銅陵長(chang)江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)位(wei)于蕪湖市(shi)長(chang)江下游銅官山(shan)河段荻港(gang)水道彎曲段中(zhong)部,為銅南(nan)宣(xuan)高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)(皖高速(su)S32)組成部分(fen)之(zhi)一;大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)北(bei)(bei)側為巢湖市(shi)無為市(shi),南(nan)側為銅陵市(shi);北(bei)(bei)起無為市(shi)塔(ta)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)樞紐,上跨長(chang)江水道,南(nan)至銅陵市(shi)鐘鳴高速(su)公(gong)路(lu)樞紐。
銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)的公(gong)路(lu)(lu)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)里程約38.8千(qian)米(mi),分大(da)(da)橋(qiao)北岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)與(yu)南(nan)(nan)岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian);其中(zhong),北岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起自無為市神墩村劉(liu)家莊,與(yu)北沿江高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)巢湖至(zhi)(zhi)無為段銜接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie),經(jing)塔(ta)橋(qiao)、姚溝、高溝、石板洲(zhou),接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)北岸(an)引(yin)橋(qiao),長約25.4千(qian)米(mi);南(nan)(nan)岸(an)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)線(xian)起至(zhi)(zhi)公(gong)鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)公(gong)路(lu)(lu)橋(qiao)南(nan)(nan)岸(an)引(yin)橋(qiao),經(jing)銅(tong)陵承接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)產業轉移示范園(yuan),至(zhi)(zhi)終點銅(tong)陵縣鐘鳴,接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)南(nan)(nan)沿江高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu)和在建的銅(tong)陵至(zhi)(zhi)南(nan)(nan)陵至(zhi)(zhi)宣城高速公(gong)路(lu)(lu),長約13.4千(qian)米(mi)。
整體布局
銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)分別由水上雙層主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、無為段以及銅陵市段引橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)、兩(liang)座(zuo)倒Y形塔柱,以及各匝道組(zu)成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)路段呈西(xi)北至東(dong)南方向(xiang)布置。

針對(dui)銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵(tie)大橋的設(she)(she)計特點(dian)和現場施工條件(jian),開展了一(yi)系(xi)列技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)研究,研發了復雜水文地質條件(jian)下大型基礎(chu)施工技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、全(quan)焊(han)桁(heng)片制作與架設(she)(she)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、鋼(gang)箱鐵(tie)路橋面(mian)板安裝技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)。桁(heng)片式鋼(gang)桁(heng)梁合(he)龍(long)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)、鋼(gang)絞線斜拉索等值張拉智能控制技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu)等一(yi)系(xi)列新技(ji)(ji)(ji)術(shu),這(zhe)些新成果得到了成功應用,對(dui)今后(hou)橋梁的設(she)(she)計和施工均有很好的參(can)考價值。(《橋梁建設(she)(she)》 評(ping))
2006年12月,中國安徽省省政府與原中華人民共和國鐵道部簽署(shu)了(le)《關于安徽省“十一五”鐵路建設有關問題(ti)會談(tan)紀(ji)要》,銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大(da)橋工程(cheng)入列鐵道部“十一五”規劃。
2009年(nian)2月(yue)12日,銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大橋進行水下地(di)質(zhi)勘探工程。
2010年4月(yue)18日,銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)橋動工興建;同年12月(yue)27日,銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)橋完成(cheng)制(zhi)造招標。
2011年8月,銅陵長江公(gong)鐵大(da)橋進行鋼(gang)梁(liang)制造工(gong)程。
2012年(nian)9月(yue)30日(ri),銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大橋進(jin)入主橋鋼梁架(jia)設階段。
2013年(nian)5月(yue),銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)4號墩主塔成(cheng)功封頂,大(da)橋(qiao)鋼(gang)梁建設進(jin)入(ru)雙懸臂架(jia)設施工(gong)階段(duan);同月(yue)28日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)鋼(gang)梁與南岸引(yin)橋(qiao)對接,進(jin)入(ru)主跨鋼(gang)梁架(jia)設階段(duan);同年(nian)12月(yue)19日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)鐵(tie)大(da)橋(qiao)完成(cheng)合(he)龍工(gong)程。
2015年4月,銅陵長江公鐵(tie)(tie)大橋(qiao)全面竣工(gong),通過靜態驗(yan)收;同年6月28日,銅陵長江公鐵(tie)(tie)大橋(qiao)下層高速鐵(tie)(tie)路功能投入運(yun)營。
2016年1月27日,銅陵(ling)長江公鐵大(da)橋(qiao)高速公路(lu)啟用運營(ying)。

截至2016年1月(yue),銅(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)收費(fei)(fei)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)收費(fei)(fei)標(biao)準,按照安徽省(sheng)交通(tong)運輸廳、安徽省(sheng)物價局發(fa)布的《關于調整我省(sheng)路(lu)橋(qiao)通(tong)行費(fei)(fei)收費(fei)(fei)標(biao)準的通(tong)知》(皖交財〔2010〕391號)執行,銅(tong)陵(ling)長江公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)接線高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)的收費(fei)(fei)標(biao)準,按照皖交財〔2010〕391號文規定(ding)的高(gao)速公(gong)(gong)路(lu)收費(fei)(fei)標(biao)準加(jia)收一座(zuo)特大橋(qiao)隧通(tong)行費(fei)(fei)執行;其中,四類車(che)(che)(che)收費(fei)(fei)標(biao)準為1.3元/車(che)(che)(che)·千米(mi);貨(huo)車(che)(che)(che)計重收費(fei)(fei),基(ji)本費(fei)(fei)率(lv)為0.09元/噸·千米(mi),計重費(fei)(fei)率(lv)由10噸至40噸車(che)(che)(che)輛線性遞減(jian)0.05元/噸·千米(mi);對超越運輸認定(ding)標(biao)準5軸貨(huo)車(che)(che)(che)為43噸。

截至(zhi)2016年1月(yue)4日(ri),安(an)徽省人(ren)民(min)政府同(tong)意合福鐵路銅(tong)陵長江公鐵大(da)橋公路橋及接線高速公路設站收費(fei)(fei),全線共設3個收費(fei)(fei)站,均為(wei)匝道收費(fei)(fei)站,站名分(fen)別(bie)為(wei):“無為(wei)南收費(fei)(fei)站”(K15+700M處)、“銅(tong)陵北收費(fei)(fei)站”(K32+895M處)、“無為(wei)西(xi)收費(fei)(fei)站”(K5+700M處,預(yu)留(liu))。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵長江(jiang)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)主橋(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)(gong)程難(nan)點在(zai)于:1、3號(hao)墩沉(chen)井(jing)基礎施工(gong)(gong)水文地質條(tiao)件復雜(za)(za),下沉(chen)過程中(zhong)(zhong),遇到了(le)事先未(wei)曾勘探到的(de)(de)卵石膠結層,使沉(chen)井(jing)下沉(chen)困難(nan);2、中(zhong)(zhong)國國內首次(ci)采用(yong)雙(shuang)節間全(quan)焊桁(heng)片組(zu)拼鋼桁(heng)梁(liang)結構,由于全(quan)焊桁(heng)片制造精度要求高,因此桁(heng)片豎立存放運輸安全(quan)風險大(da),現場安裝工(gong)(gong)藝復雜(za)(za);3、橋(qiao)(qiao)塔根部弦桿受(shou)力(li)最大(da)的(de)(de)區(qu)段及邊(bian)墩和輔助墩區(qu)域均采用(yong)正交(jiao)異性鋼箱(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面結構;鋼箱(xiang)橋(qiao)(qiao)面板剛度大(da),安裝時適應變形能(neng)力(li)差(cha)(cha),增(zeng)加了(le)安裝難(nan)度;4、中(zhong)(zhong)國國內首次(ci)在(zai)鐵路(lu)橋(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)上(shang)采用(yong)鋼絞線(xian)斜拉索(suo),對(dui)施工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)和成橋(qiao)(qiao)后(hou)每束斜拉索(suo)中(zhong)(zhong)單根鋼絞線(xian)之間的(de)(de)索(suo)力(li)誤差(cha)(cha)提(ti)出了(le)很高的(de)(de)控制要求。
