銅(tong)(tong)(tong)陵長(chang)江(jiang)公(gong)(gong)鐵大橋位于(yu)蕪湖市(shi)長(chang)江(jiang)下游銅(tong)(tong)(tong)官山(shan)河段荻港水道彎(wan)曲段中部,為(wei)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)南(nan)宣(xuan)高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(皖高(gao)速(su)S32)組成部分之一;大橋北側(ce)為(wei)巢湖市(shi)無為(wei)市(shi),南(nan)側(ce)為(wei)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)陵市(shi);北起無為(wei)市(shi)塔(ta)橋高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)樞紐(niu),上跨(kua)長(chang)江(jiang)水道,南(nan)至銅(tong)(tong)(tong)陵市(shi)鐘鳴高(gao)速(su)公(gong)(gong)路(lu)(lu)(lu)樞紐(niu)。
銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)長(chang)(chang)江公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)的(de)公(gong)路接線(xian)(xian)里程約(yue)(yue)38.8千(qian)米,分大橋(qiao)(qiao)北(bei)岸(an)(an)接線(xian)(xian)與南(nan)岸(an)(an)接線(xian)(xian);其中,北(bei)岸(an)(an)接線(xian)(xian)起自無為市神(shen)墩村劉家莊,與北(bei)沿江高(gao)速公(gong)路巢湖至無為段(duan)銜接,經塔橋(qiao)(qiao)、姚溝、高(gao)溝、石板洲,接公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路橋(qiao)(qiao)北(bei)岸(an)(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao),長(chang)(chang)約(yue)(yue)25.4千(qian)米;南(nan)岸(an)(an)接線(xian)(xian)起至公(gong)鐵大橋(qiao)(qiao)公(gong)路橋(qiao)(qiao)南(nan)岸(an)(an)引橋(qiao)(qiao),經銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)承接產業轉移示范園,至終點銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)縣(xian)鐘鳴(ming),接南(nan)沿江高(gao)速公(gong)路和(he)在建的(de)銅(tong)陵(ling)(ling)至南(nan)陵(ling)(ling)至宣城高(gao)速公(gong)路,長(chang)(chang)約(yue)(yue)13.4千(qian)米。
整體布局
銅(tong)陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)分別(bie)由水(shui)上雙層主(zhu)橋(qiao)、無為段以及銅(tong)陵市段引(yin)橋(qiao)、兩座倒Y形塔柱(zhu),以及各匝道組成,主(zhu)橋(qiao)路段呈西(xi)北(bei)至東南方向布置。

針對銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)的設(she)(she)(she)計特(te)點和現場施工條(tiao)件,開展了(le)一系列技(ji)術(shu)研究(jiu),研發了(le)復(fu)雜水文地(di)質條(tiao)件下大型基礎施工技(ji)術(shu)、全焊桁片(pian)(pian)制作與架設(she)(she)(she)技(ji)術(shu)、鋼箱(xiang)鐵路橋(qiao)面板安裝技(ji)術(shu)。桁片(pian)(pian)式鋼桁梁合龍技(ji)術(shu)、鋼絞線斜拉索等值張拉智能控(kong)制技(ji)術(shu)等一系列新技(ji)術(shu),這(zhe)些新成果得到了(le)成功應用(yong),對今(jin)后橋(qiao)梁的設(she)(she)(she)計和施工均有很好(hao)的參考價值。(《橋(qiao)梁建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)》 評)
2006年(nian)12月,中國(guo)安徽省省政府(fu)與原中華人民共和(he)國(guo)鐵(tie)道部簽署了《關于安徽省“十一(yi)五”鐵(tie)路建設有關問題會談紀要(yao)》,銅陵(ling)長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋工程入列鐵(tie)道部“十一(yi)五”規劃(hua)。
2009年2月(yue)12日,銅陵長(chang)江公鐵大橋進行水下地質勘探(tan)工程。
2010年(nian)4月18日(ri),銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)動工興建;同年(nian)12月27日(ri),銅(tong)陵長江公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)完(wan)成制(zhi)造(zao)招標。
2011年8月,銅陵長江(jiang)公鐵大橋(qiao)進行鋼梁制造工程。
2012年9月30日,銅(tong)陵長江公鐵(tie)大橋進入主橋鋼梁架設階段。
2013年5月,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)4號墩主塔成功封頂,大(da)(da)橋(qiao)鋼梁(liang)建設進(jin)入雙懸臂(bei)架設施工(gong)階(jie)段;同月28日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)主橋(qiao)鋼梁(liang)與南岸引橋(qiao)對接,進(jin)入主跨鋼梁(liang)架設階(jie)段;同年12月19日,銅陵(ling)長(chang)江(jiang)公鐵大(da)(da)橋(qiao)完(wan)成合龍工(gong)程。
2015年4月,銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)全面竣工(gong),通過靜態驗收(shou);同年6月28日,銅陵長(chang)江(jiang)(jiang)公(gong)鐵大(da)橋(qiao)下層高速(su)鐵路功能投(tou)入(ru)運營。
2016年(nian)1月(yue)27日,銅陵長江公鐵大(da)橋高速(su)公路啟用運營。

截至(zhi)2016年1月4日,安(an)徽省(sheng)人民政府同意(yi)合福(fu)鐵(tie)路(lu)銅陵(ling)長江(jiang)公鐵(tie)大橋公路(lu)橋及接線(xian)高速公路(lu)設站(zhan)收費,全線(xian)共設3個收費站(zhan),均為(wei)(wei)匝道收費站(zhan),站(zhan)名分別為(wei)(wei):“無(wu)為(wei)(wei)南收費站(zhan)”(K15+700M處(chu))、“銅陵(ling)北(bei)收費站(zhan)”(K32+895M處(chu))、“無(wu)為(wei)(wei)西收費站(zhan)”(K5+700M處(chu),預(yu)留)。
技術難題
銅陵公鐵(tie)長江大橋主橋工程(cheng)難點在于:1、3號墩沉井基礎施工水文地質(zhi)條(tiao)件復雜,下沉過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),遇(yu)到了(le)事(shi)先未(wei)曾勘(kan)探到的卵石膠結(jie)層,使沉井下沉困難;2、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次采(cai)用(yong)雙節間(jian)全焊桁(heng)片(pian)組拼鋼桁(heng)梁結(jie)構,由于全焊桁(heng)片(pian)制(zhi)造精度要求高,因此(ci)桁(heng)片(pian)豎立(li)存放(fang)運輸(shu)安(an)全風(feng)險大,現場安(an)裝工藝復雜;3、橋塔根(gen)部弦桿受力(li)(li)最大的區(qu)段及邊墩和輔助墩區(qu)域均采(cai)用(yong)正交異性(xing)鋼箱橋面(mian)結(jie)構;鋼箱橋面(mian)板剛度大,安(an)裝時適應變(bian)形能(neng)力(li)(li)差,增(zeng)加了(le)安(an)裝難度;4、中(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內首次在鐵(tie)路(lu)橋梁上采(cai)用(yong)鋼絞線斜拉索(suo),對(dui)施工中(zhong)和成橋后(hou)每(mei)束斜拉索(suo)中(zhong)單根(gen)鋼絞線之間(jian)的索(suo)力(li)(li)誤差提出了(le)很高的控制(zhi)要求。
