郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)(1820~1900),直(zhi)隸深(shen)(shen)縣馬(ma)莊人,家(jia)不富足,力食(shi)四(si)方,兼訪(fang)名師,聞劉(liu)(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)名氣,便(bian)訪(fang)至易州西(xi)(xi)陵,也拜(bai)孫亭(ting)立(li)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)為(wei)師練(lian)八極(ji)拳(quan)(quan),住在劉(liu)(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)處,這樣劉(liu)(liu)曉(xiao)蘭(lan)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)與郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)成了八極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)門中的(de)(de)“譜兄弟(di)(di)”。孫亭(ting)立(li)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)學拳(quan)(quan)已(yi)成,便(bian)讓(rang)他也去(qu)山西(xi)(xi)李(li)老能那里學形意(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)。郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)到山西(xi)(xi)太谷(gu)以同(tong)鄉(xiang)之關(guan)系(xi)拜(bai)見李(li)老能先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng),說明來意(yi)(yi),并將八極(ji)拳(quan)(quan)中的(de)(de)剛(gang)猛猴拳(quan)(quan)和梨花大(da)槍演示給(gei)李(li)老能先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)看。李(li)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)見郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)所練(lian)手法(fa)靈速、氣勢嚴整而(er)神氣活(huo)妙,遂收(shou)為(wei)弟(di)(di)子(zi)。當時李(li)老能以租種菜園為(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)計,郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)幫(bang)助灌(guan)田、耕耘,一應事(shi)情非常勤快,深(shen)(shen)得老能先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)喜(xi)愛(ai),便(bian)傾囊相授(shou),郭十二年后(hou)藝(yi)成。后(hou)來因鏟除惡霸(ba),犯了人命(ming)官司,被關(guan)進監(jian)牢,仍苦練(lian)功夫,由于(yu)項上(shang)有枷,腳上(shang)鐵銬(kao)的(de)(de)緣(yuan)故,練(lian)就了只能邁出半步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)絕技——半步(bu)(bu)崩拳(quan)(quan),所以,后(hou)來郭云(yun)(yun)(yun)深(shen)(shen)名揚大(da)江南(nan)北,以“半步(bu)(bu)崩拳(quan)(quan)打遍天下”而(er)著稱。
郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)在(zai)當時(shi)武術界很有聲(sheng)望。他的練拳,靜如泰(tai)山,動如飛鳥。如遇不(bu)測之事,只要耳聞目見,不(bu)管對(dui)方(fang)拳棒(bang)有多快,皆能(neng)避之。有一(yi)次郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)想試試自己(ji)的功(gong)夫,讓五個壯士各持一(yi)木棍,其一(yi)端頂(ding)住郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)的腹部,郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)一(yi)轉(zhuan)腰,將五人(ren)打出(chu)一(yi)丈開外。對(dui)形意拳理論,進行過系統的研究(jiu)和(he)總結,遺著有《能(neng)說形意拳經》一(yi)書。郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)在(zai)北方(fang)數省教(jiao)授學生多人(ren),晚(wan)年(nian)隱居(ju)鄉間,七(qi)十余(yu)歲而終。
郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)的(de)名聲(sheng)甚囂(xiao)塵上,當(dang)然有人不(bu)服,河北正(zheng)安縣有個綽號(hao)叫(jiao)“鬼八卦”的(de)焦蘿夫(fu)曾用桿(gan)(gan)子(zi)戰勝大(da)槍(qiang)劉德寬而(er)聞名遐(xia)爾,就對(dui)郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)很不(bu)服氣。并(bing)前來與郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)較(jiao)量。交手僅一個回合,焦洛夫(fu)就被打倒在地。他遂閉門(men)不(bu)出(chu),終日琢(zhuo)磨破(po)解崩拳(quan)之法。一天,他從庖丁刀(dao)切(qie)蘿卜中悟出(chu)砍(kan)法可破(po)崩拳(quan),于是苦練多年,直(zhi)到掌(zhang)力將碗(wan)口粗的(de)白(bai)蠟桿(gan)(gan)一格即斷后,這才又邀郭云(yun)(yun)深(shen)較(jiao)量。
對于三年(nian)之后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)重會,郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深知(zhi)道(dao)焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)功夫(fu)(fu)必(bi)然(ran)大進。只見他(ta)嘿嘿冷笑一聲,喝(he)道(dao):“鬼子焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),看(kan)拳(quan)。”人還是那個人,拳(quan)還是那個拳(quan),可憐焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)(fu)三年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)臥薪嘗膽,仍然(ran)難(nan)以阻擋這(zhe)疾(ji)愈(yu)迅雷的(de)(de)(de)攻勢。他(ta)雖(sui)然(ran)如(ru)庖丁解牛般揮動(dong)雙臂(bei)施(shi)展爛(lan)熟(shu)于胸的(de)(de)(de)砍法破解崩拳(quan),但他(ta)砍向郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深的(de)(de)(de)手刀,一與攻來的(de)(de)(de)崩拳(quan)相交,就如(ru)同波濤洶涌的(de)(de)(de)巨浪撲向銅墻(qiang)(qiang)鐵壁,“嘭”的(de)(de)(de)一聲悶響,猶如(ru)山墻(qiang)(qiang)倒塌,焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)(fu)再(zai)次坐在地上。焦(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)洛(luo)夫(fu)(fu)屢與高手較(jiao)技,可說未有敗績(ji),此番兩次栽在郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深手上,仍是心有不(bu)甘,總覺得自己苦(ku)練(lian)的(de)(de)(de)“砍法”似乎缺(que)少點東西,便絞盡(jin)腦(nao)汁,冥(ming)思苦(ku)想,想出一招,于是,他(ta)又(you)邀郭(guo)(guo)(guo)云(yun)深比試。
二人搭手(shou)進招(zhao),郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)再以崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)進擊;只見(jian)焦(jiao)洛夫這(zhe)次(ci)施展砍法不是(shi)(shi)向下(xia),而是(shi)(shi)小臂上挑(tiao)。郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)隱然一(yi)(yi)驚(jing),急變崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)為化勁卸掉了(le)對(dui)方(fang)的上挑(tiao)之力;焦(jiao)洛夫只微微一(yi)(yi)楞神,就覺(jue)一(yi)(yi)股驚(jing)濤拍岸般的崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)又一(yi)(yi)次(ci)打(da)在(zai)(zai)胸上,他第三(san)(san)次(ci)撲翻在(zai)(zai)地。焦(jiao)洛夫不僅喟然長(chang)嘆(tan):‘好崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)。”他挽(wan)起胳(ge)膊上的衣袖,露出(chu)綁著的利刃,欲在(zai)(zai)對(dui)方(fang)崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)打(da)來,挑(tiao)斷其臂,可是(shi)(shi)郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)的半(ban)步崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)實在(zai)(zai)出(chu)神入化,方(fang)使其謀算落空。從此,郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)以半(ban)步崩(beng)(beng)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)三(san)(san)勝(sheng)“鬼八卦”焦(jiao)洛夫的事跡不脛而走。
形(xing)意拳三(san)體式(shi)(shi),兩足(zu)要并重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),不(bu)(bu)可(ke)單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe),非一足(zu)著(zhu)地,一足(zu)懸起,不(bu)(bu)過前足(zu)可(ke)虛(xu)(xu)可(ke)實,著(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)于后足(zu)耳。以后練各形(xing)各式(shi)(shi),亦(yi)有雙(shuang)(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi),雖然(ran)是雙(shuang)(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)式(shi)(shi),亦(yi)不(bu)(bu)離單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)之(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心,以至(zhi)極高、極俯、極矮、極仰(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式(shi)(shi),亦(yi)總不(bu)(bu)離三(san)體式(shi)(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心。故三(san)體式(shi)(shi)為萬形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)基礎(chu)也。三(san)體式(shi)(shi)單重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)者(zhe),得其中(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)起點,動(dong)(dong)作靈活,形(xing)勢(shi)一氣,無有間斷耳。雙(shuang)(shuang)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)三(san)體式(shi)(shi)者(zhe),形(xing)式(shi)(shi)沉(chen)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),力氣極大,唯是陰(yin)陽不(bu)(bu)分,乾坤不(bu)(bu)辨,奇偶不(bu)(bu)顯,剛柔不(bu)(bu)判,虛(xu)(xu)實不(bu)(bu)明,內(nei)開外合(he)不(bu)(bu)清,進(jin)退起落動(dong)(dong)作不(bu)(bu)靈活。
所以(yi)形(xing)意拳三體(ti)式,不(bu)得其(qi)單重之(zhi)(zhi)中和,先后天亦(yi)(yi)不(bu)交,剛(gang)多(duo)柔少,失(shi)卻中和,道理亦(yi)(yi)不(bu)明,變化亦(yi)(yi)不(bu)通(tong),自被血氣所拘,拙勁所捆。此(ci)皆(jie)是被三體(ti)式雙(shuang)重之(zhi)(zhi)所拘也(ye)(ye)。若得著單重三體(ti)式中和之(zhi)(zhi)道理,以(yi)后行之(zhi)(zhi),無論單重雙(shuang)重各(ge)形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)式,無可無不(bu)可也(ye)(ye)。
練(lian)(lian)形意(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)有(you)三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。第一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),將舌卷回,頂(ding)住(zhu)上(shang)(shang)腭,口(kou)(kou)似開(kai)非(fei)開(kai),似合(he)(he)非(fei)合(he)(he),呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)任其自然,不(bu)(bu)可著(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)于(yu)(yu)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),因手(shou)足(zu)動(dong)作合(he)(he)于(yu)(yu)規(gui)矩,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)調(diao)息(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)則,亦即(ji)練(lian)(lian)精化(hua)(hua)氣之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功夫也(ye)(ye)。第二(er)層(ceng)(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),口(kou)(kou)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)開(kai)合(he)(he),舌頂(ding)上(shang)(shang)腭等(deng)規(gui)則照前(qian)(qian),唯呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)與前(qian)(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)同,前(qian)(qian)者手(shou)足(zu)動(dong)作,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)調(diao)息(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)則,此(ci)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)息(xi)調(diao)也(ye)(ye),前(qian)(qian)者口(kou)(kou)鼻之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),不(bu)(bu)過借此(ci)以通乎內(nei)(nei)外也(ye)(ye)。此(ci)二(er)層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),著(zhu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)于(yu)(yu)丹(dan)田之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)(nei)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)也(ye)(ye),又名胎息(xi),是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)謂練(lian)(lian)氣化(hua)(hua)神之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)也(ye)(ye)。第三(san)層(ceng)(ceng)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),與上(shang)(shang)兩(liang)層(ceng)(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意(yi)(yi)(yi)又不(bu)(bu)同,前(qian)(qian)一(yi)層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)明(ming)勁,有(you)形于(yu)(yu)外,二(er)層(ceng)(ceng)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)暗勁,有(you)形于(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)。此(ci)呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)雖有(you),而若無(wu),勿忘勿助(zhu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)意(yi)(yi)(yi)思,即(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)神化(hua)(hua)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)妙用也(ye)(ye),心中空空洞洞,不(bu)(bu)有(you)不(bu)(bu)無(wu),非(fei)有(you)非(fei)無(wu),是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)無(wu)聲無(wu)臭,還虛(xu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)(ye),此(ci)三(san)種呼(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),為(wei)(wei)練(lian)(lian)拳(quan)(quan)術(shu)始終本末之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)次序,即(ji)一(yi)氣貫通之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li),自有(you)而化(hua)(hua)無(wu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道也(ye)(ye)。
形(xing)意拳(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道,練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極(ji)易(yi),亦極(ji)難。易(yi)者(zhe),是拳(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式(shi),至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)易(yi)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)簡而(er)不(bu)繁亂。其(qi)拳(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)始終,動(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),皆人(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)不(bu)慮(lv)而(er)知(zhi),不(bu)學而(er)能(neng)者(zhe)也(ye)(ye)。周身動(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),亦皆平常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理,唯人(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)未(wei)學時(shi),手足動(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),無(wu)有(you)(you)規矩而(er)不(bu)能(neng)整齊,所(suo)教授者(zhe),不(bu)過將人(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)慮(lv)而(er)知(zhi),不(bu)學而(er)能(neng),平常所(suo)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形(xing)式(shi),入于規矩之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中,四肢動(dong)作而(er)不(bu)散(san)亂也(ye)(ye)。果練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)恒而(er)不(bu)間斷,可(ke)以至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)于至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)善也(ye)(ye)。若到至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)善處,諸形(xing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),無(wu)不(bu)合道矣。以他人(ren)(ren)觀(guan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),有(you)(you)一動(dong)一靜(jing),一言一默之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),奧妙不(bu)測(ce)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)神氣。然而(er),自己并(bing)不(bu)知(zhi)其(qi)善于拳(quan)術也(ye)(ye),因(yin)動(dong)作運(yun)(yun)(yun)用(yong),皆是平常之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道理,無(wu)強人(ren)(ren)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)所(suo)難,所(suo)以拳(quan)術練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)極(ji)易(yi)也(ye)(ye)。
《中庸》云(yun):“人莫不(bu)飲食也,鮮能知(zhi)味也。”難者(zhe),是(shi)練者(zhe)厭其拳(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)簡單,而(er)不(bu)良于(yu)觀,以致半途而(er)廢者(zhe)有(you)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),或是(shi)練者(zhe)惡其道(dao)(dao)理(li)平常,而(er)無有(you)奇妙(miao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法則,自(zi)己專好(hao)剛勁(jing)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),身(shen)外又(you)務奇異之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)形,故鄉身(shen)練之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)而(er)不(bu)能得著形意(yi)拳(quan)術中和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)也。因此(ci)(ci),好(hao)高騖遠,看(kan)理(li)偏僻(pi),所以拳(quan)術之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)理(li)得之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)甚難。中庸云(yun):“道(dao)(dao)不(bu)遠之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),人為(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)而(er)遠人。”即此(ci)(ci)意(yi)義也。郭(guo)云(yun)深(shen)論神氣(qi)
形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)無(wu)它(ta),神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)二者(zhe)而(er)已。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)始終全仗呼(hu)吸,超(chao)初大(da)(da)小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)周(zhou)天,以(yi)(yi)及還虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)者(zhe),皆是(shi)(shi)呼(hu)吸之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)化耳,拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)亦然(ran),唯有(you)鍛煉形(xing)(xing)體(ti)與筋骨之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)是(shi)(shi)“精(jing)中(zhong)求動,動極而(er)復靜(jing)(jing)也(ye)。”拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)是(shi)(shi)“動中(zhong)求靜(jing)(jing),靜(jing)(jing)極而(er)復動也(ye)。”其(qi)(qi)初練(lian)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)似異,以(yi)(yi)至(zhi)還虛則(ze)同。《形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)經》云:“固靈根(gen)而(er)動心(xin)(xin)者(zhe),敵(di)將(jiang)也(ye),養靈根(gen)而(er)靜(jing)(jing)心(xin)(xin)者(zhe),修(xiu)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye)。”所以(yi)(yi)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),即(ji)(ji)丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)學也(ye),丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)三(san)易(yi)(yi),即(ji)(ji)練(lian)精(jing)化氣(qi);煉氣(qi)化神(shen)(shen),煉神(shen)(shen)還虛。拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)亦有(you)三(san)易(yi)(yi),即(ji)(ji)易(yi)(yi)骨,易(yi)(yi)筋,易(yi)(yi)髓,此(ci)三(san)易(yi)(yi)即(ji)(ji)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)中(zhong)明勁(jing)(jing)、暗勁(jing)(jing)、化勁(jing)(jing)也(ye)。練(lian)至(zhi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)無(wu)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)無(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),無(wu)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)是(shi)(shi)真(zhen)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),亦與丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)煉虛合道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)相合也(ye)。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)有(you)最初還虛之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),以(yi)(yi)至(zhi)虛極靜(jing)(jing)駕之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,下元(yuan)真(zhen)陽(yang)發動,即(ji)(ji)速(su)回光返照,凝神(shen)(shen)入氣(qi)穴(xue),息(xi)(xi)息(xi)(xi)歸(gui)根(gen),神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)未交(jiao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)時,存(cun)神(shen)(shen)用(yong)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi),綿(mian)(mian)綿(mian)(mian)若(ruo)存(cun),念茲在茲,此(ci)武(wu)火(huo)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)謂也(ye),至(zhi)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)已交(jiao),又(you)當忘息(xi)(xi),以(yi)(yi)致采取歸(gui)爐、封固、停息(xi)(xi)、沐浴、起火(huo)、進退(tui)、升降歸(gui)根(gen),俟動而(er)復煉,煉至(zhi)不動,為限(xian)數足滿,止火(huo),謂之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坎離(li)交(jiao)妒(du),此(ci)為小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)周(zhou)天,以(yi)(yi)至(zhi)大(da)(da)周(zhou)天之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong)夫,無(wu)非(fei)自(zi)無(wu)而(er)生有(you),由微(wei)而(er)至(zhi)著,由小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而(er)至(zhi)大(da)(da),由虛而(er)積累,皆呼(hu)吸火(huo)侯之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)化,文武(wu)剛(gang)柔,隨時消息(xi)(xi),此(ci)皆是(shi)(shi)順中(zhong)用(yong)逆(ni)(ni),逆(ni)(ni)中(zhong)行(xing)順,用(yong)其(qi)(qi)無(wu)過不及中(zhong)和之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)也(ye),也(ye)不過略言丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)概耳。丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)與拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)并(bing)行(xing)不悖,故(gu)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)非(fei)粗率之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)武(wu)藝。余恐后來練(lian)形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)人,只(zhi)用(yong)其(qi)(qi)后天血氣(qi)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)功(gong),不知(zhi)有(you)先(xian)天真(zhen)陽(yang)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氣(qi),故(gu)發明形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao),只(zhi)此(ci)神(shen)(shen)氣(qi)二者(zhe)而(er)已。故(gu)此(ci)先(xian)言丹(dan)(dan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)概,后在論拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)詳情(qing)。形(xing)(xing)意(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)拳(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)有(you)三(san)層道(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)理,有(you)三(san)步功(gong)夫,有(you)三(san)種練(lian)法(fa)。
三層道理
練精(jing)化氣;練氣化神;練神還(huan)虛(xu)(練之(zhi)以變化人之(zhi)氣質(zhi),復其本然之(zhi)真也)。
三步功夫
易(yi)骨(gu)(gu):練(lian)之以筑(zhu)其(qi)基(ji),以壯其(qi)體,骨(gu)(gu)體堅如鐵石,而形式氣質,威嚴(yan)狀似(si)泰山(shan)。
易(yi)筋(jin):練之以(yi)騰其膜,以(yi)長(chang)其筋(jin)(俗(su)云(yun):筋(jin)長(chang)力大),其勁縱橫聯絡,生(sheng)長(chang)而無(wu)窮也。
洗(xi)髓:練之以(yi)清(qing)虛其(qi)內(nei),以(yi)輕松其(qi)體,內(nei)中清(qing)虛之象(xiang):神氣運用,圓活無滯身體動轉,其(qi)輕如羽(拳(quan)經(jing)云:三(san)回九(jiu)轉是一式,即此(ci)意義也)。
三種練法
明勁:練之總以規矩不可易,身體(ti)動轉要和順而不可乖戾,手足起落要整(zheng)齊而不可散亂。拳(quan)經云:“方者以正其(qi)中”即此(ci)意也。
暗勁:練之(zhi)神(shen)氣要(yao)(yao)舒展而不可(ke)(ke)拘,運用(yong)要(yao)(yao)圓通活(huo)潑而不可(ke)(ke)滯。拳經(jing)云:“圓者以(yi)應(ying)其外”即(ji)此意也。
化勁:練(lian)之(zhi)周(zhou)身四肢動(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),起(qi)落、進退皆不(bu)可著(zhu)力,專以神(shen)意(yi)運用之(zhi)。雖是神(shen)意(yi)運用,惟形式(shi)規矩仍如前二種不(bu)可改移。雖然(ran)周(zhou)身動(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)不(bu)著(zhu)力,亦不(bu)能(neng)全不(bu)著(zhu)力,總在神(shen)意(yi)之(zhi)貫(guan)通耳。拳(quan)經(jing)云(yun):“三(san)回九轉(zhuan)(zhuan)是一(yi)式(shi)”即(ji)此意(yi)義也。
