景區(qu),是成(cheng)(cheng)都市近郊生態(tai)花(hua)卉旅(lv)游(you)(you)、鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)休(xiu)閑度假和“以旅(lv)助農(nong)”、“兩化(hua)(hua)互動(dong)(dong)”的(de)(de)(de)城(cheng)鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)統籌示范(fan)點位(wei)。唐昌(chang)鎮戰(zhan)旗(qi)(qi)村(cun)(cun)作為(wei)(wei)“一三互動(dong)(dong)、以旅(lv)助農(nong)”的(de)(de)(de)“試驗田(tian)”之一,通過市場化(hua)(hua)運作,運用(yong)農(nong)村(cun)(cun)產(chan)權(quan)制度改革成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo),吸(xi)引社會(hui)資(zi)本(ben)下鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)參與鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)旅(lv)游(you)(you)產(chan)業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan),推進農(nong)村(cun)(cun)市場化(hua)(hua)改革。戰(zhan)旗(qi)(qi)村(cun)(cun)以集體建設用(yong)地“作價入股(gu)”,村(cun)(cun)企聯姻、資(zi)本(ben)進村(cun)(cun),吸(xi)引四川大行(xing)(xing)宏業(ye)集團(tuan)公司投入2億元發展(zhan)(zhan)生態(tai)觀光產(chan)業(ye),種植有(you)機生態(tai)農(nong)業(ye)和薰衣草(cao),進行(xing)(xing)實(shi)體化(hua)(hua)運作。媽(ma)媽(ma)農(nong)莊(zhuang)鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)酒店于2012年5月(yue)正式開園(yuan),具有(you)農(nong)業(ye)觀光、會(hui)議培(pei)訓、婚慶、旅(lv)游(you)(you)度假和運動(dong)(dong)休(xiu)閑等五項服(fu)務功(gong)能。景區(qu)擁有(you)獨特的(de)(de)(de)生態(tai)本(ben)底和浪漫的(de)(de)(de)鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)氣(qi)息,日(ri)漸形成(cheng)(cheng)婚紗攝影、婚慶典禮、商務培(pei)訓、騎游(you)(you)觀光等旅(lv)游(you)(you)功(gong)能,是低碳出行(xing)(xing)、和擁抱田(tian)園(yuan)生活(huo)的(de)(de)(de)休(xiu)閑度假基地。景區(qu)以花(hua)田(tian)新村(cun)(cun)、親(qin)水農(nong)莊(zhuang)、生態(tai)田(tian)園(yuan)、美味果(guo)蔬為(wei)(wei)主題(ti),以薰衣草(cao)花(hua)田(tian)為(wei)(wei)核心吸(xi)引物,2011年起,政(zheng)府、村(cun)(cun)級集體經濟、企業(ye)聯動(dong)(dong),完善旅(lv)游(you)(you)服(fu)務設施(shi)、健康(kang)綠(lv)道、旅(lv)游(you)(you)業(ye)態(tai)整(zheng)治,加快創建步伐(fa)。先(xian)后舉辦兩屆薰衣草(cao)旅(lv)游(you)(you)節會(hui),年吸(xi)引游(you)(you)客(ke)超過50多(duo)萬人(ren)次,最多(duo)一天游(you)(you)客(ke)達5萬人(ren)次。通過景區(qu)創建和旅(lv)游(you)(you)業(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan),豐富了戰(zhan)旗(qi)(qi)村(cun)(cun)新農(nong)村(cun)(cun)綜合體示范(fan)內涵,成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“一三聯動(dong)(dong)”、以旅(lv)助農(nong)的(de)(de)(de)新型鄉(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)旅(lv)游(you)(you)綜合體示范(fan)點位(wei)。
