中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版集(ji)團是適應(ying)出(chu)(chu)版業改革發展的需要,經中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)、國(guo)(guo)務院批準,于2002年(nian)(nian)4月9日成(cheng)立(li)的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央(yang)級(ji)出(chu)(chu)版機構(gou)。2004年(nian)(nian)3月25日,國(guo)(guo)務院授權成(cheng)立(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版集(ji)團公(gong)司,在國(guo)(guo)家相應(ying)計劃中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)單(dan)列,對(dui)原中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版集(ji)團所屬成(cheng)員單(dan)位行(xing)使出(chu)(chu)資人權利,承(cheng)擔國(guo)(guo)有(you)資產保(bao)值增(zeng)值責任。2011年(nian)(nian)12月19日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版傳媒股(gu)(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司成(cheng)立(li)。2017年(nian)(nian)8月21日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版傳媒股(gu)(gu)份公(gong)司成(cheng)功在上海證(zheng)券(quan)交所公(gong)開發行(xing)股(gu)(gu)票,股(gu)(gu)票名稱“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)出(chu)(chu)版”,股(gu)(gu)票代碼601949。

集團每年出版(ban)圖書(shu)2萬余種(zhong)(zhong),在全國(guo)圖書(shu)零(ling)售市場占(zhan)有率為7.5%左右;出版(ban)期刊報(bao)(bao)紙58種(zhong)(zhong);每年音像、電子、網(wang)絡等出版(ban)物2000余種(zhong)(zhong)。每年實現版(ban)權貿易1000多(duo)種(zhong)(zhong);進出口(kou)各類(lei)出版(ban)物70多(duo)萬種(zhong)(zhong),書(shu)報(bao)(bao)刊進口(kou)和(he)出口(kou)分別占(zhan)據全國(guo)市場份額的62%和(he)30%。擁有海外出版(ban)社、連鎖書(shu)店和(he)辦事機構29家,海外業(ye)務遍及130多(duo)個國(guo)家和(he)地區。
“十二(er)五”期間,集團逐步成為世(shi)界關注(zhu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國出版(ban)的標(biao)志性企業。每(mei)年(nian)年(nian)銷量(liang)10萬(wan)冊以上(shang)的圖書(shu)140多(duo)種,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)當(dang)年(nian)新書(shu)10多(duo)種,《老(lao)生(sheng)》《布谷(gu)鳥(niao)的呼喚》《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國經(jing)濟改革二(er)十講》《牛津(jin)高階英漢雙解詞典(dian)(第8版(ban))》《古代漢語詞典(dian)(第2版(ban))》等在(zai)市場(chang)大賣。
2017年(nian),集(ji)團資產總(zong)額近200億元(yuan)(yuan),凈資產和營業總(zong)收入均逾100億元(yuan)(yuan),邁上“三百億集(ji)團”臺階。
