博白(bai)空心菜(cai)(cai)(博白(bai)蕹菜(cai)(cai)),又叫(jiao)空心菜(cai)(cai),或通心菜(cai)(cai),是一年生(sheng)草(cao)本植物,莖空心,蔓(man)生(sheng),是博白(bai)縣的特產鮮菜(cai)(cai)
博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai))歷(li)史悠久(jiu),品(pin)種(zhong)優良,尤其以(yi)(yi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)城郊南門塘(tang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最有名(ming)。古時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)廣西玉(yu)林曾有過(guo)這(zhe)樣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)說法:“陸川豬,北(bei)流魚(yu),博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)靚(jing)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”。可見博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai))確實早已譽滿神州(zhou),名(ming)揚海(hai)外。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)第(di)(di)二(er)本(ben)縣(xian)(xian)志,為清(qing)(qing)道(dao)光十(shi)(shi)二(er)年(nian)(1832年(nian))重鑄的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)乾(qian)隆(long)時(shi)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)《博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志》(第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)本(ben)縣(xian)(xian)志是(shi)乾(qian)隆(long)時(shi)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)手抄本(ben),已失(shi)傳),在(zai)該縣(xian)(xian)志第(di)(di)三(san)冊(ce),十(shi)(shi)二(er)卷物產綱(gang),蔬屬篇中,就有“蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)記(ji)載,據《博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)志》(1988建國后第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)冊(ce))卷九第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)章第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)目記(ji)載:“博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),又叫(jiao)空心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),或通心(xin)(xin)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),是(shi)一(yi)(yi)年(nian)生草本(ben)植物,莖(jing)空心(xin)(xin),蔓(man)生,是(shi)博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)縣(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特產鮮菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)。它栽植于(yu)水田,特點是(shi)莖(jing)長(chang)葉疏、葉尾尖(jian)細、鮮綠脆嫩(nen);把莖(jing)蔓(man)折斷成段,其斷口即裂開卷縮,狀似喇叭;煮熟(shu)后,次日(ri)仍(reng)保持(chi)原來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)青(qing)(qing)綠色澤。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)湯(tang)清(qing)(qing)淡可口被(bei)譽為“青(qing)(qing)龍(long)過(guo)海(hai)”,是(shi)人(ren)們喜愛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)素食湯(tang)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)具有清(qing)(qing)暑解毒、消食去膩、生津、消炎之(zhi)功(gong)能。便(bian)秘(mi)者,吃上能使大(da)便(bian)暢(chang)通;對高血壓病人(ren)亦有療養。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)歷(li)史悠久(jiu),200多年(nian)前,已名(ming)揚海(hai)外。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)以(yi)(yi)鮮美脆嫩(nen)著稱(cheng),遠(yuan)銷區內外。一(yi)(yi)位(wei)詩(shi)人(ren)品(pin)嘗博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)后,曾留下“席間一(yi)(yi)試青(qing)(qing)龍(long)味(wei),半夜醒(xing)來(lai)嘴猶(you)香(xiang)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)詩(shi)句。游子歸來(lai)以(yi)(yi)吃上博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)最為稱(cheng)心(xin)(xin),外來(lai)旅人(ren)也(ye)以(yi)(yi)品(pin)嘗博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)為快。博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)田,泥(ni)肉較深,土質肥沃,灌溉方便(bian),經常保持(chi)4到5寸水層(ceng);肥料(liao)全部施(shi)用腐熟(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)農家水肥,不(bu)施(shi)化肥。但在(zai)異國他鄉用博(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)白(bai)(bai)(bai)(bai)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)子培植的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蕹(weng)(weng)菜(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)味(wei)道(dao)卻(que)大(da)為遜色。”
