合并(bing)完成后,中國(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)將繼(ji)續作(zuo)為(wei)幸(xing)存(cun)者(zhe)的(de)合并(bing)而存(cun)在。作(zuo)為(wei)被合并(bing)方,中國(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)深圳公(gong)司(si)(si)和中國(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)控(kong)股有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)(si)將取消注(zhu)冊手續。其所(suo)有資產、負(fu)債、業務、資質等權利(li)義務均由中國(guo)航空(kong)國(guo)際(ji)(ji)承擔(dan)和繼(ji)承。
