集團公(gong)(gong)司(si)投資1.5億元,建成(cheng)了占地50畝、建筑總面積(ji)2萬(wan)平(ping)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)的(de)大型蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)廠,新建了生(sheng)(sheng)鮮蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、脫水蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、蜜(mi)餞加工(gong)(gong)(gong)三(san)條生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線,于2012年(nian)8月正(zheng)式投產(chan)(chan),具備了自動化(hua)分(fen)揀、清(qing)洗、加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、包裝流水作業的(de)現(xian)代(dai)化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)能力。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)步入(ru)正(zheng)軌后(hou),三(san)條生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線每年(nian)可加工(gong)(gong)(gong)優質無公(gong)(gong)害蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)10萬(wan)噸(dun),實現(xian)銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)收入(ru)1.5億元。同時,公(gong)(gong)司(si)還(huan)建成(cheng)了8000平(ping)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)庫(ku)和(he)低溫加工(gong)(gong)(gong)車間,購(gou)置了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)藏(zang)車,形(xing)成(cheng)了一套完整(zheng)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)鏈物流體(ti)系。公(gong)(gong)司(si)對火燒坪(ping)鄉的(de)37家冷(leng)(leng)(leng)庫(ku)進行了資源整(zheng)合,蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)庫(ku)已(yi)具有47000立方(fang)(fang)米(mi)的(de)庫(ku)容量,可年(nian)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)藏(zang)30萬(wan)噸(dun)高山蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)今年(nian)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)目前(qian)主要是以鮮菜(cai)(cai)(cai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)、銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)為主,脫水蔬(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)加工(gong)(gong)(gong)已(yi)經拿(na)到了訂單(dan),正(zheng)在(zai)組織采購(gou)原材(cai)料(liao),馬上就(jiu)要投入(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。
目前“火燒(shao)坪(ping)”高山蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)面(mian)積已達到50多(duo)(duo)萬畝(mu),年(nian)產量(liang)(liang)100多(duo)(duo)萬噸,蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)年(nian)綜合產值達10多(duo)(duo)億元。其中,經(jing)集團公司實(shi)行質量(liang)(liang)控(kong)管的(de)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)面(mian)積已達10余(yu)萬畝(mu),經(jing)營范圍覆蓋到長陽(yang)火燒(shao)坪(ping)及其周(zhou)邊的(de)五個鄉鎮,年(nian)產白(bai)蘿卜、大白(bai)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、結(jie)球甘藍、辣椒、番茄(qie)、四季(ji)豆等(deng)(deng)各種(zhong)優質蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)30多(duo)(duo)萬噸。公司組(zu)建了(le)(le)4家(jia)高山蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)農民專業(ye)合作(zuo)社(she),與10多(duo)(duo)個專業(ye)合作(zuo)社(she)簽訂了(le)(le)戰略合作(zuo)協議(yi)。公司貼(tie)近市場需求,引(yin)進(jin)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)新(xin)品種(zhong),建立(li)“有機蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)”基地,建設出口備案基地,引(yin)導(dao)并帶(dai)動當地農戶調整種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)結(jie)構,不斷(duan)豐富蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)種(zhong)類(lei)、提(ti)高蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)檔次(ci),努力實(shi)現(xian)增產增收,促進(jin)了(le)(le)地方經(jing)濟發展(zhan)。公司今年(nian)還在(zai)賀家(jia)坪(ping)鎮紫臺、青(qing)崗坪(ping)等(deng)(deng)地建立(li)了(le)(le)高山蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)示范基地,種(zhong)植(zhi)(zhi)了(le)(le) 娃娃菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、圣女果、甜(tian)椒、 天津青(qing)、夏(xia)陽(yang)白(bai)、紫甘藍、水果黃瓜(gua)、生菜(cai)(cai)(cai)、精品小南瓜(gua)等(deng)(deng)30多(duo)(duo)個新(xin)品種(zhong),這些品種(zhong)引(yin)種(zhong)成功后,可以在(zai)全(quan)縣的(de)蔬(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)基地大面(mian)積推廣。
