郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)(1820~1900),直隸深(shen)(shen)(shen)縣(xian)馬(ma)莊人,家不(bu)富足,力(li)食四方,兼訪名(ming)(ming)師(shi),聞(wen)劉(liu)曉(xiao)(xiao)蘭先(xian)生(sheng)名(ming)(ming)氣(qi),便(bian)訪至(zhi)易州西(xi)陵,也拜孫亭立(li)先(xian)生(sheng)為(wei)師(shi)練八(ba)極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan),住在(zai)劉(liu)曉(xiao)(xiao)蘭先(xian)生(sheng)處,這樣劉(liu)曉(xiao)(xiao)蘭先(xian)生(sheng)與郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)先(xian)生(sheng)成了(le)八(ba)極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)門中(zhong)的“譜兄(xiong)弟”。孫亭立(li)先(xian)生(sheng)見郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)學拳(quan)(quan)(quan)已成,便(bian)讓他也去山(shan)西(xi)李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)那(nei)里學形意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)。郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)到山(shan)西(xi)太谷以同鄉之關系拜見李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)先(xian)生(sheng),說明來(lai)意(yi),并(bing)將八(ba)極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)的剛(gang)猛猴拳(quan)(quan)(quan)和(he)梨花大(da)槍演示給李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)先(xian)生(sheng)看。李(li)先(xian)生(sheng)見郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)所練手法(fa)靈(ling)速(su)、氣(qi)勢嚴(yan)整而神氣(qi)活妙,遂(sui)收(shou)為(wei)弟子。當時(shi)李(li)老(lao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)以租種菜園為(wei)生(sheng)計(ji),郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)幫助灌田、耕耘,一(yi)應事情非(fei)常(chang)勤快,深(shen)(shen)(shen)得老(lao)能(neng)(neng)(neng)先(xian)生(sheng)的喜愛,便(bian)傾囊(nang)相授,郭(guo)(guo)十二年后(hou)藝(yi)成。后(hou)來(lai)因鏟除惡(e)霸(ba),犯了(le)人命官司,被(bei)關進監牢,仍苦練功(gong)夫,由(you)于項上有枷,腳上鐵(tie)銬的緣故,練就(jiu)了(le)只能(neng)(neng)(neng)邁出(chu)半步(bu)的絕技(ji)——半步(bu)崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan),所以,后(hou)來(lai)郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(shen)名(ming)(ming)揚大(da)江南北,以“半步(bu)崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)打(da)遍天下”而著稱(cheng)。
郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)在當時武術界(jie)很(hen)有聲(sheng)望。他(ta)的(de)(de)練拳(quan)(quan),靜(jing)如(ru)泰山,動如(ru)飛鳥。如(ru)遇不測之事,只(zhi)要耳聞目見,不管對方拳(quan)(quan)棒有多(duo)快,皆能避(bi)之。有一次(ci)郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)想試試自己(ji)的(de)(de)功夫,讓五個(ge)壯士各持一木棍,其一端頂住(zhu)郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)的(de)(de)腹部,郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)一轉腰,將五人打出一丈開外。對形(xing)(xing)意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)理論,進行過系統(tong)的(de)(de)研究和總結,遺著有《能說形(xing)(xing)意(yi)拳(quan)(quan)經》一書(shu)。郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)在北方數省教授學生(sheng)多(duo)人,晚年隱居鄉間,七十余歲(sui)而終。
郭云(yun)(yun)深的名聲甚囂塵(chen)上,當然有(you)人不服(fu),河北(bei)正(zheng)安縣有(you)個(ge)綽號叫“鬼(gui)八卦”的焦(jiao)蘿夫(fu)曾(ceng)用(yong)桿(gan)子(zi)戰勝大槍劉德(de)寬而聞名遐爾,就對(dui)郭云(yun)(yun)深很(hen)不服(fu)氣。并前(qian)來與郭云(yun)(yun)深較(jiao)(jiao)量。交手僅(jin)一個(ge)回合,焦(jiao)洛夫(fu)就被打倒在地(di)。他遂閉門不出,終日琢磨破解崩拳(quan)之(zhi)法(fa)。一天,他從庖丁刀切蘿卜中悟(wu)出砍法(fa)可破崩拳(quan),于是(shi)苦練多年(nian),直(zhi)到掌力將碗口(kou)粗(cu)的白蠟桿(gan)一格即斷(duan)后(hou),這才又(you)邀郭云(yun)(yun)深較(jiao)(jiao)量。
對(dui)于三(san)年之后的(de)(de)(de)重會,郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深知道(dao)(dao)焦(jiao)功(gong)夫必然(ran)(ran)大進。只(zhi)見(jian)他嘿(hei)(hei)嘿(hei)(hei)冷笑一(yi)聲,喝道(dao)(dao):“鬼子焦(jiao),看拳(quan)。”人還是那個人,拳(quan)還是那個拳(quan),可憐焦(jiao)洛夫三(san)年的(de)(de)(de)臥薪嘗膽,仍然(ran)(ran)難以阻(zu)擋這疾愈(yu)迅雷的(de)(de)(de)攻勢。他雖然(ran)(ran)如庖丁解牛般揮動雙臂施展爛(lan)熟于胸的(de)(de)(de)砍法(fa)破解崩(beng)拳(quan),但他砍向(xiang)郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深的(de)(de)(de)手刀,一(yi)與(yu)(yu)攻來的(de)(de)(de)崩(beng)拳(quan)相(xiang)交(jiao),就如同波濤(tao)洶(xiong)涌的(de)(de)(de)巨浪撲向(xiang)銅墻鐵壁,“嘭”的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)聲悶(men)響(xiang),猶如山(shan)墻倒塌(ta),焦(jiao)洛夫再次(ci)坐在地上(shang)。焦(jiao)洛夫屢(lv)與(yu)(yu)高(gao)手較技,可說未有敗績,此番兩(liang)次(ci)栽(zai)在郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深手上(shang),仍是心(xin)有不甘(gan),總(zong)覺得自己苦(ku)練的(de)(de)(de)“砍法(fa)”似乎缺少(shao)點東西(xi),便絞盡腦汁,冥(ming)思苦(ku)想(xiang),想(xiang)出(chu)一(yi)招,于是,他又邀郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)深比試。
二(er)人(ren)搭手(shou)進招,郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)再以崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)進擊;只見焦洛夫(fu)這次施展砍法不是(shi)向下(xia),而(er)是(shi)小臂上挑。郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)隱然一(yi)(yi)驚(jing),急變(bian)崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)為化勁卸(xie)掉了對方的(de)上挑之力(li);焦洛夫(fu)只微微一(yi)(yi)楞神(shen),就覺一(yi)(yi)股驚(jing)濤拍(pai)岸(an)般的(de)崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)又一(yi)(yi)次打(da)在(zai)(zai)胸(xiong)上,他第三次撲翻在(zai)(zai)地。焦洛夫(fu)不僅喟然長嘆:‘好崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)。”他挽起胳膊上的(de)衣袖,露(lu)出綁著(zhu)的(de)利(li)刃(ren),欲(yu)在(zai)(zai)對方崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)打(da)來,挑斷(duan)其臂,可是(shi)郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的(de)半(ban)步崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)實在(zai)(zai)出神(shen)入化,方使其謀算落空。從此,郭(guo)(guo)云(yun)(yun)深(shen)以半(ban)步崩(beng)拳(quan)(quan)三勝“鬼八卦”焦洛夫(fu)的(de)事跡不脛而(er)走。
形(xing)意拳三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),兩(liang)足(zu)(zu)要并重,不(bu)(bu)可單重。單重者,非一(yi)(yi)足(zu)(zu)著地,一(yi)(yi)足(zu)(zu)懸起,不(bu)(bu)過(guo)前(qian)足(zu)(zu)可虛(xu)可實(shi),著重于后足(zu)(zu)耳(er)。以后練各形(xing)各式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),亦有雙(shuang)(shuang)重之式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),雖然是(shi)雙(shuang)(shuang)重之式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),亦不(bu)(bu)離單重之重心,以至極高、極俯、極矮(ai)、極仰之形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),亦總(zong)不(bu)(bu)離三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)之重心。故三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為萬(wan)形(xing)之基礎(chu)也。三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)單重者,得(de)其中(zhong)和(he)之起點(dian),動(dong)作靈活,形(xing)勢一(yi)(yi)氣,無有間斷耳(er)。雙(shuang)(shuang)重三(san)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)者,形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)沉重,力(li)氣極大(da),唯是(shi)陰陽(yang)不(bu)(bu)分,乾(qian)坤不(bu)(bu)辨,奇偶不(bu)(bu)顯,剛柔不(bu)(bu)判,虛(xu)實(shi)不(bu)(bu)明,內開外合不(bu)(bu)清,進退起落動(dong)作不(bu)(bu)靈活。
所(suo)以形意(yi)拳三(san)(san)體式(shi),不得(de)其單(dan)重之中和(he),先后天亦不交,剛多柔少(shao),失卻中和(he),道理亦不明,變化亦不通,自被血氣(qi)所(suo)拘(ju),拙勁所(suo)捆。此皆(jie)是被三(san)(san)體式(shi)雙重之所(suo)拘(ju)也。若(ruo)得(de)著單(dan)重三(san)(san)體式(shi)中和(he)之道理,以后行之,無(wu)論單(dan)重雙重各(ge)形之式(shi),無(wu)可無(wu)不可也。
練(lian)形意拳(quan)(quan)術有(you)(you)三(san)層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)。第一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)練(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),將舌卷(juan)回(hui),頂住上(shang)(shang)腭,口似開(kai)非(fei)開(kai),似合非(fei)合,呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)任其自然,不(bu)可著(zhu)意于呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),因(yin)手足(zu)動作合于規矩,是(shi)為(wei)調息(xi)(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)法則,亦即練(lian)精(jing)化氣之(zhi)(zhi)功夫(fu)也。第二(er)層(ceng)練(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),口之(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)合,舌頂上(shang)(shang)腭等規則照(zhao)前(qian)(qian),唯呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)與前(qian)(qian)一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)不(bu)同(tong)(tong),前(qian)(qian)者(zhe)手足(zu)動作,是(shi)調息(xi)(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)法則,此(ci)是(shi)息(xi)(xi)(xi)調也,前(qian)(qian)者(zhe)口鼻(bi)之(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),不(bu)過借此(ci)以通(tong)乎(hu)內(nei)外(wai)也。此(ci)二(er)層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),著(zhu)意于丹田之(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)也,又名胎息(xi)(xi)(xi),是(shi)謂練(lian)氣化神之(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)也。第三(san)層(ceng)練(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),與上(shang)(shang)兩層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)意又不(bu)同(tong)(tong),前(qian)(qian)一(yi)(yi)層(ceng)是(shi)明勁,有(you)(you)形于外(wai),二(er)層(ceng)是(shi)暗勁,有(you)(you)形于內(nei)。此(ci)呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi)雖有(you)(you),而若無(wu)(wu),勿忘勿助之(zhi)(zhi)意思,即是(shi)神化之(zhi)(zhi)妙用也,心中空空洞洞,不(bu)有(you)(you)不(bu)無(wu)(wu),非(fei)有(you)(you)非(fei)無(wu)(wu),是(shi)為(wei)無(wu)(wu)聲無(wu)(wu)臭,還(huan)虛之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)也,此(ci)三(san)種呼(hu)(hu)吸(xi),為(wei)練(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術始終本末之(zhi)(zhi)次序,即一(yi)(yi)氣貫通(tong)之(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li),自有(you)(you)而化無(wu)(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)也。
形意拳(quan)之(zhi)道(dao),練(lian)之(zhi)極易,亦極難。易者,是(shi)拳(quan)術之(zhi)形式,至(zhi)易至(zhi)簡而不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)繁亂。其(qi)拳(quan)術之(zhi)始終,動作運(yun)用,皆人之(zhi)所(suo)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)學(xue)而能(neng)者也(ye)。周(zhou)身動作運(yun)用,亦皆平常(chang)之(zhi)理,唯(wei)人之(zhi)未學(xue)時(shi),手足動作運(yun)用,無(wu)有(you)規(gui)矩(ju)而不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)能(neng)整齊,所(suo)教(jiao)授者,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)過將人之(zhi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)慮而知,不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)學(xue)而能(neng),平常(chang)所(suo)運(yun)用之(zhi)形式,入于(yu)規(gui)矩(ju)之(zhi)中,四(si)肢動作而不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)散(san)亂也(ye)。果練(lian)之(zhi)有(you)恒而不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)間斷,可以至(zhi)于(yu)至(zhi)善(shan)也(ye)。若到至(zhi)善(shan)處,諸形之(zhi)運(yun)用,無(wu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)合道(dao)矣。以他人觀(guan)之(zhi),有(you)一(yi)(yi)動一(yi)(yi)靜,一(yi)(yi)言一(yi)(yi)默之(zhi)運(yun)用,奧(ao)妙(miao)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)測之(zhi)神氣。然而,自己(ji)并(bing)不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)知其(qi)善(shan)于(yu)拳(quan)術也(ye),因動作運(yun)用,皆是(shi)平常(chang)之(zhi)道(dao)理,無(wu)強(qiang)人之(zhi)所(suo)難,所(suo)以拳(quan)術練(lian)之(zhi)極易也(ye)。
《中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)庸》云:“人莫(mo)不飲食也,鮮能(neng)知味也。”難者(zhe)(zhe),是練(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)厭(yan)其拳之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)簡(jian)單(dan),而(er)(er)不良(liang)于觀,以致半途而(er)(er)廢者(zhe)(zhe)有之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),或是練(lian)者(zhe)(zhe)惡(e)其道理(li)(li)平(ping)常,而(er)(er)無有奇(qi)妙之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則,自己專好剛勁之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣,身外又務奇(qi)異(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形,故鄉身練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)而(er)(er)不能(neng)得著形意(yi)(yi)拳術中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也。因此(ci)(ci),好高騖遠,看理(li)(li)偏(pian)僻,所以拳術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道理(li)(li)得之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甚難。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)庸云:“道不遠之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),人為之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道而(er)(er)遠人。”即(ji)此(ci)(ci)意(yi)(yi)義也。郭云深論神氣
形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)無(wu)(wu)它,神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)二者(zhe)而已(yi)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)始終全(quan)仗呼吸,超初(chu)大小(xiao)(xiao)周天(tian)(tian),以(yi)及(ji)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)者(zhe),皆是(shi)呼吸之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化耳,拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)亦(yi)然,唯有(you)鍛煉(lian)形(xing)(xing)體與筋骨之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是(shi)“精中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)求動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)極(ji)而復(fu)靜(jing)也(ye)。”拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)是(shi)“動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)求靜(jing),靜(jing)極(ji)而復(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)也(ye)。”其(qi)初(chu)練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)似異(yi),以(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)則同(tong)。《形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)經》云(yun):“固(gu)靈根(gen)而動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)心者(zhe),敵將也(ye),養靈根(gen)而靜(jing)心者(zhe),修(xiu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye)。”所以(yi)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),即丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學也(ye),丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)三易(yi),即練精化氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi);煉(lian)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)化神(shen)(shen),煉(lian)神(shen)(shen)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)。拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)亦(yi)有(you)三易(yi),即易(yi)骨,易(yi)筋,易(yi)髓,此(ci)三易(yi)即拳(quan)(quan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)明勁、暗勁、化勁也(ye)。練至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)拳(quan)(quan)無(wu)(wu)拳(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)無(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi),無(wu)(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)真意(yi)(yi)(yi),亦(yi)與丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)煉(lian)虛(xu)(xu)合道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)相合也(ye)。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)最初(chu)還(huan)虛(xu)(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),以(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)虛(xu)(xu)極(ji)靜(jing)駕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),下元真陽發動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),即速回光(guang)返照,凝神(shen)(shen)入氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)穴,息(xi)息(xi)歸(gui)(gui)根(gen),神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)未交(jiao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時(shi),存(cun)(cun)神(shen)(shen)用意(yi)(yi)(yi),綿(mian)綿(mian)若存(cun)(cun),念茲(zi)在(zai)(zai)茲(zi),此(ci)武火之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂也(ye),至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)已(yi)交(jiao),又當(dang)忘(wang)息(xi),以(yi)致采(cai)取(qu)歸(gui)(gui)爐、封固(gu)、停(ting)息(xi)、沐浴、起火、進退、升降歸(gui)(gui)根(gen),俟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)而復(fu)煉(lian),煉(lian)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),為限(xian)數足(zu)滿,止火,謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坎離交(jiao)妒,此(ci)為小(xiao)(xiao)周天(tian)(tian),以(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大周天(tian)(tian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)夫,無(wu)(wu)非自(zi)無(wu)(wu)而生有(you),由微而至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)著,由小(xiao)(xiao)而至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大,由虛(xu)(xu)而積累,皆呼吸火侯之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變化,文(wen)武剛柔,隨時(shi)消息(xi),此(ci)皆是(shi)順中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)用逆(ni),逆(ni)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)行順,用其(qi)無(wu)(wu)過不(bu)及(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye),也(ye)不(bu)過略言(yan)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)概耳。丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)與拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)并行不(bu)悖,故形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)非粗率之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)武藝。余(yu)恐后來練形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,只(zhi)用其(qi)后天(tian)(tian)血(xue)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),不(bu)知有(you)先天(tian)(tian)真陽之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),故發明形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),只(zhi)此(ci)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)二者(zhe)而已(yi)。故此(ci)先言(yan)丹(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大概,后在(zai)(zai)論(lun)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)詳情。形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)有(you)三層道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)理,有(you)三步功(gong)夫,有(you)三種練法。
三層道理
練(lian)(lian)精(jing)化(hua)氣(qi);練(lian)(lian)氣(qi)化(hua)神(shen);練(lian)(lian)神(shen)還(huan)虛(xu)(練(lian)(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)以變化(hua)人之(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi)質(zhi),復其本然之(zhi)(zhi)真(zhen)也)。
三步功夫
易(yi)骨:練(lian)之以(yi)筑其基,以(yi)壯其體,骨體堅如鐵石,而(er)形式氣質,威嚴狀似泰(tai)山(shan)。
易(yi)筋:練之(zhi)以騰其(qi)(qi)膜,以長(chang)其(qi)(qi)筋(俗云:筋長(chang)力大),其(qi)(qi)勁縱橫聯絡(luo),生長(chang)而無窮也。
洗髓:練之(zhi)以(yi)清(qing)虛其(qi)(qi)內,以(yi)輕(qing)松其(qi)(qi)體(ti),內中清(qing)虛之(zhi)象:神氣(qi)運用,圓活無(wu)滯身體(ti)動轉,其(qi)(qi)輕(qing)如羽(拳經云:三回九轉是(shi)一式(shi),即此意(yi)義也(ye))。
三種練法
明勁(jing):練之總以(yi)規矩不(bu)可(ke)易,身體(ti)動轉要和(he)順而(er)不(bu)可(ke)乖戾,手足起落(luo)要整齊而(er)不(bu)可(ke)散亂(luan)。拳經云(yun):“方者以(yi)正(zheng)其中”即此(ci)意也。
暗勁(jing):練之神氣要舒展而(er)不可(ke)拘,運用(yong)要圓(yuan)通活潑而(er)不可(ke)滯(zhi)。拳(quan)經云:“圓(yuan)者以應其外”即此意也。
化勁:練之(zhi)周(zhou)身四肢(zhi)動(dong)轉(zhuan),起落、進退(tui)皆不(bu)(bu)(bu)可著(zhu)力,專以神意運用之(zhi)。雖是神意運用,惟形式規矩仍如(ru)前二種不(bu)(bu)(bu)可改移(yi)。雖然周(zhou)身動(dong)轉(zhuan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)著(zhu)力,亦(yi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能全不(bu)(bu)(bu)著(zhu)力,總在神意之(zhi)貫通耳(er)。拳經云:“三回九轉(zhuan)是一式”即此意義(yi)也。
