百龍(long)灘(tan)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)廠房安裝單(dan)機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)3.2萬(wan)(wan)kW的(de)燈(deng)泡貫流(liu)式水(shui)(shui)輪發(fa)(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)6臺,總裝機(ji)(ji)容(rong)量(liang)19.2萬(wan)(wan)kW,設計水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)9.7m,最(zui)大(da)水(shui)(shui)頭(tou)18m,單(dan)機(ji)(ji)額定流(liu)量(liang)377.5立方米/秒。近期保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)出(chu)力(li)878萬(wan)(wan)kW,多(duo)年平(ping)(ping)均(jun)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)9.85億(yi)kW·h;天生(sheng)橋(qiao)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)運行后(hou)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)出(chu)力(li)12.15萬(wan)(wan)kW,多(duo)年平(ping)(ping)均(jun)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)11.48億(yi)kW·h;龍(long)灘(tan)、天生(sheng)橋(qiao)水(shui)(shui)電(dian)站(zhan)運行后(hou)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)出(chu)力(li)15.25萬(wan)(wan)kW,多(duo)年平(ping)(ping)均(jun)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)13.35億(yi)kW·h;11月至翌年4月枯水(shui)(shui)期發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)分別占年發(fa)(fa)電(dian)量(liang)的(de)49.3%、52.6%、52.9%,發(fa)(fa)電(dian)效益十分顯著。船閘近期可通(tong)航250t船隊,過壩年貨運量(liang)180萬(wan)(wan)t。
壩(ba)址(zhi)控制流(liu)域面(mian)積112500平方(fang)公里。多年(nian)平均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)21.3℃。多年(nian)平均(jun)(jun)含沙量(liang)(liang)(liang)0.815kg/立方(fang)米(mi),實測最(zui)大含沙量(liang)(liang)(liang)14.6kg/立方(fang)米(mi),年(nian)輸沙量(liang)(liang)(liang)5350萬t。多年(nian)平均(jun)(jun)降雨(yu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)1720mm。多年(nian)平均(jun)(jun)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)2020立方(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao),實測最(zui)大流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)18700立方(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao),經巖灘(tan)(tan)、大化水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站調節(jie)P=95%時的(de)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為521立方(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao),天生橋、龍灘(tan)(tan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站建成運行后P=95%時的(de)調節(jie)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)為1202立方(fang)米(mi)/秒(miao)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)庫(ku)總(zong)庫(ku)容(rong)3.4億(yi)立方(fang)米(mi),正常蓄水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)126m,相應庫(ku)容(rong)0.695億(yi)立方(fang)米(mi);死水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)125m,相應庫(ku)容(rong)0.648億(yi)立方(fang)米(mi)。百龍灘(tan)(tan)是一座低水(shui)(shui)(shui)頭(tou)河床式徑流(liu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站,需對(dui)大化水(shui)(shui)(shui)電站日調節(jie)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)進(jin)行適當的(de)反調節(jie)。
水庫淹(yan)沒耕地1000畝(mu),淹(yan)遷84人。
地形
壩(ba)址(zhi)為低山(shan)丘陵地(di)形,河(he)谷寬(kuan)闊,河(he)床(chuang)中有(you)3座小山(shan),漫灘基(ji)(ji)巖裸(luo)露,河(he)床(chuang)覆蓋層(ceng)(ceng)0~2.38m,地(di)層(ceng)(ceng)巖性為中薄層(ceng)(ceng)含粉沙、鈣質(zhi)泥巖夾(jia)灰(hui)(hui)巖,白云質(zhi)灰(hui)(hui)巖和白云質(zhi)泥灰(hui)(hui)巖互層(ceng)(ceng),層(ceng)(ceng)面(mian)走向與河(he)流(liu)夾(jia)角70°~80°,傾向上(shang)游30°~45°,斷(duan)層(ceng)(ceng)計有(you)23條(tiao),破碎帶寬(kuan)度(du)0.03~1.0m,較大斷(duan)層(ceng)(ceng)有(you)F9、F10、F12。緩傾角斷(duan)裂不(bu)發育。地(di)震(zhen)基(ji)(ji)本烈度(du)為6度(du),設計建筑物地(di)震(zhen)不(bu)設防。
建筑
樞(shu)紐(niu)按三等(deng)工程設(she)計(ji),永久建筑物為(wei)3級(ji)建筑物,按50年(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu)設(she)計(ji)洪(hong)(hong)水流(liu)量(liang)23400立方米/秒(miao),上(shang)(shang)游水位(wei)(wei)153.9m,下游水位(wei)(wei)153.4m;500年(nian)一(yi)遇(yu)(yu)校核洪(hong)(hong)水29600立方米/秒(miao),上(shang)(shang)游水位(wei)(wei)159.2m,下游水位(wei)(wei)158.7m。樞(shu)紐(niu)由(you)混凝(ning)土重(zhong)力(li)式溢流(liu)壩、河床式廠房、開關站、船閘(zha)、沖沙閘(zha)、接頭壩組成(cheng)。
碾壓(ya)混凝(ning)土溢流(liu)(liu)壩布置于(yu)左(zuo)岸主河道上,為(wei)開(kai)敞(chang)式自由(you)泄流(liu)(liu),總(zong)長(chang)274m,最大壩高(gao)28m。堰頂(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)126m、130m,長(chang)度都為(wei)100m;碾壓(ya)混凝(ning)土接(jie)頭壩頂(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)135m,長(chang)74m。右岸土壩接(jie)頭頂(ding)高(gao)程(cheng)160.1m,長(chang)210m。
發電廠(chang)房布置于(yu)右岸(an)(an)灘地(di)上,其尺寸為112m×69.5m×72.1(長(chang)×寬×高(gao)(gao)),廠(chang)頂(ding)及橋面(mian)高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)160.1m,安裝場及發電機層高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)為120m,安裝高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)101.9m,底板開挖高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)88m。廠(chang)房兩側各設4m×8m(寬×高(gao)(gao))沖沙(sha)孔(kong)1個(ge),進水口高(gao)(gao)程(cheng)(cheng)93m。開關站布置于(yu)右岸(an)(an)壩軸(zhou)線下游,220kV出(chu)線3回,110kV出(chu)線1回。
單(dan)級集中式輸水(shui)船閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)布置(zhi)在右岸(an)灘地(di)岸(an)邊,總長(chang)1099.8m,通(tong)航(hang)流量3500立方米/秒(miao)。上游引航(hang)道、閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首、閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)室(shi)(shi)按2×500t駁船隊遠景通(tong)航(hang)尺寸要求(qiu)設計,下游引航(hang)道按2×250t駁船隊尺寸要求(qiu)設計,閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)室(shi)(shi)有(you)效尺寸為120m×12m×2.5m(長(chang)×寬(kuan)(kuan)×吃水(shui)深(shen))。上游引航(hang)道長(chang)454.4m,底寬(kuan)(kuan)37m,底高(gao)程122.5m。上閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首28m×26m×53.1m(寬(kuan)(kuan)×長(chang)×高(gao)),工(gong)作(zuo)門(men)底坎122.5m,一期工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)至109m高(gao)程,作(zuo)為部分(fen)(fen)二(er)期導流、初期電站(zhan)降低水(shui)位運(yun)行的流道。閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)室(shi)(shi)長(chang)128m,底板高(gao)程110.8m。下閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首30m×29m×54.1m(寬(kuan)(kuan)×長(chang)×高(gao))。下游引航(hang)道長(chang)462.4m,底寬(kuan)(kuan)32m,底高(gao)程110.8m。船閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)右側設凈寬(kuan)(kuan)10m沖沙閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)1個(ge),底高(gao)程113.5m。船閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)上閘(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)首以下,除部分(fen)(fen)開挖(wa)外均在二(er)期工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)。

主體(ti)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)量(包(bao)括導流工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)):土方(fang)(fang)開挖62.89萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi),石(shi)方(fang)(fang)開挖241.36萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為202.65萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)),混(hun)凝土68.32萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為60.29萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)),土石(shi)方(fang)(fang)填筑135.19萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)為125.37萬(wan)(wan)(wan)立(li)方(fang)(fang)米(mi)(mi)),鋼筋18897t(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)期為17667t),鋼材8577t(其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)一(yi)期為7548t),帷(wei)幕灌漿4753m。施工(gong)(gong)對(dui)外交通為公路運輸(shu)。砂石(shi)料為灰巖機制人工(gong)(gong)砂石(shi)料。
總投資
該工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)審(shen)定(ding)修正總投資(按1992年(nian)(nian)價格水(shui)平)為16.44億(yi)(yi)元(一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為14.18億(yi)(yi)元),其(qi)中靜態投資10.43億(yi)(yi)元(一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為9.72億(yi)(yi)元)。送出工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)靜態投資1497萬元。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)由(you)廣西(xi)桂冠電(dian)力股份(fen)有限公(gong)司(si)集(ji)資建設(she)。勘測、設(she)計及監理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作由(you)廣西(xi)電(dian)力工(gong)(gong)(gong)業勘察設(she)計院承擔。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)由(you)廣西(xi)水(shui)電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)局(ju)承包。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)于1993年(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)18日進(jin)場(chang),設(she)計計劃總工(gong)(gong)(gong)期4年(nian)(nian)8個月(yue)(yue)(包括準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)(gong)期),第(di)一(yi)臺(tai)機組發電(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期3年(nian)(nian)。
