一、電纜剝線機由什么組成
電纜剝線機就是(shi)將(jiang)電線電纜等外包裹(guo)的(de)塑料包皮與金屬(shu)芯(xin)剝離(li)的(de)機器設備,它一般由以下幾個(ge)部分組(zu)成(cheng):
1、進線輪
輸送線材及剝出線頭,剝線機在(zai)剝(bo)(bo)短線時既(ji)剝(bo)(bo)線頭又(you)剝(bo)(bo)線尾(線長小于50mm),在(zai)剝(bo)(bo)線機剝(bo)(bo)中(zhong)剝(bo)(bo)的(de)時候除剝(bo)(bo)線頭外,還(huan)具備剝(bo)(bo)開中(zhong)間幾處的(de)功能。
2、出線輪
為剝線(xian)機(ji)輸送線(xian)材及剝出線(xian)尾(wei)。(剝線(xian)機(ji)在剝短線(xian)時沒有作用,需使“出線(xian)輪抬起旋鈕”在“u”位置)
3、進線輪間隙調節旋鈕
調(diao)節剝線機的進線輪間(jian)隙(xi),往上旋(xuan)動間(jian)隙(xi)增大,往下(xia)旋(xuan)動間(jian)隙(xi)減(jian)小(xiao)(根據線材的粗細來調(diao)整(zheng))。
4、剝線機進線輪壓力調節旋鈕
調(diao)節剝線機的進(jin)線輪壓力,拉出后順時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan),進(jin)線輪壓力增(zeng)大,拉出后逆時針(zhen)旋轉(zhuan),進(jin)線輪壓力減小。(根據線材的線皮(pi)強(qiang)度來確定,即剝線皮(pi)的難易(yi),難則壓力增(zeng)大,易(yi)則壓力減小)
5、進線輪抬起旋鈕
剝(bo)線(xian)機穿線(xian)時(shi)抬起進線(xian)輪,順(shun)時(shi)針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為抬起進線(xian)輪,以便能夠順(shun)利穿過線(xian)材;工作(zuo)時(shi)放下(xia)進線(xian)輪逆時(shi)針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為放下(xia)進線(xian)輪,壓住線(xian)材。
6、出線輪間隙調節旋鈕
為剝(bo)線機調(diao)節出線輪間(jian)隙,往上旋動間(jian)隙增大,往下旋動間(jian)隙減(jian)小(根據線材的粗細來調(diao)整)。
7、出線輪壓力調節旋鈕
為(wei)剝線(xian)(xian)(xian)機調節出線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li),拉出后(hou)(hou)逆(ni)時針旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan),出線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)增大,拉出后(hou)(hou)順時針旋(xuan)(xuan)轉(zhuan),進線(xian)(xian)(xian)輪(lun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)減小(xiao)。(根據線(xian)(xian)(xian)材的線(xian)(xian)(xian)皮強度來確(que)定,即剝線(xian)(xian)(xian)機剝線(xian)(xian)(xian)皮的難易,難則壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)增加,易則壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)減小(xiao))
8、出線輪抬起旋鈕
取出(chu)(chu)線(xian)材時(shi)抬起(qi)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)輪(lun),逆時(shi)針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為抬起(qi)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)輪(lun),以便能夠(gou)順利取出(chu)(chu)線(xian)材;工作(zuo)時(shi)放(fang)下(xia)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)輪(lun),順時(shi)針轉(zhuan)動旋鈕為放(fang)下(xia)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)輪(lun)。(當用短(duan)剝程序時(shi),應(ying)使(shi)出(chu)(chu)線(xian)輪(lun)抬起(qi))
9、刀架總成
在剝(bo)線機中負責線材的切斷,剝(bo)頭和剝(bo)尾,停(ting)機狀態下(xia),上、下(xia)兩刀片需打開(kai)到最大,以便線材順利通過刀具(ju)。
二、剝線機的工作原理是什么
剝線(xian)(xian)機(ji)是一種用(yong)于(yu)切割(ge)和(he)剝離電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)機(ji)械設備,它利用(yong)機(ji)械傳動(dong)系統(tong)、刀具和(he)夾具,能夠快速、高效地將電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)外皮剝離。剝線(xian)(xian)機(ji)的(de)(de)基本原理是通過夾具將電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)固定(ding)在設備上,然(ran)后(hou)通過高速旋轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)刀具將電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)外皮削(xue)掉。
剝線機的夾(jia)具通(tong)常(chang)由兩(liang)個部(bu)分(fen)組成,一(yi)個固(gu)定(ding)住電線電纜的夾(jia)持(chi)部(bu)分(fen)和一(yi)個穩定(ding)夾(jia)持(chi)部(bu)分(fen)和刀具運(yun)動的夾(jia)緊部(bu)分(fen)。當電線電纜夾(jia)持(chi)在夾(jia)持(chi)部(bu)分(fen)時(shi),刀具開(kai)始旋轉,通(tong)過與外皮的摩擦力,將(jiang)其(qi)逐步削去(qu)。
在夾具的(de)另一端(duan),剝線機(ji)(ji)還配備有一個輸(shu)出機(ji)(ji)構,用(yong)于將切(qie)割好(hao)的(de)電線電纜(lan)輸(shu)出,以便進(jin)行后續加(jia)工和處理。輸(shu)出機(ji)(ji)構通常采(cai)用(yong)傳送帶、輸(shu)送線或者抓取(qu)裝置(zhi)等(deng)形(xing)式(shi),確保剝離后的(de)電線電纜(lan)能夠順利輸(shu)出到指定位(wei)置(zhi)。
