周樂明(ming)副教(jiao)授介紹了國家電能變(bian)換與控制工程(cheng)技術(shu)研究中心的發展歷程(cheng)和研究成果。
據周副教(jiao)授介紹(shao),國(guo)(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控制(zhi)工程技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin)(下稱“研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin)”)于2013年,經科技(ji)(ji)部(bu)批復,依托湖南大(da)學組建(jian),由教(jiao)育部(bu)主(zhu)管。研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin)主(zhu)要圍(wei)繞我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控制(zhi)的(de)關鍵(jian)共性理論(lun)與(yu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)難題,開展技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)、成果轉化、應用(yong)(yong)推廣(guang)、科技(ji)(ji)服(fu)務等工作。在(zai)(zai)羅(luo)安院(yuan)士(shi)率(lv)領下,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin)在(zai)(zai)“用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設備(bei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“企(qi)業(ye)(ye)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質量控制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”、“企(qi)業(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)優化與(yu)協調(diao)控制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)”三個研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)方向取得重大(da)突破,首(shou)創了(le)(le)世界領先的(de)寬(kuan)厚板(ban)坯(pi)高密度磁(ci)場電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)攪(jiao)拌(ban)系統、我國(guo)(guo)首(shou)臺50kA銅箔電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統、兆瓦級海(hai)島特種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源系統等核心(xin)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei),并在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)內外200多(duo)家企(qi)業(ye)(ye)與(yu)國(guo)(guo)防單位中應用(yong)(yong),累計產生直接(jie)經濟(ji)效益過(guo)150億元(yuan)。通過(guo)和多(duo)家企(qi)業(ye)(ye)建(jian)立了(le)(le)“產、學、研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)、用(yong)(yong)”聯盟,研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)中心(xin)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)制(zhi)的(de)20余種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控制(zhi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)備(bei)廣(guang)泛應用(yong)(yong)于鋼鐵、冶(ye)金、石化、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力等行業(ye)(ye),引領并帶動了(le)(le)我國(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)變(bian)換(huan)與(yu)控制(zhi)領域相(xiang)關產業(ye)(ye)鏈的(de)發展。
