電熱(re)水壺(hu)用(yong)溫(wen)(wen)度傳感器是(shi)一種(zhong)用(yong)雙(shuang)金屬片制作的熱(re)敏器件(jian),溫(wen)(wen)度低時它朝一個(ge)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)彎(wan)(wan)曲,溫(wen)(wen)度達(da)到(dao)規定值時就向(xiang)另一個(ge)方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)彎(wan)(wan)曲將電路(lu)斷開,停止(zhi)加熱(re)。電熱(re)壺(hu)中(zhong)就巧妙地使用(yong)了這種(zhong)傳感器。
1.電熱水壺加熱電路的工作過程
交(jiao)流220V電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)水(shui)壺供(gong)電(dian)(dian),交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的L(火線)端(duan)經熱(re)熔斷器(qi)FU加(jia)到煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)EM和保溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)EH2的一(yi)端(duan),交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的N(零線)端(duan)經溫(wen)控器(qi)ST加(jia)到煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的另(ling)一(yi)端(duan),同時交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的N(零線)端(duan)經二極管VIE℃和選擇開關SA加(jia)到保溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)EH2的另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)。使煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)和保溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)兩端(duan)都(dou)有交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)壓,而開始加(jia)熱(re),如圖(tu)所示。
2.加熱控制電路的工作過程
電熱水(shui)(shui)壺(hu)剛開始煮水(shui)(shui)時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST處(chu)于低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)狀態。此時(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST兩引(yin)線端(duan)之間是導通(tong)的(de)(de),為(wei)電源(yuan)供電提供通(tong)路(lu),此時(shi),綠指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)亮,紅(hong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)兩端(duan)無電壓,不亮。當(dang)水(shui)(shui)瓶中的(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度超過96℃時(shi)(水(shui)(shui)開了),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制器(qi)ST自動(dong)斷開,停止為(wei)煮水(shui)(shui)加熱器(qi)供電。此時(shi),保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)加熱器(qi)兩端(duan)仍(reng)有(you)交(jiao)流220V電壓,但由于保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)加熱器(qi)電阻值較大所產生的(de)(de)能(neng)量只有(you)煮水(shui)(shui)加熱器(qi)的(de)(de)1/20,因此只起到保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)作用。此時(shi),交(jiao)流220V經EM為(wei)紅(hong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)供電綠指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)滅,紅(hong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)(shi)燈(deng)(deng)亮。
如果電熱(re)水瓶(ping)中水的(de)溫度降低(di)了,溫度控制器ST又會自動接(jie)通,煮水加熱(re)器繼續加始終使(shi)水瓶(ping)中的(de)開(kai)水保持在90℃以上(shang)。
