當前,公司正順(shun)應供給(gei)側結構性改革,在(zai)現有項目平臺基(ji)礎上,深耕(geng)住房消(xiao)費領域(yu)細分市場,開發多(duo)層次、多(duo)類型(xing)公寓產(chan)品,向服務(wu)式、體驗式、消(xiao)費型(xing)公寓轉型(xing),不斷延伸現有產(chan)品資(zi)金鏈;順(shun)應專業化、親情化的(de)社會養(yang)老服務(wu)需求(qiu)大趨勢、大市場,布(bu)局醫養(yang)大健康(kang)產(chan)業鏈,積(ji)極向養(yang)老、旅游地產(chan)轉型(xing)升級,構建以休閑消(xiao)費為主的(de)多(duo)業態邊際盈利模型(xing)。
