飛亞達A、三達、天虹、神馬A、神南(nan)賽(sai)道等多(duo)家(jia)A股上(shang)市(shi)公(gong)司聯合發布公(gong)告,披(pi)露航空工業(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)重組整合中航國(guo)際公(gong)司,縮短管理層,涉及(ji)上(shang)市(shi)公(gong)司重大(da)股權調整公(gong)司。
根據上述A股(gu)公(gong)(gong)司公(gong)(gong)告,中(zhong)國(guo)航空技術國(guo)際控股(gu)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(中(zhong)航技)配(pei)資門(men)戶與中(zhong)國(guo)航空技術深圳(zhen)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(中(zhong)航技深圳(zhen))及(ji)中(zhong)國(guo)航空國(guo)際控股(gu)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(中(zhong)航技國(guo)際控股(gu))擬(ni)合并(bing)吸收(shou)。
合并(bing)完成后,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空國(guo)(guo)際(ji)將繼續(xu)作為(wei)幸存者的(de)合并(bing)而存在。作為(wei)被合并(bing)方,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空國(guo)(guo)際(ji)深圳(zhen)公(gong)司(si)和中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空國(guo)(guo)際(ji)控股有限公(gong)司(si)將取消注(zhu)冊手續(xu)。其所有資產(chan)、負(fu)債、業(ye)務(wu)(wu)、資質(zhi)等權利義務(wu)(wu)均由中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)航(hang)空國(guo)(guo)際(ji)承(cheng)擔和繼承(cheng)。
