博白(bai)空心菜(cai)(cai)(博白(bai)蕹菜(cai)(cai)),又叫空心菜(cai)(cai),或通心菜(cai)(cai),是一年(nian)生草本植(zhi)物,莖空心,蔓生,是博白(bai)縣的特產鮮菜(cai)(cai)
博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)空(kong)心菜(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai))歷(li)史悠(you)久(jiu)(jiu),品(pin)種(zhong)優(you)良,尤其(qi)以(yi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)城郊南門塘的(de)(de)最有(you)(you)名(ming)(ming)。古時的(de)(de)廣西玉林曾(ceng)有(you)(you)過這樣的(de)(de)說法:“陸川(chuan)豬,北(bei)流魚,博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)靚蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)”。可見(jian)博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)空(kong)心菜(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai))確實(shi)早已譽滿(man)神州(zhou),名(ming)(ming)揚(yang)海外(wai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)第(di)二(er)本縣(xian)志,為清(qing)道(dao)光十二(er)年(nian)(1832年(nian))重鑄(zhu)的(de)(de)乾隆(long)時期(qi)的(de)(de)《博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)志》(第(di)一本縣(xian)志是(shi)乾隆(long)時期(qi)的(de)(de)手(shou)抄本,已失傳),在該縣(xian)志第(di)三冊,十二(er)卷物產(chan)綱,蔬屬篇(pian)中,就有(you)(you)“蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)”的(de)(de)記載,據《博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)志》(1988建國后第(di)一冊)卷九第(di)一章第(di)一目記載:“博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai),又(you)叫空(kong)心菜(cai)(cai),或通心菜(cai)(cai),是(shi)一年(nian)生草本植物,莖(jing)空(kong)心,蔓生,是(shi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)的(de)(de)特產(chan)鮮菜(cai)(cai)。它栽(zai)植于水田,特點是(shi)莖(jing)長葉疏、葉尾尖細、鮮綠脆嫩(nen)(nen);把(ba)莖(jing)蔓折斷(duan)成段(duan),其(qi)斷(duan)口即裂開卷縮,狀似喇(la)叭(ba);煮(zhu)熟后,次日仍(reng)保持原來的(de)(de)青(qing)綠色澤。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)湯清(qing)淡可口被譽為“青(qing)龍(long)過海”,是(shi)人(ren)們喜愛的(de)(de)素食(shi)(shi)湯菜(cai)(cai)之(zhi)一。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)具有(you)(you)清(qing)暑解毒、消食(shi)(shi)去膩、生津、消炎之(zhi)功能。便秘者,吃上能使(shi)大便暢通;對高血壓病(bing)人(ren)亦有(you)(you)療(liao)養。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)歷(li)史悠(you)久(jiu)(jiu),200多年(nian)前,已名(ming)(ming)揚(yang)海外(wai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)以(yi)鮮美脆嫩(nen)(nen)著稱(cheng),遠銷區內外(wai)。一位詩(shi)人(ren)品(pin)嘗博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)后,曾(ceng)留下“席間一試青(qing)龍(long)味,半夜醒來嘴(zui)猶(you)香”的(de)(de)詩(shi)句。游子歸(gui)來以(yi)吃上博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)最為稱(cheng)心,外(wai)來旅人(ren)也以(yi)品(pin)嘗博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)為快(kuai)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)田,泥肉較深(shen),土(tu)質肥沃,灌溉方便,經常保持4到5寸水層;肥料全部(bu)施用腐熟的(de)(de)農(nong)家水肥,不施化肥。但在異國他鄉用博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)種(zhong)子培植的(de)(de)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)味道(dao)卻大為遜色。”
