東(dong)(dong)方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)即東(dong)(dong)方火(huo)(huo)(huo)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、東(dong)(dong)方高(gao)鐵站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)址在(zai)海(hai)南(nan)省東(dong)(dong)方市八所鎮解放東(dong)(dong)路向東(dong)(dong)盡頭,是(shi)廣州鐵路(集(ji)團(tuan))公(gong)(gong)司(現(xian)中(zhong)國鐵路廣州局(ju)集(ji)團(tuan)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司)粵海(hai)鐵路有(you)限責(ze)任公(gong)(gong)司新(xin)建海(hai)南(nan)西(xi)(xi)環高(gao)鐵途(tu)徑站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點之一,與海(hai)南(nan)東(dong)(dong)環高(gao)鐵、粵海(hai)鐵路海(hai)南(nan)島西(xi)(xi)環線形(xing)成兩(liang)場一站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)二等客運動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)樞(shu)紐站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),并和新(xin)建海(hai)南(nan)東(dong)(dong)方汽車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)無縫對(dui)接(jie)。東(dong)(dong)方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)海(hai)南(nan)西(xi)(xi)環高(gao)鐵除了海(hai)口站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三亞站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)外(wai)(wai)在(zai)市區(qu)設立(li)的站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點的高(gao)鐵火(huo)(huo)(huo)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)面積東(dong)(dong)西(xi)(xi)長115.2m,南(nan)北寬30m,高(gao)20m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)面積5000m2,是(shi)環島高(gao)鐵沿(yan)線中(zhong),除海(hai)口站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、三亞站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)外(wai)(wai)較大的高(gao)鐵火(huo)(huo)(huo)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。東(dong)(dong)方火(huo)(huo)(huo)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)除接(jie)發動(dong)車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)組列車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)外(wai)(wai),還接(jie)發兩(liang)對(dui)普速(su)列車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)。海(hai)南(nan)西(xi)(xi)環線上(shang)行鐵路車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)昌感(gan)(gan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),下行鐵路車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)感(gan)(gan)城(cheng)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。環島高(gao)鐵上(shang)行車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)棋子灣站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),下行車(che)(che)(che)(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)金月灣站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
規(gui)(gui)劃范圍:規(gui)(gui)劃區呈“矩形”,南北向(xiang)平行于粵(yue)海鐵(tie)路海南西(xi)環線,東(dong)西(xi)向(xiang)長(chang)約1.3公里,南北向(xiang)寬度約0.4公里,規(gui)(gui)劃范圍面積約為0.5平方公里,距八所高速公路立交(jiao)出入(ru)口約5.0公里。
功能定位:在西(xi)環(huan)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)的(de)系統(tong)設計中,東(dong)(dong)方站被確定為(wei)二等站,站場規模為(wei)3站臺(tai)8股道(dao),其(qi)中5條(tiao)(tiao)高(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)到(dao)發線(xian)(xian),含正(zheng)(zheng)線(xian)(xian)2條(tiao)(tiao),貨(huo)運(yun)(yun)到(dao)發線(xian)(xian)1條(tiao)(tiao);3條(tiao)(tiao)既(ji)有(you)到(dao)發線(xian)(xian),含正(zheng)(zheng)線(xian)(xian)1條(tiao)(tiao),旅客(ke)通道(dao)下進下出穿過既(ji)有(you)線(xian)(xian),是東(dong)(dong)方市(shi)東(dong)(dong)部重要的(de)交通樞紐和城市(shi)門(men)戶區,項目(mu)建成后主要以海口至(zhi)三(san)亞的(de)沿線(xian)(xian)客(ke)運(yun)(yun)為(wei)主、兼顧各城市(shi)軌道(dao)交通和少(shao)量(liang)輕(qing)快貨(huo)運(yun)(yun)的(de)高(gao)(gao)速鐵(tie)路,并兼有(you)休(xiu)閑娛(yu)樂等功能。
功能(neng)分(fen)區:規(gui)劃基(ji)于現(xian)狀場(chang)地特征、高鐵(tie)(tie)站功能(neng)及流線(xian)要求,將站房、配套服(fu)務設(she)施、站前平(ping)臺(tai)、站前廣場(chang)、公共汽車(che)首末站和大巴(ba)車(che)停車(che)場(chang)、出租汽車(che)場(chang)站、社會停車(che)場(chang)和鐵(tie)(tie)路貨運(yun)站等合理布置,形成五個(ge)區域,包(bao)括(kuo)商業服(fu)務區、客運(yun)功能(neng)區、貨場(chang)作業區、停車(che)服(fu)務區和游憩休(xiu)閑區。
規(gui)模容量:根(gen)據東方站站前區域職(zhi)能、發展定(ding)位和城(cheng)市空(kong)間的拓展需要,本(ben)次規(gui)劃建設(she)面積約為49.5公頃。采(cai)用建筑面積測算(suan)人(ren)(ren)口指標:建筑面積法是根(gen)據用地開發強度,人(ren)(ren)均(jun)建筑面積來計(ji)算(suan)用地的人(ren)(ren)口容量,旅館業用地100平方米/客房、每客房2人(ren)(ren)計(ji)算(suan)。本(ben)次規(gui)劃人(ren)(ren)口為350人(ren)(ren)。
東(dong)(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)站(zhan)前(qian)廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)建(jian)設內容(rong)及規(gui)模(mo):西環(huan)高鐵東(dong)(dong)方(fang)站(zhan)站(zhan)區廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)及道路(lu)(lu)配(pei)套工程占地面積(ji)共278.46畝(mu)(mu)(mu),其中站(zhan)前(qian)廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)25.5畝(mu)(mu)(mu),綠(lv)地公(gong)(gong)園(yuan)56.57畝(mu)(mu)(mu),社(she)會停車場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)27.17畝(mu)(mu)(mu),出租車停車場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)23.06畝(mu)(mu)(mu),公(gong)(gong)交車站(zhan)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)23.54畝(mu)(mu)(mu),大巴(ba)車停車場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)16.82畝(mu)(mu)(mu)。另(ling)配(pei)套東(dong)(dong)方(fang)車站(zhan)站(zhan)區路(lu)(lu)網工程總(zong)長(chang)2424米,其中:廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)1094m,站(zhan)前(qian)路(lu)(lu)長(chang)1193m,解(jie)放東(dong)(dong)路(lu)(lu)延長(chang)線(xian)137m。廣(guang)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)路(lu)(lu)道路(lu)(lu)紅線(xian)寬度30m,站(zhan)前(qian)路(lu)(lu)1、2、3道路(lu)(lu)紅線(xian)寬度24m,解(jie)放東(dong)(dong)路(lu)(lu)延長(chang)線(xian)50m。
海南西(xi)環高鐵東方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)位于(yu)東方市八所(suo)(suo)鎮境內(nei),距東方市區約1.5km,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)址地勢(shi)較為平坦。車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)層數(shu)為候(hou)(hou)車(che)(che)廳部(bu)分1層,設(she)(she)備及辦公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)2層。東方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)主要功(gong)能分為客(ke)(ke)運(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、設(she)(she)備用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、辦公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)等。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)面寬115.2m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)進(jin)(jin)深30.0m,站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)中(zhong)部(bu)檐口高度20.0m。1-6.000標(biao)高層為地下(xia)消(xiao)防水泵房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。±0.000m標(biao)高層中(zhong)部(bu)圍繞集(ji)散(san)廳布(bu)置公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)共(gong)衛生間、旅客(ke)(ke)服務用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、開(kai)水間、VIP候(hou)(hou)車(che)(che)室(shi)、公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)值(zhi)(zhi)班(ban)室(shi)、客(ke)(ke)運(yun)(yun)值(zhi)(zhi)班(ban)室(shi)等;候(hou)(hou)車(che)(che)廳右側(ce)為售票(piao)(piao)廳、售票(piao)(piao)室(shi)及售票(piao)(piao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)、綜合控制和(he)消(xiao)防控制室(shi);候(hou)(hou)車(che)(che)廳左側(ce)為變(bian)電(dian)所(suo)(suo)及電(dian)力(li)設(she)(she)備房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)等。+6.000m標(biao)高層右側(ce)為通(tong)信(xin)、信(xin)號(hao)、信(xin)息等弱電(dian)設(she)(she)備用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang);左側(ce)主要布(bu)置車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)辦公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)和(he)部(bu)分弱電(dian)設(she)(she)備用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)房(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)(fang)。結(jie)合建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)(zhu)平面布(bu)局,東方站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)客(ke)(ke)流(liu)(liu)組織采取“下(xia)進(jin)(jin)下(xia)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)”流(liu)(liu)線模式(shi)。進(jin)(jin)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)流(liu)(liu)線為旅客(ke)(ke)購(gou)票(piao)(piao)后通(tong)過(guo)安(an)(an)檢(jian)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)候(hou)(hou)車(che)(che)廳候(hou)(hou)車(che)(che),后通(tong)過(guo)自動檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)機(ji)或(huo)人工檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)后進(jin)(jin)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),基(ji)(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的(de)(de)旅客(ke)(ke)直(zhi)接(jie)進(jin)(jin)到基(ji)(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai),2、3站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的(de)(de)旅客(ke)(ke)通(tong)過(guo)地道進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)2、3站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)。出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)流(liu)(liu)線為基(ji)(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的(de)(de)旅客(ke)(ke)由基(ji)(ji)本(ben)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)直(zhi)接(jie)至(zhi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廳檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)后出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),中(zhong)間站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)臺(tai)的(de)(de)旅客(ke)(ke)經過(guo)地道到達出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)廳檢(jian)票(piao)(piao)后出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
海(hai)南西環(huan)鐵(tie)路(普速線(xian))自2005年10月起(qi)動工改(gai)(gai)造,線(xian)路總(zong)投(tou)資23億元,2006年12月13日(ri)全(quan)線(xian)鋪通,2007年3月20日(ri)通過(guo)驗(yan)收,原粵海(hai)鐵(tie)路東(dong)方(fang)站正(zheng)式履行職能。2013年海(hai)南西環(huan)快速鐵(tie)路正(zheng)式開工建(jian)設,東(dong)方(fang)站改(gai)(gai)建(jian),原站房被拆除,新(xin)建(jian)現東(dong)方(fang)火(huo)車站。2015年12月30日(ri),東(dong)方(fang)高鐵(tie)站正(zheng)式啟用(yong)。
