1680年(nian),前門大街(jie)源升號酒坊的三位(wei)匠人發明(ming)了二鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)頭(tou)酒傳統釀造技藝:蒸酒時(shi)舍棄頭(tou)鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)尾鍋(guo)(guo)(guo),只(zhi)取清(qing)香純正的第二鍋(guo)(guo)(guo),因此(ci)被稱之為“二鍋(guo)(guo)(guo)頭(tou)”。從此(ci),一(yi)壇(tan)美(mei)酒走進了京(jing)城街(jie)頭(tou)巷(xiang)尾。
1949年(nian)(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)傳承而生(sheng)。1965年(nian)(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)向北京(jing)19家郊縣酒(jiu)(jiu)廠傳授北京(jing)二鍋頭(tou)酒(jiu)(jiu)傳統釀造技藝,扶持(chi)幫助其(qi)發(fa)(fa)展生(sheng)產(chan);1981年(nian)(nian),紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)放棄了(le)“二鍋頭(tou)”的(de)全名(ming)稱商標注(zhu)冊,只用“紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)”的(de)注(zhu)冊商標,與(yu)其(qi)它(ta)所(suo)有的(de)二鍋頭(tou)酒(jiu)(jiu)類生(sheng)產(chan)企業(ye)共享“二鍋頭(tou)”;2016年(nian)(nian)紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)發(fa)(fa)布“每個(ge)人心中(zhong)都有一顆紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)”勵志大片;紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)二鍋頭(tou)作為中(zhong)國清(qing)香型白酒(jiu)(jiu)的(de)代表,以(yi)獨特的(de)優勢成功與(yu)世界接軌。可(ke)以(yi)說,紅(hong)(hong)(hong)星(xing)濃(nong)縮了(le)整個(ge)二鍋頭(tou)的(de)發(fa)(fa)展史,烙印著一個(ge)品牌的(de)傳奇!
