變壓器的原理
變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)(de)(de)原理(li)(li)并不(bu)復(fu)雜(za),它利用(yong)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感應原理(li)(li)。當(dang)其中(zhong)一(yi)塊導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體有(you)一(yi)些(xie)不(bu)定(ding)量的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通(tong)(tong)過,便(bian)會產(chan)生(sheng)變(bian)動的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)場。根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)的(de)(de)(de)互感原理(li)(li),這變(bian)動的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)場會使第二塊導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)勢差。假如第二塊導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體是一(yi)條閉合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)部份,那么(me)該閉合(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)便(bian)會產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力于是得以傳送。在通(tong)(tong)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)壓(ya)器中(zhong),有(you)關的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)體是由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線組成線圈,因(yin)為線圈所產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)場要比(bi)一(yi)條筆直(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線大(da)得多。當(dang)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)線圈中(zhong)通(tong)(tong)有(you)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)時,鐵芯中(zhong)便(bian)產(chan)生(sheng)交流(liu)磁(ci)通(tong)(tong),使次級(ji)(ji)線圈中(zhong)感應出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)。初(chu)級(ji)(ji)線圈、次級(ji)(ji)線圈的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)VS,VP和(he)兩者(zhe)的(de)(de)(de)繞線的(de)(de)(de)匝數NS,NP之間有(you)正比(bi)的(de)(de)(de)關系。
至于變壓器兩方之間的電流或電壓比例,則取決于兩方電路線圈的圈數。圈數較多的一方電壓較高但電流較小,反之亦然。如果撇除泄漏等因素,變壓器兩方的電壓比例相等于兩方的線圈圈數比例,亦即電壓與圈數成正比。因此可以減小或者增加原線圈和副線圈的匝數比,從而升高或者降低電壓,變壓器品牌產品的這個性(xing)質使它成(cheng)為(wei)轉換(huan)電壓的重要設備。由于變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)遵(zun)守這兩(liang)條定律,它不(bu)會(hui)是放(fang)大器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。如(ru)果(guo)處在變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)方的電壓有所(suo)不(bu)同,那么流(liu)經變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)兩(liang)方的電流(liu)也會(hui)不(bu)同,而兩(liang)者的差距則成(cheng)反比(bi)。
干式變壓器和油浸式變壓器的區別
干式(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器能直接看到(dao)鐵芯和線圈(quan),大多使用硅(gui)橡膠(jiao)套管(guan)(guan),適用于配電(dian)(dian)用,容量大都在1600KVA以(yi)下,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)在10KV以(yi)下,也有(you)個別(bie)做(zuo)到(dao)35KV電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)的。油式(shi)(shi)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器只能看到(dao)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器的外殼,大部分使用瓷(ci)套管(guan)(guan),可用于高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)路,可以(yi)從(cong)小到(dao)大做(zuo)到(dao)全(quan)部容量,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級(ji)也做(zuo)到(dao)了(le)所(suo)有(you)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。
變壓器的等級怎么劃分
變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)電壓(ya)(ya)等級是固定的(de),常(chang)見的(de)有1000KV、750KV、500KV、330KV、220KV、110KV、66KV、35KV、20KV、10KV、6KV等等。變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)容量等級按照(zhao)R10優先系數來(lai)計算(suan)的(de),可(ke)分為(wei)小型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)、中型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)、大型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)、特(te)大型變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)這四個(ge)等級。
