新華(hua)(hua)文軒(xuan)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)傳(chuan)媒股份有限公司(以(yi)下簡(jian)稱(cheng)“新華(hua)(hua)文軒(xuan)”)于2005年(nian)由四川(chuan)新華(hua)(hua)發行(xing)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)主發起成立(li),2007年(nian)5月在香港(gang)聯交所主板上(shang)市,2010年(nian)8月,新華(hua)(hua)文軒(xuan)以(yi)市場化方式,整合(he)四川(chuan)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)下屬15家出(chu)(chu)版(ban)單位,打(da)通(tong)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)發行(xing)產業鏈。2016年(nian)8月,新華(hua)(hua)文軒(xuan)成功(gong)回A,成為“A+H”出(chu)(chu)版(ban)傳(chuan)媒企業。
