鴨池(chi)(chi)河大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)2016年5月20日(ri),貴(gui)(gui)陽至黔西(xi)高(gao)(gao)速公路鴨池(chi)(chi)河大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)順(shun)利(li)合龍。這座主跨長達800米(mi)(mi)、全長1450米(mi)(mi)的大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)是世界(jie)上(shang)較(jiao)大(da)(da)(da)跨徑的鋼桁梁斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao),也是世界(jie)山區(qu)斜(xie)拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)之最。鴨池(chi)(chi)河大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)是貴(gui)(gui)黔高(gao)(gao)速的控制(zhi)性(xing)工程,位(wei)于(yu)烏江源(yuan)百里畫(hua)廊(lang),跨越鴨池(chi)(chi)河,距(ju)貴(gui)(gui)陽觀山湖區(qu)45千(qian)米(mi)(mi),距(ju)畢節(jie)市(shi)黔西(xi)縣25千(qian)米(mi)(mi)。大(da)(da)(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)橋(qiao)(qiao)面寬28米(mi)(mi),全長1450米(mi)(mi),主塔采用(yong)H型索塔,貴(gui)(gui)陽岸(an)塔高(gao)(gao)243.2米(mi)(mi)、黔西(xi)岸(an)塔高(gao)(gao)258.2米(mi)(mi)。總投(tou)資(zi)達到7.8億元(yuan)。
大橋位于貴黔(qian)(qian)高(gao)速上,貴陽清鎮市和畢節黔(qian)(qian)西(xi)縣交界處。
鴨池河(he)特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)是一座雙(shuang)塔(ta)雙(shuang)索(suo)(suo)面半漂浮體系的(de)混(hun)合梁(liang)斜拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),中(zhong)跨(kua)為(wei)(wei)鋼桁梁(liang)結構,邊(bian)跨(kua)為(wei)(wei)220米預應力(li)混(hun)凝土雙(shuang)邊(bian)箱PC箱梁(liang)結構,是目前(qian)采用鋼絞(jiao)線斜拉(la)索(suo)(suo)的(de)較(jiao)大(da)跨(kua)徑斜拉(la)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao),橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)址深切“U”型(xing)峽谷(gu)之中(zhong),橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面至水面高(gao)差360m,地(di)(di)(di)質條件(jian)復(fu)雜,河(he)谷(gu)之間的(de)通風口上較(jiao)大(da)風力(li)可(ke)達到8級(ji),典型(xing)的(de)山區大(da)跨(kua)徑橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)施工(gong),具有“高(gao)、特、難、新”等特點。項目位于貴州偏西北的(de)崇山峻嶺之中(zhong),交通不(bu)便,惡(e)劣天氣出行極(ji)為(wei)(wei)困(kun)難,且施工(gong)場地(di)(di)(di)極(ji)其狹(xia)窄(zhai)(zhai),自然地(di)(di)(di)面坡(po)度大(da)、陡傾,施工(gong)便道彎(wan)多(duo)路窄(zhai)(zhai),最(zui)小轉(zhuan)彎(wan)半徑不(bu)到10m,臨(lin)邊(bian)則多(duo)是高(gao)山深崖,雨雪、大(da)風、大(da)霧、凝凍等天氣占全(quan)年(nian)總天數(shu)的(de)57.2%。面對(dui)眾多(duo)結構型(xing)式、地(di)(di)(di)質、自然環境(jing)、地(di)(di)(di)理環境(jing)、高(gao)塔(ta)施工(gong)作(zuo)業(ye)、構件(jian)吊(diao)裝、交叉作(zuo)業(ye)等方(fang)(fang)面的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)技(ji)術特點、風險源、關鍵控(kong)制(zhi)點等,全(quan)體監理人員(yuan)團結協作(zuo),總會走在解(jie)決問題(ti)的(de)最(zui)前(qian)方(fang)(fang),在工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)特別強調為(wei)(wei)業(ye)主、為(wei)(wei)施工(gong)單位服(fu)務(wu)的(de)思想(xiang)意識,并把監理工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)事(shi)前(qian)、事(shi)中(zhong)、事(shi)后控(kong)制(zhi)與為(wei)(wei)工(gong)程(cheng)提(ti)供優質服(fu)務(wu)的(de)思想(xiang)牢牢相結合,樹立責任意識,同參建各方(fang)(fang)克服(fu)困(kun)難,對(dui)每個施工(gong)環節認(ren)真負(fu)責地(di)(di)(di)把好關。截至目前(qian)鴨池河(he)特大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)工(gong)程(cheng)進展(zhan)順利,取得(de)了質量(liang)安全(quan)零事(shi)故的(de)優益成績。
項(xiang)目總監趙瑞明介紹,該項(xiang)目建設(she)主(zhu)要有著四個(ge)方面的(de)(de)特點(dian)和(he)挑(tiao)戰,第一(yi),不利氣(qi)候條件。大(da)(da)橋地(di)(di)處烏蒙山(shan)區,四季氣(qi)溫變化差(cha)異(yi)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da),每年5~10月為雨季,加之該地(di)(di)區雨雪霧、大(da)(da)風(feng)(feng)等(deng)惡劣天氣(qi)較(jiao)(jiao)多,嚴(yan)重影響并(bing)(bing)對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)測量、鋼(gang)桁梁吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang)等(deng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作業及(ji)生(sheng)產效(xiao)率的(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao)都(dou)有很大(da)(da)的(de)(de)影響,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)(feng)險控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)。第二,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)受(shou)限。橋址處于峽谷中,場地(di)(di)極(ji)(ji)為狹窄(zhai),給鋼(gang)桁梁拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)運輸(shu)等(deng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織協調帶來極(ji)(ji)大(da)(da)挑(tiao)戰,鋼(gang)桁梁采用(yong)纜索吊吊裝(zhuang)(zhuang),起吊噸位達(da)350噸以上(shang),在國內鋼(gang)桁梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中屬(shu)于首例。第三,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)要求(qiu)高(gao)(gao)。鋼(gang)桁梁采用(yong)大(da)(da)節段、長懸臂拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),最大(da)(da)拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)長度(du)400米,線型控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)尤(you)為關(guan)鍵(jian),長懸臂拼(pin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)狀態軸線與標高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)精度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)調整(zheng)都(dou)十分困難,軸線偏差(cha)精度(du)標高(gao)(gao)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在10毫(hao)米以內,對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)要求(qiu)很高(gao)(gao)。第四、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)風(feng)(feng)險大(da)(da)。基于本(ben)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)特點(dian),我(wo)們十分重視安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產管控(kong)與監理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,并(bing)(bing)積極(ji)(ji)組(zu)織召開有關(guan)加強質(zhi)量、安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)技術交底和(he)培訓教育的(de)(de)會議,使全(quan)體人員(yuan)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)思想從“要我(wo)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)”自(zi)覺的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)變成“我(wo)要安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)”,養成變被動(dong)為主(zhu)動(dong)的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)質(zhi)量意識。多種管理(li)(li)方式相結合,每個(ge)人都(dou)應及(ji)時的(de)(de)發現并(bing)(bing)排查自(zi)身周邊的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患,并(bing)(bing)予以排除,從而使整(zheng)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目的(de)(de)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)量得以保持在一(yi)個(ge)可(ke)控(kong)的(de)(de)狀態。
為解決(jue)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難(nan)題、保證鴨池河大橋建(jian)成優質工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),大橋建(jian)設者們以“中國(guo)建(jian)設工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)魯班獎”為目標,積極開展科技(ji)攻關,在“索塔(ta)節段鋼(gang)筋整體吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“冬季高塔(ta)蒸養成套技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“350噸大跨徑纜(lan)索吊(diao)(diao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)應(ying)用技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“鋼(gang)桁梁組裝(zhuang)與(yu)整體吊(diao)(diao)裝(zhuang)聯合施(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”、“連體掛籃懸臂與(yu)落地大鋼(gang)管支架施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝”五個方面取(qu)得重大突破,實現(xian)了(le)重大創新,保證了(le)大橋建(jian)設順利推進。
