博(bo)白桂圓肉以色(se)澤(ze)黃(huang)亮、肉厚、糖分較(jiao)多著稱,泡開果肉呈梅(mei)花形(xing),湯色(se)微黃(huang)透(tou)澈,氣味芳(fang)香、清甜(tian)可口,營養豐富而飲譽(yu)全球。
歷史淵源和知名度
桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)南(nan)(nan)方水果,多(duo)產(chan)于(yu)(yu)兩(liang)廣(guang)(guang)地區。與荔枝(zhi)(zhi)、香(xiang)蕉、菠蘿同為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)華南(nan)(nan)四大珍果。其(qi)樹高一(yi)(yi)二(er)丈,葉長而(er)略小,開(kai)(kai)白花(hua),成(cheng)(cheng)實于(yu)(yu)初秋。其(qi)實累(lei)累(lei)而(er)墜,外形(xing)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)滾,如(ru)彈丸卻(que)略小于(yu)(yu)荔枝(zhi)(zhi),皮(pi)青褐色。去皮(pi)則剔(ti)透晶瑩偏(pian)漿(jiang)白,隱(yin)約可見(jian)內里紅黑(hei)色果核(he),極似(si)眼(yan)(yan)珠(zhu),故以(yi)(yi)“龍眼(yan)(yan)”名(ming)之(zhi)。桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)原(yuan)產(chan)我國(guo)(guo)南(nan)(nan)方,栽培(pei)歷史可追溯到(dao)二(er)千多(duo)年(nian)前的漢(han)代(dai)。北魏(wei)(386—534年(nian))·賈思(si)勰《齊民要(yao)(yao)術》云:“龍眼(yan)(yan)一(yi)(yi)名(ming)益智,一(yi)(yi)名(ming)比(bi)目。”因其(qi)成(cheng)(cheng)熟于(yu)(yu)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)樹飄香(xiang)時節,俗稱(cheng)(cheng)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)元。古時列為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)重要(yao)(yao)貢品(pin)。魏(wei)文(wen)帝(535—551年(nian))曾詔群臣:“南(nan)(nan)方果之(zhi)珍異(yi)者,有(you)(you)龍眼(yan)(yan)、荔枝(zhi)(zhi),令歲(sui)貢焉。桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),既(ji)是將(jiang)鮮龍眼(yan)(yan)曬干或(huo)烘(hong)干后成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)龍眼(yan)(yan)干,龍眼(yan)(yan)干去殼去核(he)后,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)。廣(guang)(guang)西稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)”,因此在這(zhe)些特產(chan)名(ming)稱(cheng)(cheng)前冠以(yi)(yi)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)”字,龍眼(yan)(yan)干稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)”,圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)稱(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)”。廣(guang)(guang)西桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)產(chan)區分(fen)(fen)(fen)布較廣(guang)(guang),主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)布在玉林、貴港、崇(chong)左、南(nan)(nan)寧(ning)、百色等地,各地均有(you)(you)較好品(pin)質的桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)上(shang)(shang)市。 1988年(nian)出版的《廣(guang)(guang)西傳統食品(pin)》一(yi)(yi)書記載,博(bo)(bo)白縣是廣(guang)(guang)西桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)產(chan)區,素有(you)(you)“中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之(zhi)鄉”的美譽。早在唐代(dai)初期,博(bo)(bo)白民間就盛行曬烤桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou),博(bo)(bo)白桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以(yi)(yi)色澤黃亮(liang)、肉(rou)(rou)厚、糖(tang)分(fen)(fen)(fen)較多(duo)著(zhu)稱(cheng)(cheng),泡(pao)開(kai)(kai)果肉(rou)(rou)呈梅花(hua)形(xing),湯色微黃透澈(che),氣味芳香(xiang)、清甜(tian)可口。1991年(nian),博(bo)(bo)白縣被(bei)(bei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)農業部(bu)定為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)優(you)質龍眼(yan)(yan)生(sheng)產(chan)基(ji)地,1992年(nian)被(bei)(bei)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)農業部(bu)命(ming)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“桂(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)(gui)圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)之(zhi)鄉”。博(bo)(bo)白生(sheng)產(chan)的生(sheng)曬圓(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)肉(rou)(rou)以(yi)(yi)其(qi)顆(ke)粒(li)完(wan)整、干散、色澤金(jin)黃、營養豐(feng)富而(er)飲譽全球(qiu),1993年(nian)在曼谷“93年(nian)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)優(you)質農產(chan)品(pin)及科技成(cheng)(cheng)果設(she)備展覽會”上(shang)(shang)被(bei)(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)銀獎(jiang),1994年(nian)在“94年(nian)全國(guo)(guo)優(you)質農產(chan)品(pin)鄭州展銷會”上(shang)(shang)被(bei)(bei)評為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)金(jin)獎(jiang)。
