面具樂隊

1995年9月(yue)，Slipknot樂隊(dui)(dui)成立(li)于美國愛(ai)荷(he)華(hua)州（又譯艾奧瓦州）的(de)(de)(de)首(shou)府(fu)得梅因地區(qu)，經(jing)過成立(li)之(zhi)初的(de)(de)(de)發展之(zhi)后，以Shawn "Clown" Crahan為首(shou)的(de)(de)(de)這支樂隊(dui)(dui)最終形(xing)成了(le)多達九人的(de)(de)(de)固定(ding)陣容。Slipknot樂隊(dui)(dui)也順勢分(fen)別以0到8的(de)(de)(de)九個(ge)數(shu)字來代表(biao)每名成員，從0到8，他(ta)(ta)們依次是：Sid Wilson，Joey Jordison，Paul Gray（離世），Chris Fehn，James Root，Craig Jones，Shawn "Clown" Crahan，Mick Thomson，Corey Taylor。自(zi)從成立(li)之(zhi)初，Slipknot樂隊(dui)(dui)的(de)(de)(de)九名成員們就開始以面(mian)具(ju)作為他(ta)(ta)們最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)表(biao)演工具(ju)來使用，無論到哪(na)里，都(dou)只(zhi)見面(mian)具(ju)，而不見他(ta)(ta)們的(de)(de)(de)廬(lu)山真面(mian)目。

重金屬音樂

在(zai)(zai)Slipknot樂(le)(le)(le)隊(dui)成立之(zhi)后，他(ta)們始(shi)終在(zai)(zai)追求著自己獨特的(de)(de)音(yin)(yin)樂(le)(le)(le)風格，以自己的(de)(de)方(fang)式來表現音(yin)(yin)樂(le)(le)(le)，一(yi)種(zhong)狂(kuang)(kuang)躁，噪聲，黑暗，暴力，宣泄的(de)(de)重(zhong)金屬音(yin)(yin)樂(le)(le)(le)。不過(guo)他(ta)們獨特而瘋狂(kuang)(kuang)的(de)(de)演出方(fang)式最初在(zai)(zai)當地并沒有得到太(tai)多的(de)(de)認(ren)可(ke)，但是并沒有過(guo)太(tai)久，他(ta)們狂(kuang)(kuang)暴的(de)(de)音(yin)(yin)樂(le)(le)(le)就贏得了(le)很(hen)多年輕人的(de)(de)追捧。1996年的(de)(de)萬圣節，Slipknot樂(le)(le)(le)隊(dui)自己錄(lu)制(zhi)了(le)一(yi)張樣片(pian)《Mate. Feed. Kill.
