吸糞(fen)車(che)是用于清理公共(gong)廁所、住宅樓等處化糞(fen)池內(nei)糞(fen)便的專用環(huan)衛(wei)車(che)輛(liang),一(yi)般(ban)吸糞(fen)車(che)由(you)以下幾個部分組成:

1、罐體

2、真空泵

吸糞(fen)車的真(zhen)空泵是(shi)其核心部件(jian),真(zhen)空泵運轉時,經空氣管路(lu)系統,而將罐體內空氣抽(chou)出,而達到(dao)吸抽(chou)糞(fen)便、污水等液體。

3、取力器

4、四通閥

真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)只能(neng)逆時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan)(面對車(che)頭看),要(yao)從罐體(ti)內抽出空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),或者(zhe)向罐體(ti)內輸入(ru)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),要(yao)利(li)用四通閥來控制。四通閥分別與罐體(ti)、真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)、儲(chu)油箱及大氣(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)通。操作四通閥手柄(bing),改變通道(dao)位置(zhi),可改變真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)的吸(xi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)方向。當四通閥手柄(bing)與地面垂直,罐內空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)經氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)、水氣(qi)(qi)(qi)分離器(qi)、真空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)抽出,進行吸(xi)糞作業。

5、油氣分離器

6、水氣分離器

水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)器前連一級油(you)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)器,后經氣(qi)(qi)管與(yu)罐(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)相連,它的(de)內(nei)部設有一輸氣(qi)(qi)管,其兩側開矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)孔,供空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)出入(ru)罐(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。在抽(chou)吸作業時,罐(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內(nei)空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)從矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)孔出來(lai),體(ti)(ti)(ti)積突然擴(kuo)大,流速(su)降低,重度(du)較大的(de)水(shui)(shui)分(fen)子有一部分(fen)附著于器壁上,冷凝(ning)成水(shui)(shui)滴后流入(ru)底部,而重度(du)較小(xiao)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)則(ze)繼續流向(xiang)真空(kong)泵(beng),實現水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)。經過水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)后,空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)濕(shi)度(du)下(xia)降,可減少其對(dui)潤滑油(you)和機件的(de)危害。

7、儲油箱

儲(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱(或稱二級油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi))一(yi)端通(tong)(tong)油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi),一(yi)端連四通(tong)(tong)閥,儲(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱具有油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)和(he)儲(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)的(de)(de)功能,其(qi)內(nei)設(she)有擋油(you)(you)(you)(you)網,出入(ru)口(kou)(kou)互(hu)不相通(tong)(tong),從油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)器(qi)(qi)流入(ru)的(de)(de)壓縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)在這里必須通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)重障礙,才得(de)以排(pai)(pai)向四通(tong)(tong)閥,由于(yu)儲(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱的(de)(de)容(rong)積突然(ran)(ran)成倍(bei)增(zeng)加,空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)流速明顯降低,加之擋油(you)(you)(you)(you)網等(deng)障礙,壓縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)分(fen)子加劇碰撞,附(fu)著內(nei)壁和(he)網面,然(ran)(ran)后流入(ru)底(di)部(bu),經過(guo)(guo)再次凈化的(de)(de)壓縮(suo)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)(qi)則流向四通(tong)(tong)閥。油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱的(de)(de)下方設(she)有直(zhi)通(tong)(tong)旋塞(sai)(sai),可控(kong)制(zhi)供(gong)給真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵的(de)(de)潤滑油(you)(you)(you)(you)量(liang)(liang)(liang),還設(she)有液位(wei)管(guan),可觀察貯油(you)(you)(you)(you)量(liang)(liang)(liang)及油(you)(you)(you)(you)質狀況。儲(chu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)箱油(you)(you)(you)(you)面應為(wei)液位(wei)管(guan)中部(bu)或略低于(yu)中部(bu),供(gong)油(you)(you)(you)(you)量(liang)(liang)(liang)過(guo)(guo)多(duo)影響(xiang)油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)(qi)分(fen)離(li)(li)效果,使(shi)耗(hao)油(you)(you)(you)(you)量(liang)(liang)(liang)增(zeng)加,過(guo)(guo)低則影響(xiang)冷卻,使(shi)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵溫升過(guo)(guo)快。供(gong)油(you)(you)(you)(you)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)大小用直(zhi)通(tong)(tong)旋塞(sai)(sai)控(kong)制(zhi)。其(qi)旋柄與(yu)進油(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)軸線成直(zhi)角時為(wei)全開(kai),平行時全閉。當檢(jian)查(cha)發(fa)現四通(tong)(tong)閥排(pai)(pai)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)(kou)處有明顯油(you)(you)(you)(you)霧時,應調(diao)小供(gong)油(you)(you)(you)(you)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。

8、平衡臂

平(ping)衡臂組件位于罐體后頂部(bu),它由(you)平(ping)衡座、連接(jie)管、配重塊、支撐(cheng)架等部(bu)分構(gou)成,前接(jie)吸(xi)(xi)糞(fen)膠(jiao)(jiao)管,后通(tong)虹吸(xi)(xi)管,平(ping)衡座可以運轉,由(you)于設置了配重塊,起到了平(ping)衡作用,大大降低了取、放(fang)及牽(qian)引吸(xi)(xi)糞(fen)膠(jiao)(jiao)管時的(de)勞動強度。支撐(cheng)架上均設有清(qing)掏(tao)孔,平(ping)時密封著,當(dang)吸(xi)(xi)糞(fen)膠(jiao)(jiao)管或(huo)虹吸(xi)(xi)管堵塞時,可打開清(qing)掏(tao)孔蓋,清(qing)除堵塞物。

9、液位報警裝置

液位報警裝置安裝于罐頂(ding)(ding)部(bu),由傳感探頭,訊(xun)響器及其開(kai)關(guan),儀表(biao)板等構成。傳感探頭位于罐體內前部(bu),距頂(ding)(ding)部(bu)100mm,與罐體絕(jue)緣(yuan)。訊(xun)響器及其開(kai)關(guan)固定在儀表(biao)板上(shang),安裝在駕駛(shi)(shi)室內,工作(zuo)時,接通電源。當罐內液體不斷(duan)增(zeng)多,液面浸沒傳感探頭時,液位報警電路(lu)自動接通,訊(xun)響器立即發出亮光和聲響,向駕駛(shi)(shi)員傳遞“抽(chou)吸量已(yi)到位”的信息。

吸糞車抽(chou)吸(xi)的糞(fen)(fen)便(bian)會送到(dao)化肥廠、沼氣池或污水處理(li)廠處理(li),排卸(xie)時,虹吸(xi)管(guan)口接(jie)近罐底,改(gai)變四通(tong)閥通(tong)氣方向,使真(zhen)空泵向罐體(ti)輸氣,罐內壓力上升,高于大氣壓,糞(fen)(fen)液便(bian)在壓縮空氣的作(zuo)用下,經虹吸(xi)管(guan)、吸(xi)糞(fen)(fen)膠管(guan)排出罐體(ti),完成排卸(xie)作(zuo)業。
