以通訊作(zuo)者身份(fen)在中國(guo)本土上發(fa)(fa)表SCI論(lun)文(wen)近(jin)50篇,被SCI他(ta)引1000多(duo)次,單(dan)篇SCI他(ta)引近(jin)500次。標(biao)志(zhi)性(xing)成果發(fa)(fa)表在《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和(he)《Circulation Research》等權威刊物上。他(ta)的科(ke)學(xue)發(fa)(fa)現(xian)已(yi)經被寫進(jin)(jin)(jin)了50多(duo)本國(guo)外(wai)教科(ke)書和(he)專著(zhu),國(guo)際診療指南多(duo)次引用他(ta)的工作(zuo),多(duo)種(zhong)遺傳性(xing)心律失常是(shi)依據他(ta)的發(fa)(fa)現(xian)而(er)分類(lei)。他(ta)的科(ke)學(xue)發(fa)(fa)現(xian)也(ye)曾經被評(ping)為國(guo)際心臟電(dian)生理學(xue)領域年度突破性(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)展(zhan)(zhan)和(he)中國(guo)高等學(xue)校十大科(ke)技(ji)進(jin)(jin)(jin)展(zhan)(zhan)等。
2003年(nian),陳義漢在(zai)國際上(shang)首次發(fa)(fa)現人類心房(fang)(fang)顫動致病基因,鑒定出人類心房(fang)(fang)顫動的(de)部分(fen)遺傳學和(he)(he)電生理學機制(zhi),成果發(fa)(fa)表(biao)于《科學》雜志(zhi)。此后(hou)他帶(dai)領(ling)(ling)團隊在(zai)心房(fang)(fang)顫動等心律失常(chang)的(de)機制(zhi)和(he)(he)干預研(yan)究方向上(shang)取得一(yi)系(xi)列重要發(fa)(fa)現,為中國在(zai)國際心律失常(chang)研(yan)究領(ling)(ling)域贏得了一(yi)席之(zhi)地。
