學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)堅持(chi)走“科研(yan)先導(dao),特色(se)興(xing)校(xiao)”之(zhi)路(lu)(lu),注重特色(se)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)與開發(fa),大力開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“高效教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)”和“養成(cheng)(cheng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育”的(de)課題研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu),整合國(guo)家(jia)級、市區級多(duo)項(xiang)研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)范疇,引領教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)努力探索(suo)省(sheng)時高效的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)模式與策略(lve),使課題研(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)有利(li)于指導(dao)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue),有利(li)于教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)專業化成(cheng)(cheng)長,有利(li)于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生綜合素質的(de)提(ti)高。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)制定并實施了名師(shi)培養和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)方略(lve),圍繞“發(fa)揮成(cheng)(cheng)長記錄簿(bu)(bu)載體功能(neng),促進教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)專業成(cheng)(cheng)長”教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)特色(se)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)目標,建立《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)長記錄簿(bu)(bu)》、《個人(ren)成(cheng)(cheng)果子集》、繪(hui)制《教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)長軌跡》,引領教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)走上了自(zi)主發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、內涵發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)路(lu)(lu),全面提(ti)升了學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)品質,形成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)特色(se)。
