青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)集(ji)團(tuan)是2009年3月(yue)由青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)社整(zheng)體(ti)轉企改(gai)制設(she)立(li)的國有(you)獨資(zi)(zi)公司,集(ji)圖書、報紙(zhi)、期(qi)刊(kan)、電子、音像、網絡(luo)、影(ying)視于一體(ti),覆蓋出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)全產業鏈、具有(you)城市特色的出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)媒集(ji)團(tuan)。現(xian)(xian)轄青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)城市傳(chuan)媒股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公司、青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)財經日報社、商周刊(kan)社、青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)藝術館、青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)置業有(you)限(xian)公司、青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)投(tou)資(zi)(zi)有(you)限(xian)公司等(deng)23家公司。2012年集(ji)團(tuan)完成(cheng)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)發行板塊股(gu)份制改(gai)造,成(cheng)立(li)青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)版(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)傳(chuan)媒股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)公司。2012年9月(yue)引入戰略投(tou)資(zi)(zi)者(zhe),實現(xian)(xian)了股(gu)權(quan)結構(gou)多元化。
集團堅(jian)持(chi)正確出(chu)(chu)版(ban)導向,以弘(hong)揚社(she)會主(zhu)義核心價值觀(guan)為(wei)引(yin)導,大力實施精(jing)品出(chu)(chu)版(ban)戰略(lve),出(chu)(chu)版(ban)了《馮其庸文(wen)集》《中國木版(ban)年畫》《三(san)江(jiang)源》《孔(kong)子研究(jiu)論文(wen)選編(bian)》等精(jing)品力作,社(she)會效益(yi)凸顯。
集(ji)團立足(zu)版權資產優勢,加(jia)強與(yu)新(xin)興媒體融合(he)發(fa)展。自主開發(fa)的(de)“青島微書(shu)城(cheng)”已(yi)聚攏幾十(shi)萬粉絲,并成為中宣(xuan)部指導的(de)“中國好書(shu)”評(ping)選(xuan)獨有移(yi)動(dong)互聯(lian)網合(he)作(zuo)伙伴(ban)。此外,立足(zu)城(cheng)市文(wen)化需(xu)求(qiu),集(ji)團著(zhu)手建立“數字文(wen)化社區(qu)”和“市民閱(yue)讀體系”。
另外,集(ji)團積(ji)極在文化(hua)領域實施兼并重組(zu)。參投的深圳(zhen)崇德(de)動(dong)漫公司(si)(si)和(he)上海(hai)童石網(wang)絡科技公司(si)(si)均已成(cheng)功掛牌新三板(ban);幾年來保持深度(du)合(he)作的國內(nei)女性閱讀(du)品牌“悅讀(du)紀(ji)”,集(ji)團也將于年內(nei)完成(cheng)對其收購。
