以通(tong)訊作者(zhe)身(shen)份在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)國本土(tu)上發表(biao)SCI論文近(jin)50篇(pian),被SCI他(ta)(ta)引(yin)1000多(duo)次,單篇(pian)SCI他(ta)(ta)引(yin)近(jin)500次。標志性成果發表(biao)在(zai)(zai)《Science》、《Nature Communications》、《Am J Hum Genet》、《Annu Rev Genomics Hum Genet》、《Cell Res》和《Circulation Research》等權威刊物上。他(ta)(ta)的(de)科學(xue)發現已經被寫進了50多(duo)本國外教科書和專著(zhu),國際診療指(zhi)南多(duo)次引(yin)用他(ta)(ta)的(de)工作,多(duo)種遺(yi)傳性心(xin)律(lv)失常是(shi)依據他(ta)(ta)的(de)發現而分類。他(ta)(ta)的(de)科學(xue)發現也曾(ceng)經被評為國際心(xin)臟電生(sheng)理(li)學(xue)領域(yu)年度突(tu)破性進展和中(zhong)國高等學(xue)校十(shi)大科技進展等。
2003年,陳義漢在國(guo)際(ji)上首次發現人類心(xin)房(fang)顫動(dong)(dong)致病基因,鑒定出(chu)人類心(xin)房(fang)顫動(dong)(dong)的部分遺傳(chuan)學(xue)和電生理學(xue)機制,成果(guo)發表于(yu)《科學(xue)》雜志(zhi)。此后(hou)他帶領(ling)團(tuan)隊在心(xin)房(fang)顫動(dong)(dong)等心(xin)律失常的機制和干(gan)預研究方向(xiang)上取(qu)得(de)一系列重要(yao)發現,為中國(guo)在國(guo)際(ji)心(xin)律失常研究領(ling)域贏得(de)了一席之地。
