評價內(nei)存條的性能指標一共有四個:
(1) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)容(rong)量(liang):即一根內(nei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)條可以容(rong)納(na)的(de)(de)(de)二進制信息量(liang),如常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)168線內(nei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)條的(de)(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)容(rong)量(liang)一般(ban)多為(wei)32兆、64兆和128兆。而DDRII3普遍為(wei)1GB到(dao)8GB。 (2) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取速度(存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)周期):即兩(liang)次(ci)獨立的(de)(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取操作(zuo)之間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)所需的(de)(de)(de)最短時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),又稱(cheng)為(wei)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)周期,半導(dao)體存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器的(de)(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)取周期一般(ban)為(wei)60納(na)秒(miao)至(zhi)100納(na)秒(miao)。 (3) 存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器的(de)(de)(de)可靠性:存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器的(de)(de)(de)可靠性用(yong)(yong)平均(jun)(jun)故障(zhang)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隔時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)來衡量(liang),可以理解為(wei)兩(liang)次(ci)故障(zhang)之間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)平均(jun)(jun)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)隔。 (4)性能(neng)(neng)價格(ge)比(bi):性能(neng)(neng)主要包(bao)括存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器容(rong)量(liang)、存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)周期和可靠性三項內(nei)容(rong),性能(neng)(neng)價格(ge)比(bi)是一個(ge)綜合性指標,對于不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)存(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)(cun)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)器有不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)要求。
