一、eps電源是什么
EPS電(dian)源又稱EPS、消防應急電(dian)源、EPS應急電(dian)源,全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急電(dian)力供給),國家新標(biao)準為GB17945-2010《消防應急照(zhao)明與疏散指示系(xi)統》。
EPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源是當今重要建筑物中(zhong)為了電(dian)(dian)(dian)力保障和消(xiao)防安(an)全而(er)采用(yong)的一種應(ying)急(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。它主要由(you)輸(shu)入輸(shu)出單元(yuan)、充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組、逆變器、監控器、輸(shu)出切(qie)換裝置等部分組成(cheng)。廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于節能(neng)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)、大(da)樓照明(ming)(ming)、道(dao)路(lu)交通照明(ming)(ming)、隧道(dao)照明(ming)(ming)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力、工礦企業(ye)、消(xiao)防電(dian)(dian)(dian)梯等。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)可以作為(wei)電(dian)力系統的(de)備(bei)用電(dian)源(yuan),在主電(dian)源(yuan)失效時提供(gong)緊急(ji)電(dian)力供(gong)應,確(que)保設備(bei)的(de)正常運(yun)行。

三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常(chang)(chang)時(shi),由市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經過互投(tou)裝(zhuang)置給重(zhong)要負載供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同(tong)時(shi)進(jin)行市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)檢(jian)測及蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管(guan)理(li),然(ran)后再由電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)向(xiang)(xiang)逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)直(zhi)流(liu)能源。在(zai)這里,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)個僅需(xu)向(xiang)(xiang)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)相當于10%蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)組(zu)容量(liang)(Ah)的(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)小功率直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,它并不具備(bei)直(zhi)接向(xiang)(xiang)逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)能力。此時(shi),市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經由EPS的(de)交流(liu)旁路和(he)轉換開關(guan)所組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統向(xiang)(xiang)用戶的(de)各(ge)種應急負載供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。與此同(tong)時(shi),在(zai)EPS的(de)邏輯控(kong)制(zhi)板的(de)調控(kong)下,逆變(bian)(bian)器(qi)停止工(gong)作處于自(zi)(zi)動(dong)關(guan)機狀(zhuang)態。在(zai)此條件下,用戶負載實際(ji)使用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是(shi)來自(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)市(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因此,EPS應急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源也是(shi)通常(chang)(chang)說的(de)一(yi)直(zhi)工(gong)作在(zai)睡(shui)眠狀(zhuang)態,可以(yi)有效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)達到(dao)節(jie)能的(de)效(xiao)(xiao)果。
2、當市電(dian)供電(dian)中斷或市電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)超限(±15%或±20%額定輸入電(dian)壓(ya))時,互投裝置將立即(ji)投切至逆變器(qi)(qi)供電(dian),在電(dian)池組(zu)所提(ti)供的直流能源(yuan)的支持下,此(ci)時,用(yong)戶負載所使(shi)用(yong)的電(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)通過EPS的逆變器(qi)(qi)轉換(huan)的交(jiao)流電(dian)源(yuan),而不是(shi)來(lai)自市電(dian)。
3、當市(shi)電(dian)電(dian)壓恢復(fu)正常(chang)工作時,EPS的控(kong)制中(zhong)心(xin)發出信號對逆(ni)變器執(zhi)行自動關機(ji)操作,同時還通(tong)過(guo)它的轉換(huan)開關執(zhi)行從逆(ni)變器供(gong)(gong)電(dian)向(xiang)交流旁路供(gong)(gong)電(dian)的切換(huan)操作。此后(hou),EPS在經(jing)交流旁路供(gong)(gong)電(dian)通(tong)路向(xiang)負載提供(gong)(gong)市(shi)電(dian)的同時,還通(tong)過(guo)充(chong)電(dian)器向(xiang)電(dian)池組(zu)充(chong)電(dian)。
