盧納(na)巴里奧斯橋(qiao)世界著名大(da)跨度(主跨440米)公路預應力混凝土斜張橋(qiao)。位于西班牙西北部,跨越盧納(na)湖。1983年建(jian)成。
纜索索距為8.16米,采(cai)用(yong)BL(Barrios de Luna)型錨具,具有(you)耐疲勞(lao)、可以現(xian)場(chang)制造(zao)的(de)(de)優點。為了加大(da)中(zhong)跨的(de)(de)剛度,位(wei)于邊跨橋(qiao)臺平衡(heng)重(zhong)部分的(de)(de)斜(xie)纜索,按45°傾斜(xie)角布(bu)置。該橋(qiao)為預應力混(hun)凝(ning)土斜(xie)張橋(qiao),比(bi)鋼(gang)斜(xie)張橋(qiao)經濟。主梁(liang)采(cai)用(yong)懸臂澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)法施工,平均每周可澆(jiao)(jiao)筑(zhu)兩個節段,合(he)8.16米。
盧納巴里(li)奧斯橋(qiao)(qiao)由(you)107.7+440.0+106.9米(mi)(mi)3跨組成,邊跨和橋(qiao)(qiao)臺固(gu)結,主(zhu)(zhu)跨無索(suo)(suo)區(qu)設一個剪力(li)鉸。為了(le)(le)避(bi)開50米(mi)(mi)水深和不良地質(zhi)條件,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)很大的(de)(de)中(zhong)跨;又因主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)懸(xuan)臂澆筑法(見混凝土橋(qiao)(qiao)架設)施工,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)長36.23米(mi)(mi),重(zhong)2.5萬噸起平衡作用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)重(zhong)力(li)式(shi)橋(qiao)(qiao)臺,其上(shang)也錨固(gu)部分纜索(suo)(suo),并配置(zhi)了(le)(le)預應力(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)筋,形成三(san)向(xiang)預應力(li)混凝土結構(gou)。主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)高度(du)僅2.5米(mi)(mi),跨高比為176;橋(qiao)(qiao)寬22.5米(mi)(mi),寬高比為9;主(zhu)(zhu)梁(liang)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)流(liu)線形的(de)(de)單箱三(san)室封閉(bi)式(shi)截面(mian)(mian),但在中(zhong)跨的(de)(de)中(zhong)部因軸(zhou)向(xiang)壓力(li)較(jiao)小,為減輕自重(zhong),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)半封閉(bi)式(shi)的(de)(de)箱形截面(mian)(mian)。塔墩在基礎頂(ding)面(mian)(mian)以上(shang)高達(da)102.5米(mi)(mi),立面(mian)(mian)上(shang)呈(cheng)柱型,橫橋(qiao)(qiao)向(xiang)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)斜腿門型塔柱,有兩道橫撐(cheng),具有較(jiao)好的(de)(de)抗風穩定(ding)性。80%高度(du)的(de)(de)塔墩采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)提升式(shi)模板施工。纜索(suo)(suo)布置(zhi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)折中(zhong)型,由(you)根數不同的(de)(de)直徑15.2毫米(mi)(mi)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)線組成,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絞(jiao)線則由(you)7根鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)絲組成。纜索(suo)(suo)外套聚乙(yi)烯管,內注水泥砂漿防(fang)銹。
