中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)集(ji)團(tuan)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)豪(hao)沃客(ke)車(che)(che)有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)(下稱“豪(hao)沃客(ke)車(che)(che)”)位于山東(dong)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)章(zhang)丘重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)工(gong)業園,占(zhan)地面積近700余(yu)畝,穩(wen)定年產(chan)整車(che)(che)達2000臺以(yi)上,目前已發展(zhan)成為規模大、工(gong)藝技術條件良(liang)好的大中(zhong)(zhong)型客(ke)車(che)(che)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地。豪(hao)沃客(ke)車(che)(che)是中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)港)有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)的兩個全資(zi)子(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)港)國際資(zi)本有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)和中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)動力有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)在原濟(ji)(ji)南(nan)客(ke)車(che)(che)廠(chang)的基(ji)礎(chu)上共同投資(zi)設立的客(ke)車(che)(che)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)企業,由中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)港)有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)擁(yong)有和控制,屬上市公(gong)(gong)司(si)中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(香(xiang)港)有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)的全資(zi)子(zi)公(gong)(gong)司(si)。
中(zhong)(zhong)國重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)集團濟南(nan)豪沃客(ke)車有限公司生產(chan)基地座(zuo)落于(yu)濟南(nan)市章丘(qiu)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)產(chan)業(ye)園,總投資8億元,占(zhan)地645畝,其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)生產(chan)面積7.8萬平方米,擁有各類主要設備(bei)1000多套(tao),具有年產(chan)10000臺大(da)中(zhong)(zhong)型客(ke)車的生產(chan)能力(li);擁有企業(ye)技術中(zhong)(zhong)心和博士后科研工作站。
豪沃(wo)客(ke)車(che)的(de)前身是出品“黃河”客(ke)車(che)的(de)始建于(yu)1953年的(de)濟南汽車(che)制造總(zong)廠(歸交通部直屬管(guan)理),是中國較早客(ke)車(che)生產企(qi)業之一。
中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)曾在(zai)1960年(nian)(nian)生產(chan)(chan)制(zhi)造(zao)了一(yi)輛(liang)重(zhong)型汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)——黃河牌JN150;1983年(nian)(nian)成功引(yin)進了奧地利斯太爾重(zhong)型汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)項目,是(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)較早(zao)引(yin)進國(guo)(guo)(guo)外(wai)重(zhong)型汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)整(zheng)車(che)(che)(che)制(zhi)造(zao)技術的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)。國(guo)(guo)(guo)家為徹底改變汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)“缺重(zhong)”局面,解決(jue)重(zhong)型汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)車(che)(che)(che)工業(ye)(ye)(ye)低水平(ping)發(fa)展(zhan)狀(zhuang)況,組建了中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)集團,性(xing)質為中(zhong)央(yang)直屬企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye),隸屬國(guo)(guo)(guo)務(wu)院(yuan)領導;1993年(nian)(nian)被(bei)批準(zhun)為國(guo)(guo)(guo)有資產(chan)(chan)授權(quan)經(jing)營試點(dian)(dian),是(shi)較早(zao)實(shi)施國(guo)(guo)(guo)有資產(chan)(chan)授權(quan)經(jing)營的試點(dian)(dian)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)之一(yi);2007中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)集團以紅籌(chou)形(xing)式(shi)在(zai)香港主(zhu)板上(shang)(shang)市,上(shang)(shang)市公司(si)名為——中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(香港)有限公司(si),股(gu)份代號3808,搭建起了國(guo)(guo)(guo)際化平(ping)臺(tai);2009年(nian)(nian)成功實(shi)現與(yu)德國(guo)(guo)(guo)曼公司(si)戰略合作(zuo),曼公司(si)參(can)股(gu)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(香港)有限公司(si)25%+1股(gu),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)重(zhong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)引(yin)進曼公司(si)的發(fa)動機(ji)、中(zhong)卡、重(zhong)卡車(che)(che)(che)橋及相應(ying)整(zheng)車(che)(che)(che)技術,為企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)長遠發(fa)展(zhan)奠定了堅實(shi)的基礎。
目前,中國(guo)重汽(qi)已成為較大(da)的重型汽(qi)車生(sheng)產基地,共有職工6.3萬人(ren),其中各類(lei)工程(cheng)技術人(ren)員3500多(duo)人(ren)。

總成(cheng)制造方(fang)面:車(che)橋總成(cheng)由(you)(you)濟(ji)南橋箱(xiang)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)負責,動(dong)(dong)(dong)力系統由(you)(you)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力事業部(bu)組織(zhi)濟(ji)南發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)部(bu)、杭州發動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)、濟(ji)南復強動(dong)(dong)(dong)力有(you)限(xian)公司(si)、重慶(qing)燃(ran)油噴射系統有(you)限(xian)公司(si)四個(ge)單(dan)位;變速箱(xiang)總成(cheng)由(you)(you)濟(ji)南變速箱(xiang)部(bu)、大同齒輪有(you)限(xian)公司(si)兩(liang)個(ge)制造單(dan)位。
零(ling)部件(jian)制造(zao)方面:擁有(you)專門從事汽(qi)(qi)車零(ling)部件(jian)生產的濟南部件(jian)制造(zao)部、濟南橡塑件(jian)制造(zao)部、濟南汽(qi)(qi)車零(ling)部件(jian)有(you)限公(gong)司。
