電熱(re)水壺(hu)用(yong)(yong)溫度傳感(gan)器(qi)是一種(zhong)用(yong)(yong)雙金屬片制作的(de)熱(re)敏器(qi)件,溫度低時它朝一個方向(xiang)彎(wan)曲,溫度達到規定值時就向(xiang)另(ling)一個方向(xiang)彎(wan)曲將(jiang)電路斷開,停止(zhi)加熱(re)。電熱(re)壺(hu)中(zhong)就巧妙地(di)使用(yong)(yong)了這(zhe)種(zhong)傳感(gan)器(qi)。
1.電熱水壺加熱電路的工作過程
交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)220V電(dian)源為電(dian)熱(re)水(shui)壺(hu)供電(dian),交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)源的L(火線)端(duan)(duan)經(jing)熱(re)熔斷器FU加(jia)到煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器EM和保溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器EH2的一端(duan)(duan),交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)源的N(零(ling)線)端(duan)(duan)經(jing)溫(wen)(wen)控器ST加(jia)到煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器的另一端(duan)(duan),同時交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)源的N(零(ling)線)端(duan)(duan)經(jing)二極管(guan)VIE℃和選(xuan)擇開關SA加(jia)到保溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器EH2的另一端(duan)(duan)。使煮(zhu)水(shui)加(jia)熱(re)器和保溫(wen)(wen)加(jia)熱(re)器兩端(duan)(duan)都有交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓,而開始加(jia)熱(re),如圖所示。
2.加熱控制電路的工作過程
電(dian)熱(re)水壺剛(gang)開(kai)(kai)始煮(zhu)水時(shi)(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST處于(yu)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)狀(zhuang)態。此時(shi)(shi),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控器(qi)ST兩引線端之間是導通的(de),為(wei)電(dian)源供(gong)電(dian)提供(gong)通路,此時(shi)(shi),綠指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)亮,紅(hong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)兩端無電(dian)壓,不(bu)亮。當水瓶(ping)中的(de)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度超過96℃時(shi)(shi)(水開(kai)(kai)了),溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度控制器(qi)ST自動斷開(kai)(kai),停止為(wei)煮(zhu)水加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)供(gong)電(dian)。此時(shi)(shi),保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)兩端仍有交流220V電(dian)壓,但由于(yu)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)電(dian)阻值較大(da)所產生的(de)能(neng)量只(zhi)有煮(zhu)水加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)1/20,因此只(zhi)起到保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)作用。此時(shi)(shi),交流220V經EM為(wei)紅(hong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)供(gong)電(dian)綠指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)滅(mie),紅(hong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)亮。
如果電熱水(shui)瓶中(zhong)水(shui)的(de)溫度(du)降低了,溫度(du)控制器ST又會自動接(jie)通,煮水(shui)加熱器繼續(xu)加始終使水(shui)瓶中(zhong)的(de)開(kai)水(shui)保(bao)持在90℃以上(shang)。
