學(xue)校擁(yong)有(you)一(yi)支數量(liang)充足、素質優良、治學(xue)嚴謹、業務(wu)精湛且(qie)富(fu)有(you)創新精神的干部、教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊伍。相當數量(liang)的中(zhong)(zhong)青年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)實踐中(zhong)(zhong)成(cheng)長為教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)骨(gu)干或學(xue)科(ke)帶頭人(ren),不少人(ren)在(zai)(zai)省(sheng)、市(shi)(shi)、區教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)比賽中(zhong)(zhong)獲獎(jiang)。石(shi)家(jia)莊市(shi)(shi)第五中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)現(xian)有(you)省(sheng)、市(shi)(shi)級骨(gu)干教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)和中(zhong)(zhong)、高(gao)級教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)一(yi)百(bai)余人(ren)。2007年4月在(zai)(zai)石(shi)家(jia)莊市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局的親切關懷(huai)下,由正定中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)、辛(xin)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)的領(ling)(ling)導(dao)和教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)管理骨(gu)干、原五中(zhong)(zhong)部分(fen)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)組(zu)成(cheng)了(le)學(xue)校新的領(ling)(ling)導(dao)班(ban)子。石(shi)市(shi)(shi)五中(zhong)(zhong)擁(yong)有(you)了(le)一(yi)支業務(wu)過硬(ying)、高(gao)效務(wu)實、廉潔奉公(gong)、精誠(cheng)團結的領(ling)(ling)導(dao)班(ban)子,他們(men)處在(zai)(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)工作第一(yi)線,教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)本(ben)領(ling)(ling)過硬(ying)、充分(fen)發揚(yang)民主(zhu)是(shi)他們(men)的一(yi)大特點。
要培(pei)養(yang)新(xin)世紀的(de)人才,就必須樹立新(xin)德育(yu)觀,探索(suo)新(xin)時期教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)新(xin)格局,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)提出“轉變一(yi)(yi)個(ge)‘后進生(sheng)’同培(pei)養(yang)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)同樣(yang)重要”的(de)口號,實行“三(san)(san).三(san)(san)制”德育(yu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)模式:即(ji)樹立“學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)戰(zhan)場(chang)、教(jiao)師為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)力軍、課(ke)堂(tang)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)渠道”的(de)三(san)(san)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)意(yi)識(shi);實施“全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)育(yu)人、全(quan)(quan)班育(yu)人、全(quan)(quan)方位育(yu)人”的(de)三(san)(san)全(quan)(quan)戰(zhan)略;建立學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)-------家庭-------社(she)會(hui)和學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)------教(jiao)育(yu)處(年(nian)級(ji)(ji)組)-------全(quan)(quan)體(ti)教(jiao)職(zhi)工共同參與的(de)三(san)(san)級(ji)(ji)教(jiao)育(yu)網絡(luo)。學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)實行以年(nian)級(ji)(ji)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)線(xian),以班主(zhu)(zhu)任為(wei)核心(xin)的(de)任課(ke)教(jiao)師、宿(su)舍管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)員(yuan)集(ji)體(ti)負責制,常(chang)規(gui)教(jiao)育(yu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)中(zhong)突出一(yi)(yi)個(ge)“愛(ai)(ai)”字,貫(guan)穿一(yi)(yi)個(ge)“勤”字,體(ti)現(xian)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)“細(xi)”字,落(luo)(luo)實一(yi)(yi)個(ge)“實”字,大處著眼,小處入手,落(luo)(luo)到實處,形成(cheng)(cheng)習(xi)慣。經過堅持不懈地工作,教(jiao)育(yu)成(cheng)(cheng)效顯著,表現(xian)為(wei)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)風(feng)優良(liang),教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)秩序井(jing)然,違紀率降低,學(xue)(xue)習(xi)風(feng)氣濃厚;助人為(wei)樂(le),奉獻(xian)愛(ai)(ai)心(xin)蔚然成(cheng)(cheng)風(feng)。
學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校的中心任務是教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)是重(zhong)點中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)的生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)線、凝聚力(li)。“沒(mei)有(you)改革,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校就沒(mei)有(you)活力(li),沒(mei)有(you)質量(liang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校就沒(mei)有(you)生(sheng)命(ming)(ming)”已在石市五(wu)中形(xing)成了共識(shi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校提(ti)出(chu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)要從“苦干”向(xiang)“科研”方向(xiang)轉化,把“優化課(ke)堂(tang)(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),創(chuang)優質高(gao)效之路”作為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工作的主攻方向(xiang),以“著重(zhong)基礎、講究教(jiao)法、指(zhi)導學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)法、形(xing)成習慣、開發智力(li)、培養能力(li)、提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)整體素質”為(wei)(wei)指(zhi)導思想,按照教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)規律,從實際出(chu)發,做好“四抓(zhua)(zhua)”工作即:抓(zhua)(zhua)基礎知識(shi)、抓(zhua)(zhua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習方法、抓(zhua)(zhua)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習習慣、抓(zhua)(zhua)能力(li)培養。課(ke)堂(tang)(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)充分體現(xian)“學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)(wei)主體”,“教(jiao)師為(wei)(wei)主導”,“訓練為(wei)(wei)主線”的原則,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校已經形(xing)成了系(xi)統(tong)扎實、生(sheng)動活潑的課(ke)堂(tang)(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)特色。
學(xue)校(xiao)教(jiao)學(xue)樓、實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)樓、辦公(gong)(gong)樓、學(xue)生(sheng)公(gong)(gong)寓(yu)、學(xue)生(sheng)餐廳、籃球場、足球場等各(ge)項(xiang)設(she)施一(yi)應(ying)俱全。現有現代化(hua)(hua)標準教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)32個,電化(hua)(hua)教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、語音(yin)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、微(wei)機室(shi)(shi)(shi)、理化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)實(shi)(shi)驗(yan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)、音(yin)樂美術專(zhuan)用教(jiao)室(shi)(shi)(shi)20個,并配有能容納450人的(de)住宿樓、食堂等設(she)施。
石家莊(zhuang)(zhuang)市第五中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)原(yuan)屬(shu)北京(jing)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)局石家莊(zhuang)(zhuang)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)分局企業辦學(xue),始建于1953年(nian)(nian)(nian),招收(shou)(shou)初一(yi)(yi)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)150人,1960年(nian)(nian)(nian)開始招收(shou)(shou)高一(yi)(yi)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng),成為(wei)一(yi)(yi)所完全中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。1981年(nian)(nian)(nian)被北京(jing)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)局命(ming)名為(wei)北京(jing)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)局重點(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue),1999年(nian)(nian)(nian)被河北省政(zheng)府命(ming)名為(wei)河北省重點(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)。2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月,學(xue)校(xiao)從(cong)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)企業分離出來,由(you)市教(jiao)育局管理,成為(wei)石家莊(zhuang)(zhuang)市繼一(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、二中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、15中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、24中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之后的第五所市直屬(shu)學(xue)校(xiao)。
