一、eps電源是什么
EPS電(dian)源(yuan)又稱EPS、消(xiao)防(fang)應急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)、EPS應急(ji)電(dian)源(yuan),全稱Emergency Power Supply(緊急(ji)電(dian)力供(gong)給),國(guo)家新標準為GB17945-2010《消(xiao)防(fang)應急(ji)照明與疏(shu)散指示系統(tong)》。
EPS電(dian)(dian)源是當(dang)今(jin)重要(yao)建筑物中(zhong)為了電(dian)(dian)力保障(zhang)和(he)消防(fang)安全(quan)而采(cai)用的一種應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)源。它主(zhu)要(yao)由輸(shu)入輸(shu)出單(dan)元、充電(dian)(dian)模塊、電(dian)(dian)池組、逆(ni)變器、監控器、輸(shu)出切換裝置等(deng)部分組成。廣泛應(ying)用于節能供電(dian)(dian)、大樓照(zhao)明、道路交通照(zhao)明、隧(sui)道照(zhao)明、電(dian)(dian)力、工(gong)礦企業、消防(fang)電(dian)(dian)梯等(deng)。
二、eps應急電源的作用
1、EPS應急電(dian)(dian)源可以(yi)作(zuo)為電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統的(de)備用(yong)電(dian)(dian)源,在主電(dian)(dian)源失(shi)效時提供緊急電(dian)(dian)力(li)供應,確保設(she)備的(de)正常運行。
2、品牌 EPS應急電源配備有過載保護裝置,能夠在設備過載時自動切斷電源,有效防止設備因過載而受損。

三、eps電源的工作原理
1、當(dang)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)正常時(shi)(shi),由(you)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)過互投裝置給(gei)重要負(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),同時(shi)(shi)進行市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)檢測及蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管理,然后再由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組向逆變(bian)器提供(gong)直(zhi)流(liu)能(neng)(neng)源(yuan)。在這里(li),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器是一個(ge)僅需向蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組提供(gong)相當(dang)于(yu)10%蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)組容(rong)量(liang)(Ah)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)小功(gong)率直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),它并不(bu)具備直(zhi)接向逆變(bian)器提供(gong)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力(li)。此時(shi)(shi),市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)經(jing)由(you)EPS的(de)(de)(de)(de)交流(liu)旁路和轉換開關所組成的(de)(de)(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統向用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)各種(zhong)應(ying)急負(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。與此同時(shi)(shi),在EPS的(de)(de)(de)(de)邏輯控制(zhi)板的(de)(de)(de)(de)調控下,逆變(bian)器停(ting)止(zhi)工作處(chu)于(yu)自(zi)動關機狀態。在此條件(jian)下,用(yong)戶(hu)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)(zai)實際使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)是來自(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),因此,EPS應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)也(ye)是通常說的(de)(de)(de)(de)一直(zhi)工作在睡眠狀態,可以有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)達到節(jie)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)效果。
2、當市電(dian)(dian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)中斷或市電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓超限(xian)(±15%或±20%額定輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)壓)時,互投(tou)裝置將立即(ji)投(tou)切(qie)至(zhi)逆變器供(gong)電(dian)(dian),在電(dian)(dian)池組所提供(gong)的(de)直流能(neng)源的(de)支持下,此時,用(yong)戶負(fu)載(zai)所使用(yong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)源是(shi)通過EPS的(de)逆變器轉換(huan)的(de)交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)源,而(er)不是(shi)來自市電(dian)(dian)。
3、當(dang)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓恢復(fu)正常工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi),EPS的(de)控制中心發出(chu)信號對逆(ni)(ni)變器執行(xing)自(zi)動(dong)關(guan)機操作(zuo),同時(shi)還(huan)通(tong)過(guo)它的(de)轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)開(kai)關(guan)執行(xing)從逆(ni)(ni)變器供電(dian)(dian)向交流(liu)旁路供電(dian)(dian)的(de)切換(huan)(huan)操作(zuo)。此后,EPS在經交流(liu)旁路供電(dian)(dian)通(tong)路向負載提(ti)供市(shi)電(dian)(dian)的(de)同時(shi),還(huan)通(tong)過(guo)充電(dian)(dian)器向電(dian)(dian)池組(zu)充電(dian)(dian)。
