)過,由(you)于非(fei)(fei)晶(jing)合金變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)更優良的(de)性(xing)能(neng),在(zai)未來(lai)會逐漸占(zhan)據市(shi)場主導地(di)位(wei)。
箱式變電站中,變壓器一般被安排在封閉的隔室內,為防日照輻射使室溫升高,采用四周壁添加隔熱材料、雙層夾板結構,頂蓋設計成帶空氣墊或隔熱材料的氣樓結構,內設通風道,裝有自動強迫排氣通風裝置。通常裝置的開啟和停止,由變壓器室的溫度監控裝置自控,其溫度的整定值按允許溫度的80%~90%設定;室內正常溫度下,靠自然通風來散熱。為了通風,變壓器室的箱體上一般設置了百葉窗。百葉窗結構,使氣流能進去,而灰塵被分離,有的還在百葉窗處加防塵裝置。為防止灰塵對絕緣的影響,在變壓器連(lian)接處大(da)多加上絕(jue)緣防護罩。
