飛亞達A、三達、天虹(hong)、神馬A、神南賽道等多家A股(gu)上市公司(si)聯合發布公告,披露航空工(gong)業集團重(zhong)組整(zheng)合中航國(guo)際公司(si),縮短管理層,涉及上市公司(si)重(zhong)大股(gu)權調整(zheng)公司(si)。
根據上述A股公(gong)司(si)公(gong)告,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)技術(shu)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)控(kong)股有限公(gong)司(si)(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)技)配資門(men)戶(hu)與(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)技術(shu)深(shen)圳有限公(gong)司(si)(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)技深(shen)圳)及中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航(hang)空(kong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)控(kong)股有限公(gong)司(si)(中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)技國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)控(kong)股)擬合并吸(xi)收。
合(he)并完成(cheng)后,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)將繼續作(zuo)為(wei)幸存(cun)者的合(he)并而(er)存(cun)在(zai)。作(zuo)為(wei)被合(he)并方,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)深圳公司和中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)控(kong)股有(you)限公司將取消注冊手續。其所有(you)資產(chan)、負債(zhai)、業務、資質等(deng)權利義務均由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)承(cheng)擔和繼承(cheng)。
